| Well, it's kinda interesting to see Emilia and Ram interact and there's sincere feelings being expressed there. Seems like a buildup episode and you know things look dangerous with Elsa back again and that kiilling intent. It's a good thing Subaru also ends up going to that mansion. |

| From the bottom of Ram's heart, she asked Emilia for help. Petra! She looks cute in her pajamas, Subaru comes after Petra asks for help, Subaru was like a hero.  Garfiel and Frederica finally met each other again! when Garfiel says "big" I laughed so hard lol. |

| At long last, Sanctuary is beginning to unfold with the progress of the 3 stooges' (Subaru, Garfiel and Otto) liberation of Roswaal's mansion from Elsa, for the better. Ram holding the fort in Sanctuary with the villagers as usual. Emilia and Ram's conversation is quite rare to see though, it's been quite sometime ever since Season 1 to see another situation like this. Never has a servant bow before her master like that, and that's the case with Ram towards Emilia to save Roswaal from the disillusions of his past life. Roswaal at this point, is nothing but a mind-manipulating clown, whose behaviour is akin next to last week's reveal of Hector with the jester-like outfit, and the confrontation with Emilia over the "force of ideals on the women we love" is just a farce awaiting for the Beginning of the End. 2 trials left to go for the half-elf. Honestly though, it feels very uneasy seeing the situation develop to this travesty of Roswaal trying to break Sanctuary's balance with the resurrection of the frozen Ryuzu clone and Ram fighting back with Puck's help. Back to Roswaal's mansion, and THE RETURN of the bowel-slashing Elsa. Good thing there's Frederica to protect Petra, and the 3 stooges reaching just in time. Time to protect the mansion from a known enemy, and I'd like to see both half-brother Garfiel and sister try and fight against Elsa. Subaru returning to Beatrice, and dragging everyone out of the mansion...seems like an impossible ordeal. Expectations running high! And "Who's Rem?" will become another question to ask for the remainder. |

| WoW, What an episode... Waiting for next episode. (Or cannot wait :D) Expectation goes up like crazy. Right now it is looking like final is going to be an actual banger. "ELSA ? Please don't... " Someanime said: "Didn't watch the episode, but it was boring and slow and the dialogue was bloated and forced and the characters are shallow. I hate Re:Zero and my favorite series is much better" -A random MAL user who spends most of his time in this forum section for some reason, probably. That hits hard to somebody :D. |

| Finally, the climax of the arc! (at least I assume so) They are finally at the mansion! Again, the pacing of the episode is slow and much of the dialogue could have been cut, though it seems like they wanted to get to the mansion by the end of the episode so that the beginning of the next episode can start fresh from there. The back and forth between Ram and Roswaal and Emilia, while long, was still well written and did a good job at conveying each characters motivations. I guess they are saving the fight animation budget for the next episode since the moment that Roswaal and Ram fought, it changed scenes. So maybe the fight will be shown next episode or it will be off-screen. Similar thing with the mansion fight. It was mostly talking with a couple of quick attacks thrown in. While the pacing still bothered me, I really liked the episode, and from this point on, the pacing shouldn't be an issue anymore (I hope). |

| Garf came in like a madman, with some funny interactions with his sister. Didn't realise she was that tall. Subaru came just in time as usual to save them, and hopefully Beatrice does get out! |

| Emilia's conversation with Roswaal reminded me a bit of her interactions with Echidna in the previous episodes, I love how she remains calm and dignified, but still nice and in-character (and at the same time seems a bit more mature than she used to be), even when they're pushing her buttons. I also liked her moment with Ram. Guys are finally at the mansion can't wait for them to finally get rid of Elsa and that annoying kid Meiri... Frederica's and Garf's reunion was both sweet and funny :D |

| Subaru, Garfiel and Otto return back to the mansion, where we see the return of Elsa, Frederica and Petra. Ram sincerely pleads for Emilia's assistance in helping Roswaal from further veering from his dream. Emilia and Ram have a mini confrontation with Roswaal about deceptions, delusions, ideals and motives. Why Ram decided to switch to Barusu's side, and how Otto helped steer her into the right direction. Ram's promise with Roswaal being revealed, Roswaal being revealed as one who invaded Ram and Rem's village, Roswaal's plan for Ryuzu's power and even Puck returning with Ram to fight Roswaal etc. Damn, a lot of shit went down this episode (not to say the other episodes don't, but this one just did especially). Episode 8 was just a great episode overall. |

