| Hmm 6th place within the class rankings is pretty damm good. Shiina though sure did well. As rewards go having Shiina clean your ear really is a odd one. Its so amusing seeing her refuse to leave Amane even when she's asleep. But what was even more so was how frantic she was the morning after. Those comments from the girls though sure were rude. It was cute seeing Shhina's reaction at Amane's praise of her after school though. Always aiming to be the good girl that everyone likes must be tiring. So im glad that Amane is proving to be the foundation that she needed to ground herself. The bond between the two really have come a long way. Overall a pretty sweet ep that really showed just how much their bond has come since their meeting and how much they come to rely upon one another. Looking forward to the finale. |

| As per usual, the Angel herself ranks top in studies, while Amane does good, placing at 6th. Celebration or not, she is content with what she has now, and certainly giving a lap pillow to Amane who requested it feels normal. But after the wet dream that Amane had, it's obvious that he has 2nd thoughts, but Mahiru doesn't care and cares for him just like how she should with the ear cleaning and head patting for pampers and spoils. Even though he's open about his confession towards her, she is asleep to the point of overwork and carries her back to her room to lay her down on her bed. Mahiru acting childish, and Amane tries to dodge it with his defences, which is just like his usual. Of course, there is a framed picture of a boy, but after seeing her bedroom, he can't help but reveal her childish thoughts to her, and unfortunately when it comes to sexual desires, this is a common misconception, depending on the sex. Mahiru being bare-legged with her Summer uniform, it's too alluring for a tease for Amane. Sure, the reception in school about Mahiru has lovers and haters, but this is par for the course for the Angel having her appearance and position in school. That said, while both Mahiru and Kadowaki are actually quite similar, Amane got the jewel in the crown about the real Mahiru that could earn him some backlash if she is not careful. In truth, just having someone like Amane trust her even in her vulnerable self, it's more than enough for the Angel, but this causes a concern because by then, people will see Mahiru for who she really is, that it's no longer a secret. The Angel finding the cute Amane, it's the effect of being spoiled much, and that's always a good thing. Expecting good things for the finale. |

| Dude are you serious? Wtf project no.9 ?? Only logical explanation would be putting it in the next episode, but this was a very weird choice. As expected they’re rushing tf out of volume 4. Skipped the scene where mahiru fell in front of Amane, but next episode is the final chapter so should have something special for us |

| Really hoping this gets a season two asap. I thought the beginning with the ear cleaning was super adorable. Oh man So Mahiru has Amane's picture on his desk?!?!?! Okay girl! The scene that really hit for me was when Amane heard those girls talking about Mahiru. I think it definitely brought him back to his middle school days but Mahiru said one of the realest things I've heard in a while when she said "They don't hate me as a person, they just hate how I am." I'm like damn...that's rough. She called him cute. Nice. Can't the mods in here do something about these manga or Light Novel spoilers please??? |

| Sleepy Mahiru's too adorable, that was so cute. Amane being possessive is indeed cute. Also I really thought they were going to kiss there but they didn't damn. Just one more episode to go, will we see them actually start dating in the finale? I hope so. |

| Good lord, how aren't they a thing yet? They were having such a moment in numerous occasions this episode but how is Amane still holding back, xD? Half-confession at least though, here's to hoping the real one will follow next episode. It'll be kind of like "bruh, wtf" if they don't given the amount of teasing they've sit us through. Next episode's title gives me some hope too, please don't just get our hopes high here... It was really nasty to see the other girls talk behind Mahiru's back and it felt gut-wrenching seeing how she handled it. I totally understand Amane's concern regarding that. |

And another thing. Her summer skirt length is far shorter than the LN says, so how is she going to wear stockings without the ZR blowing Amane's fuse? |

| Amane & Mahiru both scored well in their tests/exams, so Mahiru is giving him an ear cleaning surprise or something, he can lay on her lap. Mahiru falls asleep and then Amane wakes up and notices that, he tries to wake her up but she doesn't wake up, so he brings her back to her apartment and in her room to sleep in her bed but Mahiru is probably sleep dreaming or however you call it and she asks Amane to lay beside her, which Amane refuses to do ofcourse. Mahiru waking up the next day feeling all embarrassed ofcourse. The summer outfit looks good on her though, not gonna lie. Amane saw her outfit and was immediately like "nope", lmao. Amane did find her cute tho in her outfit but he still asked her to put on some stockings, if that's the correct answer. The gossip about Mahiru got Amane all startled up and he got mad that people talk about her like that, which i completely understand. People are literally talking behind her back and some even hate her, which is just weird, she's a normal girl. Back in the apartment they talked a while and Mahiru said that Kadowaki isn't her type, I guess Amane felt relieved? Amane just wants Mahiru for himself, I think. This is were we all thought that Mahiru would go in for a kiss but we got played, again. Can these two get together already? Thank you. Despite that ending, It was an wholesome ep. |

| Mahiru is always more cuter the more episode i watch, amane he is so lucky that he meet mahiru. Mahiru n1 in the test and amane has make it under thr top 10. Too cute this scene where mahiru is half asleep. |

| I thought they were going to kiss at some point during this episode and towards the end it looked like they almost did. One thing I do find amusing is how blunt they both are with each other but at the same time it's getting a little old that they act surprised and are still in denial about their feelings. Also I didn't realize that Mahiru goes to Amane's home at anytime she wants to, such as being in front of his bedroom door as he was waking up (I thought she only came in to cook after school and later in the day on the weekends). Anyways, hopefully there will be a good finale with them getting closer (like with a kiss). |

| I'm wondering what happens in the novel if a kiss makes sense here, because I can't imagine either of them having the guts to do it in the anime. Sometimes this is cute and relaxing, and other times it just feels like it drags, I feel like my time would have been better spent on the novel. |

The whole anime can be explained in a few dialogues: "ugh, she's spoiling me again" "amazing food" "you're cute" "dummy" They're practically living together even though they are "neighbours", yet they are close friends that totally do not have any shit they feel. The platonic love then somehow becomes mutual out of the blue. Will it end with them having sex for a whole season or what? I know the score I'll give, yes, a 5. We are fucking getting better visuals at the cost of story quality. bs strategy. There are a few good things about it. But the way the "romance" is very boring, hence the score. |
