An important episode for Taiyo as we learn more about his parents and their past. Got to see some of their flashbacks too.

It's great that he gained a new weapon but this is easily one of his toughest fight he's been in. Also, this episode reminded us how badass Futaba is.

Shit always gets super dark when Taiyo's parents come into play, and this time is no different. I'd say this is actually the darkest it's gotten so far. Was expecting some bullshit reason as to why he killed Taiyo's parents, but I mean, it's an understandable reason as to why... I guess. Still doesn't excuse the fact of how much I want to see Taiyo beat that prick once and for all though.

But after seeing that backstory with long-haired girl, I wouldn't be surprised if this prick Makoto got the body of someone like Taiyo's brother and resurrected/saved him like he did with long-haired girl tbh. And considering how this series goes, I actually wouldn't be surprised if something like that were to be revealed and happen.

Gawd damn though. Was this really SILVER LINK? Can't be. This actually looked good. At least, that Amatarasu did. Regardless, still a beautiful episode.

If it wasn't known already, FUCK Makoto. All my homies HATE Makoto.

Holy shit they weren’t lying when they said this ep would be peak. Best episode by far. The animation was gorgeous and we finally got the story of what happened to Taiyo’s family.. Shirai you poor thing, none of this was your fault. Fuck Kawashita

Just broke my heart seeing Shirai’s whole backstory and how close she was with Taiyo’s parents, I mean she was damn near his older sister, just needed to make the adoption official :/ Kawashita has toyed with the lives of not only Taiyo family but thousands of others. It raises the question of why he’d think that Shirai would actually work with him without betraying him given all he did..

The Amaterasu attack animation was so good.. I’m so happy Shirai got a decent ending all things considered. She can finally be at peace

Reinforcements came in clutch there at the end to stop dead man’s tongue.. now that Taiyo has all the info about his family and a target to take down I can’t wait to see how things turn out.

This episode really showed us the backstory of MC's parents and the battle between 2 strong families. They should have been become a good friends if living normally.

Easily the best episode of the series and going to be one of the best of the week I would imagine. It feels like a lot built up here, but its storytelling held its cards to show at the perfect time here. Really good stuff.

Glad to see that they gave Yae's upgrade the justice it deserved during the fight. Feel bad that she felt as if she had to repent for something she didn't even know about. Now that Taiyo knows who to go after, he'll have to get control over his new power.

Finally getting to see Ai was great. Still, with just 7 episodes to go, I wonder if it'll be enough to cover the rest of this arc.

The whole thing is starting to wear thin again. It was kind of rough at the start setting up the premise, with the author just rushing through the whole "He's an orphan, and they're close childhood friends... but he never met her family, but-", but eventually it really settled into the idea of having this guy integrate himself into a family of literal superhumans. Now that he also turned superhuman, the whole show's going off the rails into actual magic territory, with more and more people freely transforming with only "Oh, well it's the hormone" as an explanation. The closest we'd gotten of that up until now was the Drug boy, who, up until the episode we followed him to school, presumably just used his miraculous drugs to shapeshift.

I am sorry but i haven't understand well , are the parents of Taiyo have been killed bc they were too close from the girl who was a "experiment" test for Tanpopo?

Amazing episode. Best of the series.
Yuki and Taiyo's parents backstory was very heartbreaking. Yuki lived her remaining life in regret for Asano family's death. She did find her peace at the end and died in peace. Happy for her.

Taiyo got further motivated to protect Mutsumi and his current family even more if didn't have enough. Mutsumi really was his emotional support all time during his hard time. Perfect wife and worth risking own life. Futaba came clutch and rescued Taiyo while flying off like team rocket.
Animation also peaked this episode specially Taiyo last move was smooth.
Taiyo pulled through after a very tough fight while reliving trauma of his dead family again but he got his mission accomplished.

After hearing Yuki's tragic backstory I'm glad she had closure and that Taiyo did not blame her for his parents' deaths. Also, while Taiyo's parents and his brother are gone he now has Mutsumi and the rest of the family to protect so that has given him more motivation to keep going and on that note it was good to see Futaba and the admiration she and Taiyo have for each other.

Side note, yeah that train car being flung out like that was ridiculous haha.

They agreed with the experiment so it can help her but they didn't know how sinister the program was. so before they could even know Kawashita killed them

What an incredible and emotional episode, the best so far.

