| Not surprised that Rick is advancing and doing well in this tournament. It looks like the champion has his eyes set on some of the participants. There also might be a conspiracy going on behind the scenes regarding the tournament's sponsor. And also, Angelica...she might have an important role this arc than she appears. It's too bad she got beat up again... |

| Fairs plenty of Angelica in this episode so it was the best so far. Bunny cafe was random but funny. When all else is in doubt go with the old reliable, goonbait fanservice lmao. Guarantee the dude who called her a washboard will never disrespect her again. Flat is justice! Poor Angelica can’t compete with Reanette in Rick’s eyes tho.. it’s ok you’ll always be my number 1! Speaking of Reanette, she finally said how she feels about Rick out loud, albeit to Angelica The mad lad did it, Rick literally ran circles around the competition and did the 40 fights in 4 days. Absolutely insane but he’s qualified now and with Angelica’s fiancé Snape pulling the strings things are gonna get interesting. I think his younger brother Geith is the first rapey lizardman I’ve ever seen. Good thing Rick and Angelica happened to be walking by that pub Meeting her fiancé and setting up a training arc with Rick is exactly what this show needed to be interesting. Angelica being strong as hell is going to make things a lot more fun.. assuming she survives the training |

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.  |

| I really like what they are doing with Angelica's character. She started off being unlikeable and snobby to learning from her mistakes & having an interesting backstory. It's like Rick is the MC, but he has now been promoted to OP supporting character and Angelica is playing the role of the protagonist overcoming her struggles. Which honestly is a great idea for this show. Rick and his party are all ridiculously OP, we know they are going to win, so sharing the spotlight with some of the more "normal" characters gives us a chance to see more than just Rick one punching everything. Love how Reanette just straight up admits with no problem that she loves our boy, Rick. Wonder if they'll expand on their relationship further later. All-in-all, great episode. Can't wait to see how Angelica's training goes. |

The anime has been a big surprise as it started off interesting enough although a little bland, but has improved with every episode since.
So much so, it's one of my faves of the season -- nothing spectacular, but highly entertaining and with quirky, fun characters I really like.

| @WienGirl yup, first couple episodes were entertaining but I feared it would get stale if they kept repeating the same jokes, but thankfully Rick was able to realize the magnitude of his strength. Liking this one wayy more than I Parry Everything which is just getting frustrating to watch. |
| Oh? They changed a little. Like...?? The bunny suit part wasn't there. Kinda didn't really add anything to the story though, so I wonder why they bothered. Well... if anything I feel like they pushed a little ReanettexAngelica unintentionally. That Reanette was only down to do the bunny suit because Angelica agreed just kinda pushes more toward the idea of them as a ship. lol The unintended effect of adding fanservice for shits and giggles (even if they're pushing Rick and Reanette a lot harder). Though it really is nice to see them hang out-- even in the manga. I'm excited for the upcoming part. This arc as it relates to Angelica is surprisingly refreshing in the manga, and that's all I'll say on that in order to not discuss spoilers. |
| An entertaining episode. It was quite obvious that Rick would manage to win 40 fights in 4 days, but Broughston did it in 2 days, which is truly impressive. I can't deny enjoying fanservice, especially when it involves a dark elf. The plot became more intriguing with Angelica's engagement and the fact that her fiancé is a mobster planning to cheat in the tournament. What I don't understand is why Rick is going to train Angelica to defeat Geese when she has already lost her fight |

| RIP Angelica, all her problems will be solved now lol. Is she gonna survive Rick's training? Joking aside she'll still lose to the guy even after training and Rick will get revenge for her. Snape doesn't seem like a villain though. Bunny Reanette was hot, she casually admitted she likes Rick too. Angelica looked nice in bunnysuit as well. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| The bunny suits were a welcome treat, in my opinion, since we've been getting a toned down adaptation from what it was supposedly in the manga. The jiggle physics has been consistent, thank goodness for that. |

| I'd swear that Angelica and Rick sure have some comedic timings whenever possible, and the people of Orichalcum Fist aren't normal people... Through the many arenas and lightning steps that both Rick and Reanette took (while carrying Angelica along), that's 40 matches in 4 days cleared without a hassle, and without a break that Reanette wouldn't mind if it's for Rick's development. However, the former pugilist and present merchant of the sponsor company of Dragonaut Company's Snape Resurrect trying to find Angelica whilst coincidentally meeting Rick, it's definitely a red flag of a warning sign. Both Angelica and Reanette being called to assist the Western League being in bunny suits, they're pretty as heck...while forgetting Angelica in the middle lols. Rick's involvement definitely has eyes on him from other candidates entering into the block league tournament, and both he and Angelica progress quite fast, though it starts to wear on the latter enough that she lost her first bout. Rick trying to be constructive to Angelica, who worries both about the tournament and Snape being her arranged fiancé due to the House of Diarmuit's financial difficulties. Snape having to come in to stop his younger brother Geith almost destroying a restaurant, it all adds up of the incapability of funds enough to rig the competition for all its worth. And to get through to Snape through Geith...Rick has to train her proper, like now. Generic oldie fantasy like this aren't meant to be ignored, now I see the hidden gem of this. |
