Cute finale. It's interesting what girls can discover if they look around:

I think the episode focused more on Chino than I had thought. Oh well, still cute considering her role. Pretty fun show overall, 7/10. Enjoyed it just as much as the first season.

I thought the ep. went back to first ep. regarding to phototaking except the target is Chino, but it was to share photos to sister. Nice to see mother.

Nice treasure hunting, and Chino's feeling revealed. Spending time is the real treasure, huh.

Cocoa and Moka's mom is just as cute as they are. Also Cocoa pulling off Moka's look is priceless. The treasure hunting with Cocoa, Chino, Megu, and Maya was also cute, you could just feel the friendship going on.

I believe this season was the better of the two.

10/10

I want a 3rd season.

Cocoa's mom finally. I thought she was Mocha's twin sister being they are very identical in lots of ways.

The episode was so fun to watch. Megu and the group leave Cocoa stuck in the small hole. Those 3 sure have a strong bond. And I like how straightforward they were with Chino in regards to the treasure hunt. "We're kinda jealous". Chino's first treasure hunt she spent it with Cocoa, here they want to make memories with Cocoa, she was all ready to go back to Cocoa but those two stopped her.

Syaro was as adorable as ever.
Ending art was so kawaii. KAWAII

Good that they had some focus on Cocoa and Chino in the last episode like the pillow fight part. Also the treasure thing was nice, I wonder if they actually do that anywhere, it looks like it would be fun.

Overall this is a really good show. The art is really good and it has such a nice and cozy atmosphere.

Oh wow, wasn't expecting to see Cocoa and Mocha's beauty of a mother in our finale! :D And again we end on my favorite relationship: the sisterly bond between Cocoa and Chino. :) Well that and a treasure hunt! :D

This season was a worthy addition to the now franchise. Chino's friends had MUCH more screen time than in season one I feel, and of course we had Mocha. I do think I liked season one's batch of stories just a teeeeeeny tiny bit more, and character designs seemed a teeeeny bit tweeked for the worse here, but this was still absolutely fantastic, sweet, adorable, heartwarming, fun fluffy greatness! Second best anime of the season behind Yuru Yuri, 9/10. Bring on season three! :D

I knew Chino has kind of a lone wolf aura at school, but that changed when Maya and Megu talked to her.

I really like how Cocoa and Mocha spoke English, "Me" and "My Sister". Hahaha. It was a nice bit to show their mom too.

I didn't expect that the opening would be such a big foreshadowing to this episode, which shows the treasure box. Now everything in the opening makes sense.

And that gorgeous end card. My goodness. Can somebody confirm a third season? Going to miss the daily dose of moe.

By ditching the useless fanservice and going more into the characters, the series improved quite a bit from Season 1 to Season 2. Kinema Citrus delivers once again!

However, some of the jokes do completely miss the mark, but overall I give this season an 8 like last time.

See you girls again whenever. (Though I wouldn't go demanding for another season just yet; But hey its fairly typical of these type of communities)

i so want that picture of that beautiful young lady.

That treasure hunt was cute.

It was fun ride. It was fun, cute, fluffy, adorable and funny. The 2nd season is way cuter and funnier than last season. I sure had fun watching every episode leaving me smiling from start till the end. This anime makes my life better.

Sadly, the 2nd season is over so fast. It made me emotional that good things like this has come to an end.

I hope and pray for a 3rd season.

What a shame that it's over already.
I want more!!

I have to say the picture reaction of Cocao's picture where she looked more mature then usual where nice, tho her mother recognised it right away.
That's a mother for ya.
Also the pictures they made in the cafe where nice, optical illusion is great.

Also they had a nice treasure hunt.
And the girls mistaking a Barista for a ballista was funny.

Really enjoyable series overall! I was never really into the first season for some reason so I walked into this without much interest but man was I surprised. I had so much fun with this and I'm heavily influenced to re-watch the first season one day to see my thoughts on it now.

The letter from Cocoa to Mocha was interesting:

Cocoa's town is given as Ogikubo-Suginami, Studio Gokumi's location in Tokyo. The letter to Mocha was sent by airmail, even though she has a Japanese-style address in Amanuma, a Japanese place name. Maybe the anime staff didn't give any thought to this… but this could support a theory I (and some other people) had back during the first season.

