| I like Manager-san's shenanigans and Ranko's badass Onee-san energy. But holy shit is this getting repetitive. Every episode is just Manager-san getting into debt, Maids tries to pay off debt, Ranko kills debt collector, problem solved. Will this ever get become non-episodic or have some substance? |

I am literally not complaining, I am enjoying the anime so far. You need to rewatch Black Lagoon because compared to this it has an entirely different vibe. Warhol vs Hopper is a perfect example. |

| Yeah, this show is not turning out to be as good as I expected it to from watching the first episode. I was expecting it to be more bizzare and out there than it actually is. I want something like that gun fight musical sequence from episode 1 again. Stuff that is so over the top that I burst out laughing. It really failed to capture that vibe ever since the first episode. I still hope it improves though. |

| Towards the end, if you last that long. But just because it gets a little non-episodic, doesn't mean it gets substance. I find this show to have little of that, but it's because, substance is not what it's aiming for. Rather it's silly shenanigans, with overplayed violent tendencies, sprinkled in. Not a bad thing, but it makes the anime seem pretty surface-level. |
