an happy end for once ??

Like the moment I saw his name in OP credit, I was like "dam another sad ending coming..."

And this was even more obvious when they started to talk about little mermaid.
I mean what is the point of writing something so easy to foresee.

And yh I don't consider that a scene ambiguous like with the bubble at the end as something happy.

I was gonna buy the Blu ray collector and all, but I will refrain.

I remembered this movie having a happy ending lol
well, not so much as being happy, more like a happy disappointing ending. lol
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

lmao i could literally see the ending cominh. the only thing good about this is the animation

Friends are nothing more than the people who you spend the fun, yet meaningless times with. When those times get rough, they aren’t there to support you.

Bubble is not Urobuchi's full responsibilities. There are 2 other people who were in charged of the script.

i mean happy end or depression, all that matters is a good story and flow which it didn't so that's all there is to it

I actually disagree this is not an happy ending otherwise Uta and Hibiki would not be crying in sadness at the end. I mean Uta could not stay in human form...

True, but I am sure the ending comes from him. Like 100% his idea. Or actually it might have been even worse without the other 2.

I never said that it was a happy ending....i said that tragic endings are better than the happy ones.

Indeed dunno why I quoted you.
As for tragic endings being better ... well everyone is free to have his opinion, but most tragic endings are predictable too lol

Well, both Expelled from Paradise or Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet has more or less happy ending

But it not really satisfying or impressive regardless

that's not a sad ending problem, it's a story being shit problem

I heard he had very little to do with this movie and his name was mostly used for marketing.

but even if he did fully write the story, it still sucks.

I love madoka, and will probably love psycho pass and fate zero, but this was shit.

Urobuchi is so predictable, I just need to see his name to make a list with possible depression endings. He must have had a rough childhood for sure with that amount of "consistency" in writing.
