| Another bizarre yet entertaining episode imo. The blend between fiction and reality really has its creative perks. I'm also starting to like Berry more and more in this show due to her curious personality. The virtual technology shown in this lates episode isn't very advanced or extraordinary imo. Oh and she needs to be careful when messing around with technology. Maybe taking her parents' advice might be a good idea. |

| Berry still stuck in the Hyperverse strut with "Yurei" Hack and the real "glitchy-witchy" Phantom Zero chasing after them, an exit is pertinent, and a successful escape...at least for now. With the Security Executive Committee Task Force on Hack's trail being the cause for the Zero Phenomenon, escape through all means is possible. As for Berry, Hack leaving Phantom Zero's data with her is a safe bet, though she doesn't know what's the purpose of it. Everything's the same for Berry, even down to her ophthalmologist Deco treatment for her weird sightings that continues to be seen by others as defective. Her dad's work of being a content moderator, and immediately all data traces of Hack being deleted out is certainly weird to see, aside from the usual control that doesn't sit well with her. Berry's rebellion of going on her own adventures, running away from home to find Yurei Hack, her cause is certainly one for pleasure that's her usual style. This is all new for Berry, and this is an expedition full of surprises. |

| This episode made me realize it's hard to tell the Hyperverse from reality. The way "reality" looks almost feels indistinguishable from the Hyperverse. I imagine that's probably intentional since everyone has to have a Deco on at all times. Also interesting that Berry's parents are both content moderators because their job is essentially censorship. I wonder how much of this world they're aware of. Do they know the "truth" or are they just drones doing what they're told by their bosses? I'm also curious to know how does Phantom 0 has powers outside of the game? And who is that mysterious dude that showed up at the end there? I guess I'll have to wait until next week to find out. |

This time around I am sure we had one. - Maybe a reference to The Matrix too. - Imagine ARG having real life implication. - Wow, the parents are working a similar job as the MC in 1984. "The Big Giant Peacock Brother is watching.". - What's with japanese teens going at nigh and feeling liberated or something? We got the same thing in Yofukashi no Uta too... Exaggerating much? |
| Great episode! Berry managed to escape from the real Phantom zero for now... The SEC task force couldn't capture Hack xD. 'Love-y!' Im still a bit confused on some aspects of the show so I may rewatch parts of episode 1. Looking forward to the next episode! |

| As annoying as chattering cape kid's verbal stuff is, I'd much rather keep watching him parkour around the city, alternatively fighting void witches and the police with paper airplanes and other wacky nonsense. It's not much in the way of plot or character, but at least it's visually fun with more exuberance than a lot of anime. Or that may just be the multiple goddamned cheat power exposition affairs of the last few days traumatizing me. The same can't be said for once the glowing pink thing takes over the episode about a third of the way in. Usually anime has the issue of taking things too deadly seriously, but absolutely everything to her is just a silly lark. It might work if she was actually competent and in control of the situation, or at the very least, able to handle herself, or even had some actual prupose besides chasing whatever sparkly thing falls in front of her, but she's so far just coming off as a flighty, impulsive, reckless brat. |

| Ah so I was right on my strong sense of this being a dystopia. I already got that vibe with a classroom lecture on how great Neoliberalism is lol It’s even more a dystopia with government mass surveillance and censorship. The story in the first episode about the giant with so many eyes makes more sense now. Every person basically has a camera on their head recoding everything around them it seems? Also I wonder how the world looks without the Deco. Is it a run down city with crumbling infrastructure? ryo-san said: why erase that woman? She was just walking. Could this mean the government don't like traditional japanese stuff for some reason? It’s someone they don’t want people to know exists is how I took it. Also it was a man, voice was a bit too deep and firm to be a deeper voiced woman. |

| Not gonna lie, from watching the first two episodes, I'm really enjoy this. It's wild and weird, and really shows what our lives could be, deep into the future, and how scary moderation can be. Anime also kinda reminds me of Deca-dance's more cartoony bits ngl. |
| Overall, better than the first episode but still somewhat uninteresting so far. Berry is lowkey getting on my nerves too. |
| Well there are sure many mysteries behind this world and how it works, even regarding the "moderators" I believe, now I wonder who's that hat person and what's really up with Hack, anyway Berry is in a bad situation if she really wants to rebel against that world. |