| Man what a way to start wrapping up volume 14, great episode IMO. I’ve seen some people comment about the wonky faces, I personally didn’t notice any, but when I’m watching re:zero I’m just concerned about my fave scenes from the books being adapted properly so I don’t pay attention to that anyway. Ram’s convo with Roswaal and Puck’s introduction was great, just as I’d imagined it. Seen some WN people complain about that change to the LN, can’t say I agree. Puck being there is a nice twist and logically makes sense considering Ram couldn’t compete with Roswaal in raw power. The manor scenes with Subaru and Garf showing up to save the day as the ED played were great too. Really solid setup episode and can’t wait to see next week’s. |

| Nice way to end the episode with Garfiel and Frederica reunion. Garfiel has become quite the joker recently. XD I hope they can get rid of Elsa once and for all. The scene where Subaru appeared when Petra was calling for him was a cool scene, just like a hero. Roswaal admitted to being one of the men who destroyed Ram's village. What other things is that bastard hiding? Really great episode as always. Oh, and it's nice to see Pack again. |

An epic eps, Rem is there holding Emilia's hand to be her strength to while answering Roswaal. Great answer by Emilia there, in a similar fashion to when she answered Echidna 2 episodes ago, she has become much more mature and composed speaking what's in her mind. I'm very proud of her, thanks Subaru for supporting her to become what she is today, a stronger girl than ever before. Elsa is finally back, and facing Garfiel and his sister, would be a very dope fight if they continue it the next eps. Also  |

| Omg... really... once again an ABSOLUTELY great episode, it's becoming better and better, nice to see a conversation between Ram and Emilia, and also to see that Puck is her with Ram against Roswaal, and that whole situation is extremely interesting even though the show itself seems to despise Roswaal at this point so I don't expect the final situation to be in his advantage. And that final scene back at the manor with Garfiel being back to help his sister Frederica against Elsa, damn, I just can't wait to see the next episode now, it's gonna be epic, same for the Subaru - Beatrice point of view! |

That's something I've been asking myself since the very beginning, but I didn't expect to really be like that. I wonder why Ram decided to follow Roswaal, then! By the way, if Garfiel is now an ally, are the villagers still being held captive in the Sanctuary? Aren't they technically free to go away now? And yeah... I said that I didn't hate any character in this series... I was wrong. I really HATE Elsa. I so want to see her dead. |

He called himself as someone who PARTLY destroyed the village, but in fact he wasn't the one who did it. Roswaal knew it's gonna happen (Book of Wisdom) and that's why he went for Ram as someone who will help him in the future. He probably could have prevented it and that's the meaning behind it. |
| Nice to see Elsa again and reunion between Garg and his "aneki" was sweet. Excited for the next episode. I hope for something that can blow me away. So far this part lacked that. |

| The reunion was cute as shit. Really happy to see how rock solid this show is now. Everything else I like this season, I pray for the next episode to be decent. But Re:Zero, yeah, it's gonna be good, always is. |

| This was arguably the best episode of the season. Sometimes Dialogue episodes are the best due to the mast amount of info we can get and boy did we get a shit load of info. First Ram begging for Emilias help to save Roswall. I was hyped at first but when Roswall acknowledged Ram's acting. My hatred for Ram grew to an insane amount...HOWEVER the acting was to actually push Emilia because Ram wanted to take care of Roswall personally. Also Emilia realizing that Subaru and Roswall are not alike. *clap clap* Bravo Emilia mad points to her for that one. Then Ram's face-off with Roswall. We find out that it was Roswall who destroyed Rem and Ram's village and that's why she pledged an Oath to him. I knew during that whole conversation Ram had 0 chance of taking Down Roswall so when she said she needed help...I lost my fucking mind when Puck came out of that crystal...LOST MY DAMN MIND!!! I actually thought he was gone since breaking away from Emilia. Then the Reuinion...THE REUNION!!! Jesus it was soooo good! I can't wait to see both fights respectively. Garf vs Elsa and Ram and Puck vs Roswall. PLUS we also need to watch out for Meili...we know she's sneaking around somewhere. I can see her and Beatrice going head to head. but DAMN what an episode 10/10 |

| So puck simply moved crystals? I didn't expect to see him and rem showdown against Roswaal. Elsa is such a good sport to let them talk without interrupting, although I have to wonder if she's just confident in winning or analyzing Garfield's strength. |

| You can really see Emilia's development in the conversation with Roswaal. The old her probably wouldn't have standed to him. I was afraid Ram was going to betray team Subaru, but she didn't, and the scene where she reveals to have Puck's catalyst (I think it was a catalyst) was dope, too bad the fight was cut in the best moment. Hopefully they will deliver with the Garfiel vs Elsa next episode. |
