| This episode had that melacholic vibe similar to the others. Mizuho just gets to hang out with the boys all day long but not behind classroom doors. Kizuki competed in a swimming competition and he had a lot of fans. Shin might also be someone worth keeping an eye on as he seems to want to prove something. |

| Lowkey wonder how low the score is gonna go lol. Everyone hates Kizuki and the awful production qualities, so it’s gonna be interesting to see. This was probably the best episode so far because it had the least amount of Kizuki. Focusing on Shin is a much better move since he actually seems to be respectful and is striving to be a better person for Mizuho rather than forcing himself onto her.. that said, idk how he’s gonna make a comeback with Kizuki being right there on the cusp of pulling Mizuho. I mean she probably would’ve got into a relationship in this episode if he had told those girls she was his girlfriend.. Shin does have the advantage of having Mizuho’s dad’s support though. I mean who wouldn’t want their daughter to marry a doctor lol So Kizuki swims for Mizuho and Shin studies for her. She must have something special if all these hot dudes simping this bad 😂 Train shot of Mizuho between Shin and Kizuki is giving twilight vibes, Jacob and Edward. Ok the ending combined with the episode opening is throwing me off. In the present, seems like Mizuho still keeps in contact with Airu. She also mentioned watching the fireworks with the person she loved, but Kizuki wasn’t on that rooftop so can we eliminate him from the running?(please God) also, Shin becoming a doctor in the future and pulling up on Mizuho??? Can’t believe I actually enjoyed this episode |

| The Adult scenes solidly confirm that she does not and like has not had a real romantic relationship with any of the four guys yet. Shin: "Just what does he see in a clown like her anyway?" Should that have been the other way around? Shin, you need to start work on your Mizuho Degree years before you graduate medical school. Production Quality, particularly animation, is really dragging this show down. And, animation quality is not one of my higher priorities in liking an anime. I think it hits harder for this show is because it is a slow burner, and having good visuals would help counteract the downsides of a less active show. |

As someone else said, this episode was great because minimal Kizuki. He keeps saying all this creepy stuff when they aren’t even officially in a relationship. I’m rooting for Shin because he’s handling being around Mizuho better than Kizuki is. But I do have a bad feeling about Kizuki’s fate.
The ending was pretty ambiguous. Think Shin’s gonna try to propose to her.
The animation has improved slightly. No more weird shots anymore. Still weak and is nothing compared to episode 1

| @AniStrawberry Yeah, I'm on Team Shin too. Kizuki needs to pump the breaks on Miziho who wants to maintain the status quo of friendship. Can't imagine the roller coaster of emotions she's going through at that time. |

| Airu is still semi-close friends with Mizuho. Shin stopped by in his Tesla to drop off flowers?! He really did become a doctor!! I wonder if anyone else texted her. I hope we get a better glimpse into her current life soon. I still don't understand the Kizuki hate. Leave my man alone. Shin isn't respectful when he's a dick to her and calls her stupid all of the time. I keep seeing the covid signs, but like someone else said, no one is wearing masks or really anything. Y'all are insane if you think days with my stepsister is even in the same realm as this. DWMS was actual dogshit. They used the same shots in every single episode which took up the majority of the time overlayed with a shitty ass filter and distorted music. When people talked, they were 20 feet away, we actually see their faces up close in this one. No one had facial expressions in DWMS, people have expressions in this one. This anime has drama, while the other one was made for snoozing. |

I'm literally rooting for none of these guys to be the one. I think I'm rooting for the next random background character I see. He would be equally as interesting as the main cast. |

if definitly has the worst production value. the story and characters are bland too... the only thing i kinda like is the melancholy vibe.... but thats it.
even the show with the elf who wants to get fucked by the cat is better than this..^^
i kinda cant think of a seasonal show currently worse than this. and i watched at least everything thats on crunchy, disney and netflix.. plus the workspace romance and the old dude isekai xD

Do not give up on yourself." I had to quote Mizuho's dad's line, it was a good one. All the more since we are now past the time when the virus was a great problem. Finally, we get to see someone from the friend group in the current time. With the end of the episode too, Airu asked her if she really did not want to find Kizuki. It's like everyone in the group knows that they have something going on - not just now with Kizuki being upfront, but maybe since they were little. But the senpai really likes her too??? It was shown when Kizuki told him to back off, but where did senpai's like come from anyway It's funny how Kizuki keeps checking trope after trope i.e. "she's not my girlfriend now, but will be" "energy replenished". But we get to see Shin's motivations as well. Mizuho's dad was like "I'd be relieved if Mizuho marries someone like you" and I yay-ed when he went for it and implied "what if just me, then?" hahaha. He got to be a doctor! Very admirable. Earlier in the episode, Shin asked 'what's good about Mizuho' (because Kizuki always wants to monopolize her attention). Then Shugo told him if Shin does not move, Mizuho might get taken away by someone whose only merit is honesty haha. Tsundere characters really be doing self-inflicting damage sometimes In a previous episode thread someone said what if this goes on an Orange route and I blissfully did not get it despite reading the manga. | Shin... he didn't approach Mizuho openly like Kizuki but he directly asked Mizuho's father for permission to propose to her in the future. Honestly, I wonder if Mizuho and Kizuki ever dated or not... and if they did, what made them break up... because Shin seems to be proposing to Mizuho for real now. |
