People that give this show 9.1 are idiots. No store. Recycling trash all the time. "Hey, wanna know what is new? What if we mixed X race with Z race? Repeat that every season and that is Bleach.

Empty trash. Even My Hero Academia has more sustenance than this thin trash bleach filler.

Some of the direction of some certain scenes felt weird. Like how we saw Ayon's skin starting to peel off and right in the next moment his top half was all bones. Would've liked to see his whole body deteriorate.

You most likely know all of the following, but I'm setting it up anyway to make my post as comprehensible as possible.

Ichigo's bankai gives him a tremendous boost in power that is concentrated in his physical form like an Arrancar, which comes as a surprise to his opponents even when they know that it's coming. This was foreshadowed in the fight between Hitsugaya and Harribel, when Harribel would've killed Hitsugaya if he hadn't taken precaution against her released form. Similarly, if Ichigo's opponents don't know what his Bankai is like, they're dead, and if they know, they'll be lucky if they only end up injured, which is exactly what happened in this fight. Ichigo doesn't consider sneak attacks honorable, but puts this ideology aside when his friends are in immediate danger.

I was surprised, not by his sneak attack, but by the fact that he dropped his sword. He hasn't done that since his fight with Grimmjow. Not holding on to his sword was something that he was taunted for throughout the Soul Society arc, and something that was drilled into him so much whilst training with the Vizard, that when he eventually fought Ulquiorra he wouldn't even let go of his sword whilst unconscious, which pissed Ulquiorra off. What we can take from this is that Ichigo made a compromise to drop his sword because he held Nelliel in his arm, a person far more important than his sword, and needed to use his other to subdue the attack.