GochiUsa certainly seems to be set in an alternate world, considering the mish-mash of Japanese and European culture—and the fact that Tedeza and Kafuu pères served in a military with Soviet-style uniforms in a desert war. So, maybe it's the same world as Sora no Woto, in a different era? (If you don't get the reference, that means you should watch Sora no Woto, you'll like it ^ω^.)

Hello, my name is ThreePointer, and I'm addicted to moe.
It all started when I started watching K-on! but after that, I couldn't get the same rush as before so I started losing interest only finding a couple of "hnng" moments here and there.

Then suddenly Gochuumon wa Desu ka Season 2 aired and I waited every week to get my moe fix. All the girls are amazing and I always thought the newest episode was the cutest episode yet. Now that the series is over, I'm afraid my standards are too high and I fear my heart will shrink without the show mending my wound. I know I have a problem and this is why I am here.

よろしくおねがいします。

Wow nice findings, I've always wondered what the town's names are. They were bugging me since the first season.

I and my friend always call the town "Rabbit Town" since the characters never mentioned the town's name, the town itself has many rabbits, and several things from it have rabbit in their name.(Rabbit House, Ama Usa An, and Chiya once gave Chino medicine named "Rabbitrin" lol)

Im gonna miss this show TT^TT A perfect ending for a great anime~!

I don't know if anyone noticed, they kinda copied the way the s1 ended.

S1: Cocoa was asleep and Chino called her a Onee-chan that woke her up
S2: Chino was asleep and Cocoa was saying along the lines of Onee-chan that woke Chino up

that was a nice touch by the directors :D and the scenes from the OP were shown 11/10 for me! season 3 please!!

I'm not a huge fan of GochiUsa, there are a few members of the cast who really irritate me and too much of the comedy is simply someone having a tsukkomi line. This episode however was perfect! The interaction between the girls and the funny bits were all spot on, easily the best episode of the franchise. And there was no Aoyama! 5/5 ep and 7/10 for the season, definitely a step up from the previous one.

Why must this show end? T_T

It has once again proven that it's vastly superior to KinMoza and NNB, and I seriously hope that this is not the last we'll see of them (on TV, at least).

It's clear why the first season was the best-selling show next to K-ON!: it got everything right, from its pristine, idyllic town to the charming characters and the interaction between them, not to mention that everything and everyone looked friggin' gorgeous. The addition of Kinema Citrus made not only for an even more visually pleasing show compared to S1, but also a very solid character-driven comedy.

And this is one of the few shows where the OST really stood out to me. I don't recall any moment where the music seemed vastly out of place, if at all. I liked the new OP, but the ED totally blew me away with its utter cuteness.

This season exceeded my already high expectations, and I would love to see more of this show, if possible.

What am I gonna fill the gaping hole in my heart with for the Winter season?

While they may not be hobbits, lolis sure are something far more magical.

"They went off track because they wanted to get to know you better" that was actually really insightful and heartwarming. It also best sums up what this show was about - a group of girls strengthening their bonds through seemingly mundane everyday adventures.

Throughout this episode, I found myself applying different themes and lessons from other SOL (Aria, Tamayura, etc) to moments such as the treasure hunt and the pillow fight. It made them more endearing and I'd like to make a habit out of this.

This was a fantastic follow up to an already adorable loli centric series. At first I was enjoying it the same as before, but as soon as Mocha made her entrance it felt like wheels started turning and this show really outdid itself from there onward. I found myself laughing out loud far more than before, the SOL moments really started to shine through becoming more visible, and above all it was just so cute. Speaking of, I can't get the OP/ED out of my head either. I love that part in the OP where it focuses on their shoes/boots. And the ED...ugh my heart will explode from moe overload.

It might be unfair to say because of the time gap but I found myself enjoying this a considerable amount more than season 1. The one noticeable difference this time around was how Chino reacted to Cocoa, as she warmed up to her far more in this season. That made for sweeter sisterly moments between the two as she's taking steps into the unknown and "leaving it to her big sister."
