| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Intense power is intense. I loved Alibaba's new ability. It seemed to affect Judal's mind mentally..hmm, that's kinda interesting imo. Anyways, I don't really like Kassim at all now especially what he's been doing and..damn, striking Alibaba like that. Dat emotions:  So, I'm guessing this arc is finally going to end. Well about time. The conclusion of this arc was somewhat cute imo :p |

| Wow.....this didn't feel anywhere near to the emotional level of the manga (I almost cried in the manga) especially that last part, for some to me reason it felt incredibly forced while it seemed natural (and very emotional) in the manga. Ya, I can't force myself to keep watching this (especially knowing they'll be squeezing Zagan and Sindria Arc in to 7 episodes).......dropped For those who are enjoying the Magi anime, I apologize for my rant and please keep enjoying it. I am sure, had I not read the manga first I would've enjoyed Magi to the same extent as you (probably hated Alibaba and Cassim to a similar extent as you....sorry ranting again). |

| And finally animation was pretty decent in this episode! Now I'm waiting for next episode but the preview made me upset.. I Loled when Sinbad destroyed bad guy, his scream was funny. |

| I wish the previous episodes had the same quality animation this one has. I don't think the ending was significantly more cheerful than the manga but surely they made it more hopeful and less depressing. Kassim's death was handled beautifully and it still made me tear up a bit especially when he said it would have been better if they'd talked things over with Alibaba. Sinbad also had his screentime with Baal, just as little in the manga and it was satisfying. :D Seems like they'll cut out a lot of things from the manga in the next episode which I'm not pleased with at all. I wish this was a long runner and they'd actually flesh things out rather than squeeze 100 chapters into 25 episodes :/ |

| When Aladdin told Alibaba something like "You can't keep on crying, or he won't be able to come back." I worried for a moment, and thought "they are not going to pull some Cassim going to revive crap. right?" >_> Anyways, I like the ending for this arc.  Also, anyone knows why Sinbad got tired after using that thunder lightning move? |

Second, either way it was very noticable with the pacing, I also assume it was different in each episode, sometimes faster and somtimes slower. Third, don't care about your opinion. |

| Haha, wow! Ain't seen this just yet, but I gotta say, I never forget Magi is out on Monday morning for me, I totally forgot today due to the extreme disappointment of last week. I don't think an episode of anime has ever disappointed me like last week's Magi. It also sucks to hear they'll try squeeze so much into 7-8 more episodes. Why can't they make it an odd numbered episode of anime, like a few others that have ended after 30 odd? I'd rather they ended it around the World Exploration arc. I will definitely finish this though, I was able to look past everything else they did wrong(something I'm really good at, otherwise I'd be too disappointed at most anime that comes out LOL) and I absolutely hate not finishing something I've invested this much time into. |

| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| And finally the Balbadd arc ends! This episode make me cry...ugh, Cassim and Alibaba's talk had so much emotions....then at the end too when Aladdin used Solomon's Wisdom. So beautiful. But yeah, I agree, that A-1 isn't really doing that great of a job in the animation...seriously, sometimes the faces look really odd, I mean how hard is it to take just a few more seconds to make the face look better? =_= It's not only Magi, but they get lazy too with Shinsekai Yori. BUT still a wonderful episode. Good to see that they actually took the time to keep everything the same in the conversation between Cassim and Alibaba, and I like the background they used during that scene as well. By the way, have they officially stated how many episodes there are? I saw someone said above that there are only 7 episodes left... |

| A weak conclusion to a corresponding arc. I feel the Rukh is utilized as nothing more than a convenient device to bridge gaps. These episodes introduced some interesting characters at least, as well as discarding an uninteresting one. I supposed the next episode will wrap up some loose ends involving the future of Balbadd, and hopefully it moves on to something more remarkable. |

| SO much better then last week's episode. I teared up quite a few times, especially when all the people went to see their loved ones and Mariam showed up. Also... DAWWWW Morgiana is just too cute! >3< running to hug Al and Ali. |

For me it was a surprisingly strong conclusion rather than a weak one, especially compared to some of the rubbish that went on in some of the past episodes. | Great ending to an awesome arc. Really liked this Balbadd arc since we got to see more about Alibaba's past. Wow Kassim's father was such a dick and Kassim ended up killing his father.That explains why he was acting all strange and rebellious towards Alibaba since he's so 'different'. I admit I felt pretty sad this episode, close to getting teary. Sinbad's transformation and doing that lightning move was unexpected yet awesome. I smiled when Aladdin said that 'the dead doesn't die and instead return to the great flow of rukh' followed by 'go back to your loved ones!' :) |
