Hyoudou's return to the dance floor with Shizuku in the Mikasa Cup had more dramatic expressions between the two of them compared to their first run.  INTENSE. Tatara's still got a bit of catching up to do. |

| HYOUDO FOR THE MOTHER FUCKING WIN It really sucks that he and Shizuku got suspended together but this needed to happen in order for him heal and also get better so I'm not mad But WOAH, who the hell are those people that came at then end....That girl was cute AF too |
| Hyodo going all out was intense and awesome. Also, his bone cracking in his leg kinda matched up with the music, lol. Also, Iwakuma's not responsible for Hyodo's injury, as expected. Nice to see that Fujita and Hyodo became friends a bit. Seems like we're getting two new characters. Anyways, seems like there's another episode that aired back-to-back. 5/5 |

| Have to vote for just "Liked it" this ep too. Too much stills. The intensity from the manga is not there for me. Sure it might be because I've read the manga, but not only. It's just not as intense as the manga is. Most beautiful girl imo appeared in this ep :D |

| OMG this episode was so fucking good! I loved everything about it. The intensity of the dance, the passion, the use of animation, the music! The comedy was also amazing and I love all the characters so much! Is this actually happening? One of my favorite manga series is getting such a good adaptation? I also liked the use of reflections near the end of the episode. Watching this brings me so much joy weekly. FluffyDango said: Have to vote for just "Liked it" this ep too. Too much stills. Animating dancing non-stop is pretty much impossible for a regular TV production. The overall visuals for the show have a lot of work put into them, the fact that the crowd and random people all have distinctive designs is something you rarely see in anime. |

| Fucking GLORIOUS TANGO, BOY! Hyodo went all out, it was hype as fuck! Loved the scene with Tatara and Iwakuma as well, very sincere :) In this episode, i can't understand the complains about the still frames, you guys must have real high standards to say that. Remember Yuri!! on Ice, they tried doing it without stills and ended up with problems in the animation department. Same here, this is a safer way to deal with it and it's still intense IMO. |

Yeah, it seems like everyone suddenly wants this to be the best animated anime of the year because it's about dancing, lol. I feel like most people don't realize how little movement there is in general in anime. |

| Great episode. Sengoku is just plain evil. XDD Hyoudo was boss this episode, that dancing with the music, the moves and the passion. That was intense and a real stunning sight to see, great presentation. I loved it. Looks like both Shizuku and Hyoudo are suspended now, I guess that much was expected but at least Hyoudo can focus on healing his leg and Shizuku well I don't know what she's gonna do. xD I actually thought the 2nd place guy was responsible for the injury, turns out he was actually a nice guy. :3 Two new characters introduced at the end, the girl was really cute. |

| Hyoudou's return to the dance floor with Shizuku was intense. He collapsed right after he finished. It's unfortunate he's suspended. At least he has time to heal. So Iwakuma was not responsible for Hyoudou's injury. He was trying to help him. It's nice to see Tatara and Hyoudou become good friends. Two new characters are introduced. The girl is cute. |

| Yeah, they played his falling down the stairs like a friggin' murder mystery, but in the end it wasn't really anyone else's fault. Tatara feeling guilty for actually wanting to get back to the dance floor was fun to see. That conflicted look on his face was pretty adorable. And yes, Gaju and Mako are here at last! So glad we're getting a double header this weekend! |

| People will hate me but... This anime is ZERO dance and all about poses. We see much more poses than the movement happening (the worst thing is that the poses are recycled). We see the crowd sayin' "WOW look at this tango"! And I was like... TANGO? WHERE? I can't see the tango, just a bunch of poses with long and weird necks. I'm not complaining about the story, it's good... But the dance aspect is frustrating in this show (IMO). PS: I know that dance is something dificult to animate. |

| Hyodo's tango was intense as fuck, holy shit. So it turns out the 2nd place guy didn't push him down the stairs, now I feel kind of bad for calling him a jackass last week. It was nice to see him expressing he bad he felt when he and Tatara were talking to each other. Unfortunately, Hyodo and Shizuku are suspended (lol gotta love how Sengoku doesn't give a fuck) but at least Hyodo can focus on healing right now. Interesting to see those 2 new characters show up at the end, with the guy wanting Shizuku to be his partner. Come on, Tatara, don't let him steal your girl. |

| Great episode. Tatara lit the fire in Kiyoharu. That Tango was intense. Kiyoharu put in his all. Too bad him & Shizuku got suspended. Iwakuma's a pretty nice guy once you get to know him. Tatara getting emotional over his first dance was sweet. Can't wait to see him get more chances at dancing. Mako & Gaju at the end. |

| I wonder how all those who were spouting bullshit about Iwakuma last week are feeling now... Anyway, after 4 episodes they've animated until chapter 5. Apparently, the 6th episode will come out on August 20th. How long are we going to wait to finally see her? |

