| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well...Naoko got herself into some family trouble and ran away from home, and thankfully Himeno is here to help. I always find it fascinating that Japan has coloured sewer covers, that's something that you should capture when you visit Japan. Naoko and Himeno go way back from their childhood days, pottery included. Naoko was just being artistic to make a yarn bowl, but everyone ridiculing it demoralized her, except Himeno who embraced it, of course. Whether is it normal days or special occasions like New Year's, the adventurous spirit lives on in Naoko. Both Himeno and Naoko are BFFs treasuring their time together. |

| Girls in this show have always been cute. Naoko is here to stay at Himeno's place. Looks like Naoko and Himeno go way back and to see that they were already working with pottery stuff at their age was impressive. Got to see little Naoko and Himeno. It's kinda nice to see a little bit about their childhood and how their friendship grew deeper with time. |

| Himeno & Naoko flashback reminds me of some anime. Maybe it's mainstream, there is a quiet child who suddenly befriends a cheerful child. But, I'm worried if they get too close & plus they both don't have a love story yet. xD |

| Very wholesome vibe, they also managed to promote Tajimi a little by showing various manhole design and the famous Gohei mochi stall. These girls are amazing, having a some friends like this can make your life worth even if you are stuck in 暗い社会 (dark place). |

| Yo the backstory of Himeno and Nao. Legit this episode just full of fluffy wholesome story within them, no else i can say rather than, damn, where's the kiss? Anyway, that little hunt was fun. Never expect it to turned out like that. Lucky Himeno looked on the right spot. Nao wasn't weird. She was just full of interesting things inside her mind, and Himeno found it as a paradise. No shit, they both looks great on this episode. Hope the next will get the same amount of cuteness like these. |

| Great episode, it was mostly some cute moments with Nao and Himeno as well as flashbacks from when they were kids, a very sweet and cute one. Live action was good too, the VAs digging up clay was fun as well as seeing the building they based the show’s club room from, also loved how they recreated a scene from the anime, that was really cool. OP and ED are growing on me a lot now as well. |
| I really ship them, such a fluffy episode. And thanks Nao for showing how to run away properly from home. Te-he I like how they promote Tajimi tourism though, would definitely want to go there someday. |

| I hate to be "that guy" of the sort always reading into things based on projection, or own biased and preferences, but Nao is definitely coded as neurodivergent and at the very least, bisexual. I love her, her relationship with Hime and her role in the series in general. This episode also had a very palpable autumnal feel. As I've said before and keep saying, I wish they'd explore more of the art and technicals of pottery and its role locally/regionally/nationally/internationally, but I could also watch a lot of obsessive Nao just being herself and the like. |

| Ah, what a beautiful episode! I am happy to have started the previous season and to have moved on, because this sequel has started really well. In the past it was only one to know and talk about the protagonist, with only a few and brief excursus of a cognitive or informative nature, now we touch a point that is not exactly fundamental, but very important which is to understand the bond that binds two characters of the plot. Pleasant and fun to follow and understand how the roads of Himeno and Naruse were joined. I hope that we can find more spaces, for further events of Naruse's past with or without Himeno, just to get to know her character better, even if her creativity immediately catches the eye, I'm re-evaluating Naruse's character better. More than good quality of drawings and animations. |

Speaking in a practical sense, running away from home is not going to your neighbor, but saying "running away from home", it can also be in the situation of Nao-chan going to her friend Himeno. XDXD |