Poor Yuki, not only did she spend much of her life hospitalized, but she also carried the pain and guilt of indirectly causing the deaths of more test patients to improve Tanpopo’s drug, and the death of Taiyou’s family. However, Taiyou, like his family, is a kind person and did not blame her for anything. At least she was able to find peace before passing away.

The Yozakura family needs to be more careful about the missions they send Taiyou on; fortunately, Futaba and Rin saved him. Additionally, it seems that Taiyou did something with the GPS Yuki had.

Wonderful thing that this episode showed us more information regarding Taiyo’s backstory and his parents. If they lived, maybe Taiyo would not have been so revengeful.

I loved the animation when Taiyo and Hujaku fought. She stands no chance at Futaba and Yozakura Family in general. Makoto Kawashita poses a great challenge to them, making it very hard to defeat now that he is supported by Yozakura’s father.

These two new characters (Ai and Mizuki) are interesting. The little girl transforming in a werewolf is so cool, but she lacks powerful skills.

This anime is getting more and more interesting and I am beginning to like it even more. They improved a few things and the story goes on, without any fillers.

pretty darn standout episode which was needed on the home invasion episode

another victim lost to Tanpopo it was very clear last week she was tied to Taiyo's family with the earrings but that much of a backstory meant she really wasn't gonna make it out of this anyway :(

Taiyo's challenge against Yuki Shirai, who actually killed his nursing parents in the past and giving her sun earrings as a gift, it was all Kawashita who planned for the impossible. Sure, having Yuki being able to recover from her disease and having Taiyo's parents act as a pseudo-family of hers, but this is also where Kawashita started his experimentation on Hazakura (before it was called Tanpopo), leaving Yuki to feel like she gained a life because of his inner workings.

In essence, Yuki saved Taiyo's life, but the someinine within him is losing control, but at least he knows how to control the drug within him to defeat her, even when he knows that it's not her fault, but Tanpopo's to use her as a tool. And just when the battle is all but over, there's still others like Mizuki and Ai to take care of, which Rin and Futaba took care of swiftly.

In the end, the spies may still fall short of Tanpopo, but at least they gained something of significance when it comes to Taiyo.

Oh... Taiyo won after all. I was pissed how the girl was blaming herself for the deaths of Taiyo family. She had absolutely nothing to do with it. Anyways, glad her passing was somewhat peaceful. Taiyo better tear the bastard to shreds when the time comes.

-_- kemono girl at the end though... because of course.

Damnnnnn Silver Link be surprising with its animation from time to time man bc last episode wasn’t good at all tbh it’s just ok so I had no hopes going into this episode at all and I’m glad at did bc the animation was great from the start and especially during the second half of the episodeπŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Poor Shirai man I deadass forgot about her and her backstory and damn was it sad asf, any time the story focuses on Taiyo’s past it’s always sad as shit man, I’m glad Taiyo knew that it wasn’t her fault that his family died, happy she didn’t die being hatedπŸ₯Ί

BIG SIS FUTABA MY FAVOURITE GIRL MAKING YET ANOTHER APPEARANCE AGAIN shes so fine man I love her🀩😫🀩

So we not gon get no explanation about how the train was still continuously flying? I mean Futaba most likely hit it with enough force to have it flying for like 10 seconds not until the sun goes down😭😭😭😭

The animation during the battle between Taiyo and Shirai was superb. This show has really ramped things up as Taiyo gets more involved in the Yozakura life style. Also Futaba exploded a train and used the front of it as a getaway vehicle. That's badass!

So Hakuja’s real name is Yuki Shirai and she was the victim of Kowashita’s vile experiments. The reason she eventually became able to walk was because the Hazakura counteracted her illness, but shortened her lifespan. She didn’t want any of this since she was like a daughter to Hide and Akari Asano, and I’m glad that Taiyo understands that she had nothing to do with Tanpopo’s evil ways.

Throughout this battle, Taiyo was going through his own obstacles with the fact that he wasn’t able to protect his family, and now he’s still too weak even with Mutsumi’s blood flowing through him. All of that compiled into his rage that almost killed him due to the overflow of Someinine, but he used bloodletting to manage that, and then he pulled out this ultimate finishing move called Yozakura Ancient Sword Technique: Amaterasu! Damn that’s pretty cool!

That battle ends, but two more enemies come into play here. Ai and Mizuki who have come to collect Shirai and kill Taiyo, but the tag team of Futuha and Rin clap them cheeks real quick.

The battle isn’t over yet, and Taiyo has plenty of room to grow…
