| Like the question says, Which one are you? I'm an anime only and I'm inching towards reading the manga but wanted to hear from others whether I should just wait for the anime since I've held out this long anyway lol. |

| I’ve read the whole manga before but the anime just hits different. I’d say stick to the anime for now, and then when the season ends, carry on with the manga |

| Manga reader from the moment manga has ended [2016], when I heard it has reached an end I've started reading it. Before that I was anime-only so for 2007-2016. |

| I prefer the manga. The anime - in particular TYBW episodes - cut out way too much manga material, some of which is important because it gives context behind certain things that happen, which the anime studio doesn't care about for some reason. Also I'd suggest just reading the manga since the anime probably won't finish until 2025 at this point assuming we only get one cour per year. |
| I've read the manga many times and know it like the back of my hand. Still, the anime is making clear indications that much of season 3 and/or 4 will be new content. Pretty excited for that. Comparing the 2, I don't think the anime has done the manga justice 100%. Kubo has an aesthetic that is very difficult to match. Kubo has created some of the best character art in any manga. Yea, he's terrible at backgrounds, but his character art is legit 10/10. But I will say the anime has mostly drawn the characters very well. The art is excellent in the anime and the backgrounds are a great touch. I would say the anime is 90% of the manga. |

| Supposedly you should hold out. It's been said that Kubo would be involved into make the anime an improved version over the manga, since the last arc was a complete mess... That still remains to be seen though, in my opinion everything is the same... The art and animation is awesome, but the plot is still dumb and the villians are still to over the top and nonsensical |
