| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Awesome, Blade FINALLY whipped out another attack! Phantom Moon was pretty badass, especially powered up with the natives' holy magic. I'm surprised he didn't try and fail with his First Blade, but at least we're finally seeing more of his arsenal of powers. We're finally getting some indication of what Frost's motivations are, and he completely whips our Daywalker's ass before grabbing another sample of blood and moving on out. Plus the blonde pretty-boy from the nobility, who I'm certain is up to no good at all. I'm just wondering if he'll betray Frost to the nobles or try and offer him up to Blade as appeasement. Those were some fucked-up vampires, but it seems like a few things are always the same; they make their victims into the same type of vampire as them, for one thing, and they all feed on blood through their fangs. I do wonder what the point of splitting in half is, other than the disquieting effect it has on their victims. In theory the legs could attack with the snake-swarm coming out of their hips, but they just stood around for the most part. I've personally enjoyed the Marvel Madhouse experiment, and will be sad when episode 12 brings a close to it. Here's hoping it's not the last time we see an anime adaptation of a Marvel comic. (EDIT: A one or two-cour series based on a DC hero like Batman would be awesome too, especially with Madhouse-level production quality) 5/5 |

| Fucking fantastic episode, they are getting to real nitty gritty now. Everyone getting killed or wounded is sad, but all wars will have casualties. Blade's new blade technique was awesome, cut that fucker into pieces.... I just hope Blade will get some kind of power boost, cause right now Deacon is whooping his ass. I have a feeling it will be just like the movies, no matter how Bad-ass Blade is normally, once he get a taste of real human blood, your ass is grass. Bet the chick will sacrifice some blood for him. The final few mins with the sad music was deep, made you feel bad that those people have lost so much now. |
| This is turning out to be the best of the Marvel Anime line up..this episode was pretty great and have me excited for the next one. |

| blade still can transform ? 0.0" ... as always, the Animation(in fighting scene) is worse than blood C.Blade is like watching picture story show lol(at least its better than this). but I can't deny that its more enjoying compare to blood C ... and the reuse animation style is making me laugh . well good animation =/= enjoyment , that's for sure. what is the use of the bottom part of the monster running around (facepalm) bb zangetsu, welcome gengetsu... won't be seeing zangetsu anymore I think =( |

| Anyone that helps Blade either gets badly hurt or gets killed. Seems very typical. |
