| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- What a confrontation between the aesthetic Sotoin and this mysterious woman Rei, the leader of the rogue group Twenties. and everything's got to do with Dojima's perception through her delicate eyes. Sotoin's a bona fide idiot, and the entire club operates as a team: the Fourth and final, most important rule. The very eyes that Dojima have ever used to chase her astronaut dream (that have seen instances of other circumstances happening) are so illusive that they have to be protected, that is something that she can protect. Nevertheless, I'd never expect Nagahiro to be the client, and this is logged as a win for the Detective Club. Dojima having fully embraced the Detective life, the Pretty Boy Detective Club is back in business under the 5th-grader Sotoin BABY. Shine with glamour, all you Bishounens, plus Dojima, welcome to the club with the perfect use of her eyes in beautiful ways. This story's Owari. |

| Here we saw the new woman, Rei who calls herself a kidnapper and explaining things to both Dojima and Sotoin, how Mayumi was under constant surveillance so far. A nice way of portraying the Pretty Boys Detective Club by Sotoin there, how it is important to not just be pretty but also a team. I love how chill and relaxed they all are except for Mayumi under those circumstances. Apparently, the woman was behind Mayumi's eyes which are too good to be true. They can see almost everything from really far away and clearly which makes sense why she that star sometime in her life. Finally, the woman got trapped in her own plan by the Boys at the end. Mayumi's safe with them for now. Also, Mayumi Dojima is now the official member of the Pretty Boys Detective Club. Great episode. |

| We made it through the first book! Time for the second! It ended up taking 3 episodes, about what every guessed it would take. There were some cut dialogue choices I would have included, but I believe the idea still beautifully came across! Man they are adapting the series so well! And also make sure for those in English speaking countries to pick up Book 3 on April 27! |

| What seemed like a huge problem was resolved pretty quickly, albeit in a satisfying enough way. A lot of things are not explained enough to be logical and the content isn’t as bizarre like th Monogatari series to cover up that fault. I think it’s best to not think too much about it and enjoy this anime for the outlandish plotlines and beautiful aesthetics. |
| Doujima-chan-kun cheating on fortnite? Well, it doesn't need to have logic or be smart, it just needs to be beautiful :v Despite being maybe too fast paced, I liked this episode. It made some sense, which I thought it wouldn't do at all, and it had a clear pay off for the 'taking away the desire to look up at the sky' bit. Also, I liked the 'if your dreams die, make new ones' part, as tacky as it was. I don't know, the show sounds dumb, so dumb when you actually think about it, but the aesthetics are so prime and top notch - it keeps yelling 'utsukushii' at our faces and strangely it works. Maybe that's the whole point all along: as long as it's pretty, people don't really care how dumb, corny and tacky it is. I feel dirty for falling for it, but it do be like that sometimes. |

| It was good, but I noticed that there's some inconsistencies with Doujima's glasses. They are sometimes there, other times they are not. Especially when the lady was forcing her to use her ability. |

| Fantastic episode! Or rather, beautiful episode! That is the first arc done, and I gotta say, I am loving this a lot. This is some based NisioIsin right here. Hyota's legs are nice and all, but Rei's though. I guess Rei is gonna be an Oshino Meme like character, so I hope we see her from time to time. I love that the reason Mayumi was not able to see the helicopter was because she was afraid of looking at the sky, cause of that whole satellite thing. Mayumi's eyes do be wild though. And now she has joined the club, they're gonna be a great team indeed. Looking forward to the next episode and next arc. |

| Another beautiful episode. Everything's beautiful. I hope this stays consistent with its jaw-dropping visuals, and I know I'm expecting more from this series, but it is good so far. |

Also, in the limo, there were originally roses and wine glasses in the console but the roses eventually disappeared and turned into more wine glasses. |
| So, they were really after Doujima because of the 10 years old incident...but if that is so confidential then they could've just approached her normally and talk it out, why go as far as kidnapping when she's clearly a harmless civilian and a kid at that... Normally people would shut those unnecessary witnesses with money. Anyway, really liked the dialogues in this episode. And it's nice to see Doujima join the Pretty Boy Detective Club. |

Elementary, my dear Arieko, they have to be young because if they were older they would have to change their name to "Pretty Man Detective Club", and who wants to see a group of old people who think they are pretty, it would be disturbing, don't you think? | It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| So someone does take Mayumi because she saw the satellite... ok I don't even think I can try to explain how far fetched that is Why is Manabu... Hatsune Miku???? I didn't even get why they swapped (genders?) last episode but he's still... plainly Miku and Mayumi refers to as "him" while she has short hair and how well diid that disguise work out now? Oh then there's the Cute-Girl-who-Can't-See-Yet-Forgets-Glasses TROPE... then it's explained she has eyesight that's too good- including the ability to SEE AROUND CORNERS LOLOLOLOL Hatsune Miku continues to lecture the Madame (whose limousine features a champagne cabinet with 20+ glasses that all remain standing IN A MOVING CAR!!!! ) So I didn't get the Hatsune Miku thing, at least we get to see Hyouta show up and totally wins against the madame with his hottie legs... but Mayumi just sits there looking in awe most of the time. I also don't like that woman's voice... too smug . Then the title screens (which show every 5 min) says "Drama of Arrest" but there is none, like they don't show her being cuffed or anything. Then after some banter, like 2 minutes after- she's standing right in front of Mayumi like nothing happened- "Breaking out of prison is like a hobby for me" OMFG C'MON MAN!!! You're KIDDING ME!! That's ridiculous!! I love this show it's cute and nice to look at but... DUMB! |