Wow this is the best JoJo season yet! Top 10 saddest anime deaths: Kiyoharu Hyoudou :'(( That's mah boy and he's a good person. Choreographing dancing panels into animated form takes work that the staff weren't able or willing to give. I'm not particularly bothered but I would like to see more fluidity later on when the competition gets fierce. |

| I don't know if it's just me, but I think the necks are even longer... and this pose... just looking at that gives me back pain. O_O A nice episode, though. I figured that Iwakuma didn't push Hyoudou down the stairs, even though the anime tried to portray it as such for reasons unknown. He's actually a lot sweeter and more adorable than I've expected. lol To be quite honest, I'm kind of getting annoyed with Sengoku. |

| Woah, that was some intensifying episode right there. Hyoudo's brilliance shined gloriously enticing not just the dancers in the floor but also the crowd as well as the viewers, such as I for instance even though I know next to nothing regarding dancing. Moreover, the captivating soundtrack played during the dance further intensified the atmosphere. Great stuff! Also, it was nice to see Iwakuma, the dancer placed second, to share his concerns regarding Hyoudo's injury since I thought initially he was behind it all. Well, I was gravely mistaken in that matter and I'm glad I was. I wonder what Hyoudo meant by saying, "Take care of Shizuku for me." though and who the two characters introduced late in the episode are. Hopefully, Episode 5 will cover all that in due time. 5/5 to this episode and the first episode of this show to reach a 5 out of 5 by me. |

| Really enjoyed Kiyoharu being so passionate with the Tango and showing everyone just how talented he is. Looks like Kiyoharu awakened his inner self after seeing Tatara perform. It's unfortunate that he injured his leg, but I did like the part where Kiyoharu went to Tatara's house and they got to talk with each other |
| So Iwakuma didn't push Hyodo off the stairs! I've never felt so bad for thinking wrong of an anime character before! I just want to apologize to Iwakuma, he's just a big teddy bear, he's so nice. Hyodo's performance, tho. It was something amazing and inspiring, more so taking into account his injured leg. He got all fired up because of Tatara enjoying to dance in his place and now he wants him as a rival on competitions because, even if Hyodo doesn't openly admit it, Tatara makes him want to give more and more while dancing. I seriously loved his small smile. Finally, Hyodo isn't really mad at Tatara because he understands now how things happened, also, he would have needed those six months for his leg to heal anyway; and, most importantly, he got to enjoy being on the stage after so long of just aiming to be the best and win competitions. I'm starting to wonder if this is going to be one of those anime where I end up rooting for all of the competitors alike (like Haikyuu or YoI)? I'm already looking forward to seeing how the new partners dance! |

| Whoa. Hyodo, calm down! Imagine if you were Tatara, and you saw Hyodo look at you with a face every time turns to you. It's like he's making a statement saying that he's better than you! Scary. I was expecting more of the animation, but there were still too many still frames. And this was Tango too, one of the dances that I was looking forward to watching... Oh well, another lighthearted and easygoing episode. At least Hyodo told Tatara to "take care of Shizuku for him". How sweet. Also, glad to see that this anime still has a sense of humor to keep things peppy. And Sengoku is a guy who likes to have some fun. Do something unorthodox and see what happens! |

Hyodo: Hnghh Mm-hmm~ But in all the seriousness, it was a good episode. Hyodo's Tango was intense. INTENSE but yet due to the dance as a medium, I couldn't feel the intensity as much as from other sport anime. I'd love to watch the dance from far view for once instead of these close up shots. Maybe then I'll get to feel this medium in much better way. Also, I know it's just an anime, it seems surprising seeing that much audience actively taking part for this sport lol Good to see Tatara having a resolve now. |
