| Kurima's drawing of the woman that he personally drove her to death for his own actions, it's his own retreat under his new artist pseudonym "Taishin" together with Usui, whom carries his own weight as the man painted by someone who's a believer of Saint Mary. Revengers could not live normal lives, and though Kurima made the choice for seclusion, what happens thereafter is food for thought. The table sharing with a priest to get his thoughts together, and walking out in a sudden fit of rage, Kurima's almost at his breaking point of his pilgrimage. Usui getting a mission from the Chapel from a burnt koban coin instead of a bitten one, the feud for revenge is as strong, but targeting this Liu Wen-Lin who must be kept away from Matsumine's opium, this is revenge unlike any other, even if fueled by it. And unless it's a bitten one, the revenge will not be taken, but since this came straight from the Chapel, they are smart not to fall under the trap of being used as just tools for the "greater good". The priest ribenji-ya is the exact same, though he operates on his clients' wills, even if the koban coin is physically shown bitten or not. Liu Wen-Yin shot for revenge, it looks like a case of wrong identity, but it's the priest who comes with his client's baggage stowed to execute the deed. Who's who to really believe of a vengance now? |

| Fuck man I had kinda grown to like Lin over the last couple eps. Wasn’t expecting the sniper to be aimed at him Pretty obvious from the beginning that the church was up to something and just using Yuen. He was skeptical in episode 2, I think it was, now he knows straight up they can’t be trusted. Priest dude was sus from the very beginning when he started messing with Kashima head at the pub. |

| Looks like we got another group of Revengers except these guys don't take bitten gold as a sign of a personal grudge. It seems like the Chapel is hell bent on not letting the Chinese get that opium, which lead to Liu Wen-Lin being shot. That sniper rifle looks like a custom made one that was imported from somewhere. |

| the sniper scene was cool, these night scenes never disappoint. just noticed sada is voiced by suwabe junichi, very nice. |

| While it was already hinted heavily the Chapel was dipping their dirty lil fingies on the opium deals, I do wonder why they felt the need now to act against our local rebenjiya. The other dude made talks about them "giving their owners a rough time lately" but have they really? Thus far they have taken all the requests and dealt accordingly and, with the exceptions of the Liu incident, they have been rather well behaved... In fact, the only reason they might now come to discover Liu wasn't what they initially thought he was is exactly because of this last "fake" mission they got sent into. |

| Bro this episode went by so fast! So it looks like Raizo is now trying to leave his dark past behind by becoming an artist. It also looks like the chapel is might have more going on than they've let on until now. Our group of revengers are now questioning what the chapel are really after, so they decide to find some answers by going to Chinatown, but just as they're about to learn something (I think), Liu ends up getting shot by another group of revengers. This episode was pretty gppd, but it did feel off at certain points, mainly that whole conversation between Raizou and Sada. That felt really odd to me. Same goes for Souji and the rest of the revengers arguing over the coin not being bitten, thus causing conflict and argument into whether they should take the case or not |
