| Heh, Mathias winning his fight in front of everyone not only proved himself but now, he has to deal with demons in their world. The relationship dynamic between Mathias, Lurie, and Armas is kinda cute imo even when they're down at that dungeon. Got to see Arma use her archery skills while Lurei displayed her talent of magic. At least the episode took itself seriously with them fighting a giant snake. And I'm not surprised to see Mathias taking care of business. |

| No one, even the king himself, questioned Mathias about his abilities or knowledge about the demon. LMAO... He was like pop out from nowhere and know everything about the demon, as well as, his wordless overpowered magic skills. Lurie was cute, and, maybe, she was also jealous when Mathias talked to Arma. 😏 |

| fripSide's OP is just so generic and unimpressive. Yuki Nakashima's ED is just fine. Lurie is just too cute lols, and Alma is good to check on her once every so often with her unconscious affection on Matthias. The king of the kingdom is so lax with handing out the reward to him, though he'd not want land nor weapons, but dungeon resources like a treasury. The magical chosen ones chosen to drive out demons that backfired, Matthias is one to fill in the blanks with the passing of time, and the one thing they don't have is time for new plans, which Matty helps to fill that gap since magic development is very outdated. The trio's party into the dungeon, and that serves as good practice and tests for both girls to train the incantation-less spells from Matty, in accordance with their crests. Since Matthias is trained before his reincarnation, the same OP skills carry-over does the same here. It's good that the pacing slowed down substantially, but this just still feels average. |

| Mathias going up in the ranks fast. He gotta make a barrier to protect the kingdom but that'll be a piece of cake to him for sure. Also the dungeon they went into didn't really have a dungeon vibe to it at all. |

| This was a good episode, was quite enjoyable even though everything felt pretty cliché and generic. The OP and ED are good. Like I said earlier one will enjoy the hell outta this show if they just turned their brain off. I did and am enjoying this. I don't like Lurie when she gets too excited, she gets too clingy man wtf stay away. Though I liked how Matty kun taught Alma how to use bow properly using magic and taught Lurie to make stuff. That was nice. Everything was seriously pretty cliché though ngl. Overpowered MC accomplishing unimaginable feats, girls getting impressed and fawning over him, nothing new. Still they way it is done is still entertaining, didn't feel bored at all so I'm still going to keep watching it. Looking forward to next episode. |

| Mathias didn't even give the snake a chance lol So far I'm finding the main female characters pretty boring, I hope that changes over the episodes. |

| Great episode! Mathias really did prove his strength defeating that demon by himself and the king grants him his request to explore the dungeons. He also is going to put up a barrier to prepare to protect everyone from the demons when they arrive. He forms a party with Alma and Lurie and teaches them skills making them pretty powerful. The Arc Serpent boss he went against was destroyed very fast by his OP abilities. Looking forward to the next episode! |

| Better than the first episode. It was great seeing Arma and Lurie improving themselves and getting stronger with Mathias' help. I feel like I'm going to be really disappointed with the demons in this show. |

| Ah yes it wouldn’t be a new anime season without the generic isekai power fantasy show. Most of them I really enjoy because isekai is my fave genre, but this one feels pretty boring. Reminds me of hachi-nan tte from a couple years ago. |

| Alright, finally the little flashback before the first episode event, which mean, synopsis retelling. Already the strongest mage the universe ever created, greed for power making that virgin mage seek to even more strongest power. Imagine trying to be more stronger by reborn yourself thousand of years on the future. This the exact opposite of the time leap show where you wish to be a better person by leaping to the past. But this dude, instead, goin to the thousand year future, which surprisingly not so futuristic world. Idk how its works, lets just follow the story rule where the demon successfully making mankind just be dumb, and succumb to death, but not actually be death on a real term. However, by the arrival of the past strongest mage, he actually creating an unbalance environment toward the universe stability. The thousand years where human live in harmony with demon, but now they'll go to war again because of one random kid appeared killing arrogant disguised demon in one random competition. That one subject of matter i say can actually be an interesting discussion subject to issue on this episode. No matter how generic this show is. However, since i am so freakin lazy, with all my poor soul can be gathered, i think lets just cease it just like that. In short, let all the convenient way to be stronger this mc got at his new life, and all the cute girls around, to flow in casual. I am just okay with that. |

| This episode was a bit better than the first episode, although that's not saying much since this series still feels a bit too generic and the pacing is too quick at times. Still, at least I find the OP to be good. FripSide has a good consistency of nice OP songs and this one is no exception. The ED, while basic, was cute and relaxing, which I do like quite a bit. =) Matthias did a good job in helping Lucie and Alma to learn their magic which made their time in the dungeon easier. No surprise that Matthias then went off alone to solo a giant snake while collecting more valuable ores, which was rather typical, but at least it gave him a chance to see what he can do currently. I do want to see the red-haired girl from the OP/ED soon, as she does look rather cute. =3 |

Why the weird change? Also the pacing is insane. They are already at the end of chapter 10, and the chapters are long compared to most shounen (50 pages instead of 20). In other words, if every two manga chapters are 5 regular manga chapters, they adapted almost 25 chapters in freaking 2 episodes! That's beyond fast pace... |

| MC predicts a devil invasion in 3 months so he sets out to search for materials he needs to construct a barrier for the city/country in a dungeon. A lot of plot convenience going on to make this happen like lack of knowledge of dungeon loot, dungeon walls being in tact despite having useful resources, bosses still alive etc. still watching because OPMC tho |
