Looks like they're leaving their school and moving to a place where they believe will have more survivors.

How cute.

Wait, so is Yuki sane now or what? I don't get it.
I hope that wasn't really Kei that Miki noticed. ._.

As much as I wish it wasn't, that person really looks like Kei and I honestly don't think she would have survived, seeing how and when she left Miki :/
"In the past few months since we met, I've shared many memories with Nagato. Though I've also shared memories with Haruhi, Asahina-san and Koizumi, I found that I've experienced more events with Nagato in particular. In fact, every situation seems to involve her. I might as well mention this, she's probably the only person to cause the bell within me to shake the most vigorously..." ~ Kyon, TMOSH

So Yuki was mourning on Megu-nee's cross. Guess her delusions are over.

Wait, I still don't get when Miki loses her eye. When her and Kurumi got to the shelter, both of her eyes were just fine. Did she went full chuuni?

Also lol she threw the gun, but yeah it's useless. Too loud, limited ammo and you can miss a lot.

Once again anime did this part WAY better.

P.S throwing away GUN, in a country like Japan where, in a situation like this, owning a gun equals to winning a lottery! it was stupid really...

One thing i learned from apocalypse stories, PEOPLE are the most dangerous enemies there and GUN is the best thing you can have while encountering other humans.... I bet they'll regret throwing it away (though i agree vs zombies it is pretty useless) considering that there are people who might want them dead (since they know too much about virus).

Hey, this was actually great. I thought the anime was pretty disappointing, especially with the fanservice and the forced dog drama, so I never got around to the manga until now.

The art is brilliant, really impressive considering it's just a CGDCT with a twist manga. I liked the way the manga handled the story way more than the anime.

I'm giving some time on it now to read other stuff, I just hope the quality persists, since I heard pretty diviside opinions upon they leaving the school and the new arc. These first five volumes at least were not forgettable.

The gun may be ineffective against zombies, but for sure there's gonna be a situation where having it would be useful. Heck, even if they only tossed the bullets, (still stupid, but a compromise) they could scare away some dangerous people with just the gun.

I also don't care for the suicide prevention reason. 1) If they wanted to, people could end their lives simply by throwing their bodies over the same railing that the gun was. Rii-san almost did.

2) Imo, it was self-righteous and presumptuous for Mi-kun to try force people to live by taking away the option for a peaceful death. It's cool to encourage a person to find a reason to persevere and live, but the choice rightfully belongs in the individual's hands.

I've come to respect Yuki more. While I doubt it's good to be so steeped in fantasy, Yuki helps keep everyone mentally positive and stable. When Yuki needs to, she can step up, but she also keeps herself semi-deluded in order to play the role of the light in everyone's lives. That takes strength in its own way.

With how Rii-san is, her and Kurimi probably would've had a huge, nasty blowout without Yuki. They're like a couple that agrees to get along for the sake of their child, lol.

Miki throwing that gun away was really surprising. While I get why she did that considering how it's pretty hard to handle plus the noise might attract even more zombies when it's used, there are other purposes they could've used that thing for as well as measures they could've done to prevent accidents from happening. I hope that they won't end up regretting that in the future.

Seeing their graduation again was a lot more touching for me this time around now that I was given the opportunity to get to know and appreciate them more. I hope that they'll do well outside. They've been through a lot...
