Not to menton, dealing with monsters in such a nasty environment... This episode was much more than just about Kinji though. It seems to really want to capture the work environment and world fiction of the show. And it's not everyday you get to see all those insectoid workers in one place... |

| Kinji and Wanibe got transferred out to the monster extermination team, which is more hard work for background support. Wanibe alost got tentacle-raped by a treasure chest monster lols, so Kinji has to pay the price to do double work. Hah, Kinji has got his prized marbled meat eaten by Rim, the work outweights the rewards. And being asked to transport valubles worth months of pay, Kinji can only do so much. The next moment being an un-ANT-icipated encounter with dungeon ants, even Black Companies can't afford to spare their manpower, so Kinji, an Elite and the shopkeeper has to digest a transformation drug as disguise. Kinji trying to strike humanly conversations with weaker ants to understand their situation and stage an internal protest against the queen ant is kinda funny though, so easy to influence to fight for equal labour rights. Even the ants are fearful of Rim, hah. So now Kinji has a reign over dungeon ants...and also doing the same thing, stage their rebellion right in the heart of the dungeon against Raiza'ha...with the title drop. NICE! The Dungeon of Black Company, rolling out! |

| Ninomiya was once again so bad in a hilarious way, he really became a ant and tried to make them do a revolution against the queen xD and now we know the meaning of the title, it can be interesting |

| Hey, that's whatever but at least they got the promotion from the boss because of their great sales and stuff. But, for now, it's only to scrap the mob monsters in the dungeon. This show is funny. Rimu is really adorable. I love her. Those dungeon ants looked really dangerous but I'm really surprised that the ants were manipulated that easily by Ninomiya. He certainly has a way with words. LOL |

| Well he founded a company with a lot of trouble still he has some interesting employees. I also have to say that he is in one messed up world but it makes for good comedy. |

| I was really feeling the opening, such a banger. And ha, what an interesting take on tentacle rape. "If you have issues with your worklplace? you're allowed to express them" Amusing satire about Japanese work culuture depicted through chimera ants. The title drop was also nice. Lastly there's Rimu who's making me laugh more than she should be. Probably thanks to the performance of Kuno Misaki. |

| Ugh, this was way worse than the first episode. Really? they turn into ants and they brainwash the colony to rise in arms against their leader, and that's supposed to be the whole joke? Ninomiya saves the colony from hungry loli demon and the queen fawns all over him? This is just as cheap as Shinra one punching Hibana and make her fall in love. The writer didn't even give a previous hint of this magical potion that could turn them into anything as long as you have some sort of sample to change into. You can tell whomever wrote and revisioned this script know nothing on how comedy works and just decided to lump up random events with RPG allusion. |

| The dynamic of this show is oddly pleasing to watch. More likely due to the fact, it's not a normal Isekai, which is only a good ting. Rimu is super precious, I love her. |

Well, the ant voices annoyed me (first one was just cute as hell) a bit in the end but it was still pretty fun. Can't believe he controlled a whole colony. He's built different. The 'wait, food'' scene of Rim was way too cute LOL. This is the start of the new company, Meikyuu Black. |

| The OP and OST are amazing. I love the art so so much. The ant bit was a bit dull in comparison overall still pretty funny another great ep; underrated show imo. |

| Damn boy this season is looking pretty dismal at the moment. And this was another episode that was uncomfortably close to weird far right propaganda, which is a bizarre spot to find yourself in as you're complaining about being exploited slave labor. At around 10 minutes into the episode, it was obvious that forming an ant union was going to be the 'gag' of the episode, and then we get almost eight minutes straight of clearly backhanded union/worker strike recruitment, all the while waiting for a punchline that simply literally never comes. Is that supposed to be the joke? That we reach the end of things and then a deus ex machina literally falls onto their heads? It's weak as far as jokes go, but not unusual… except that it's essentially the only joke for easily half the episode. Where does that leave things then? With a ten minute rant from a criminal using unions as an excuse to sabotage his enemy? The same person who clearly doesn't believe any of it and literally enslaved people under him the previous episode? It's transparently insincere, and that's kind of the big problem. The episode could have worked a little better had the union organizing come from the lizard dude, using the comically paltry things he gets as a slave as demands for the even more enslaved ants while Mr MC engages in some other hijinks, with the union bit coming in at the end, but that would require more writing, more jokes, and fewer weird backhanded rants about unions. |

| Holy lord Rimu had me crying in this episode. "Matte Gohan, Matte Gohan!" LOL God damn I couldn't stop laughing. Anime has a lot of potential especially with the hefty amount of waifus in the opening. Also the Music in this anime Slaps. Op and Ed are great and the soundtrack is awesome. |

| Ah, op looks interesting with those two new girls, the ed just fine. Curious to see their roles there. That first part with the slimy things. Lol. So, on this episode, its literally Kinji manipulating a whole bunchs of ants, like what he did with his team at the first episode. The difference, where the ants and their queen easily convince to work on his side. That's fine. I know that meat will hold some important role, Rimmu tiny screen time always precious on this kind of show. Still, the way Kinji convinced those ants into a demonstration. Okay, i see that Kinji improved his conquer quest in those twisted world by slowly taking over some vital parts, starting with those dungeon exploration division. Finally its begin, after convincing a group of ant monster meikyuu there, especially with their queen. Can he get what he seek like in his first world? Like i said before, really looking forward to see another girls appearance and their roles.... |

| Pretty good episode and OP is honestly a straight up banger, really looking forward to meeting those other characters, they seem pretty entertaining just based on the opening alone. Character interactions are also pretty solid so far, which I like. That tentacle scene... lmao, justice for Wanibe. They really had Matsuoka Yoshitsugu voice an ant. I was fucking dead when the turned into ants and Ninomiya started an ant uprising lmao. I knew Rimu was gonna come into play somehow when I saw the meat in the storage area or whatever, Rimu for the save. That title drop was great. |

| Definitely the best isekai show this season and might be the funniest show this season as well. The blend of isekai, black humor, and moe is perfect. The VA casting really fits the characters as well. The old man being super obedient to the company, even when the ants were attacking, had me laughing very hard. The ending of the episode was kino as well. Can't wait for next episode. |
| I wouldn't quite call this show funny or anything, but it does some interesting things plot wise. It makes you wonder what will happen next. |
