Yea, even with how OnK’s characters address said issues, they’re not completely resolved, cause there simply isn’t an ideal or permanent solution when it comes to controversy in social media and the industry. Hence why even though the arc was short, it felt very believable and reasonable. Some people in my circle had complained about Akane expressing her gratitude despite having nearly been driven off the ledge mentally, and I was thinking like “what else was she supposed to say that would be a better alternative line, then?”

Demon Slayer’s state is hilariously bad, imho, considering how the producer promised “next level animation” prior to the season kicking off.

I love the art design and visuals. It also has a really nice way integrating great introspection in the anime industry and social media as well as the idol and actor characters involved, especially with the likes of particularly well written ones like Akane. Some people say the dialogue is inflated and all, but I think it's done especially well and it's necessary, considering most people are honestly not aware of much of the corrupted and unknown sides of the industry, as well as the livelihoods (and often turmoil) of high profile entertainers involved in it. The character dynamics are really nice, too, though Aqua can be a bit too "edgy", but at least there's good reason why he's like that. The only thing that I somewhat have an issue with are the tone shifts and humor at times.

I didn't expect to enjoy the adaptation as much as I am right now, but I'm glad I am, even with some of the divisiveness I've seen regarding it....well, at least from what I've seen.
