| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Alright, the series was good overall. I really enjoyed the last episode (although it was quite convenient having the God Blade on the moon like that :P), but the one thing I want to know is WTF happened to Hoshikawa!? Anyone have any insights? As of now I'm just assuming that she died T.T. |
| It was admittedly an amazingly over the top smackdown of a climax to a pretty mediocre, if lighthearted, series. I mean the dude wields a sword the size of the freakin' moon so you cant complain too much, right? :D I havent found a direct answer about Hoshikawa, but I'll just assume she teleported her arse out of the mayhem, and that the writers/director were too incompetent to show her to us before the end credits. (even though we did get a shot of Maedasaki...) |

| Its been a while since I've seen the episode, but I remember surfing forums afterwards and people were theorising about Roxell being teleported out of danger via his pet. Probably wishful thinking. I think one of the most annoying things about Reideen is the three guys who operated the Jin-Rai units, man I'm surprised they didnt just kill themselves in despair. |

| Freaking A WTF happened to Hoshikawa? She just up and died like that....that really ticked me off. Also Shiori proved to be the most useless girl. When you say nothing, do nothing, guess what you get nothing! Yeah the Jinrai squad proved themselves to be completely worthless. Also eat your heart out Guts, because THAT was a sword. I give this a 7/10, found myself enjoying most of this one. |

| So he felt in love with the robot, and, the robot accepted it. LMAO Anyways, it was a slow paced and sort of random at times, but overall it was an interesting anime to watch. I really liked the characters designs. |

| Found many of the episodes somewhat repetitive, with the same alien monster fights and lengthy mecha merging scenes in most of them. The plot iself could've been presented with more deft execution too. However, the engaging and natural character interactions really shined in this anime, and it has neat visuals for its time. |
