| To me the implication about the title, at least from what we've seen so far, is that he's inherently "cheating" in a sense by operating as a pharmacist with access to knowledge that no one else in that world could possibly have/is shown to have, by virtue of coming from a different world (presumably our real life modern world). |

| The anime focuses on making the show a slice of life comedy, so it only briefly touched on his skills, but basically he has 2 of the standard OP isekai skills, [Analyze] and [Medicine Making]. I can't remember what they're actually called, but they're pretty similar to how they work in other shows. His [Medicine Making] skill is top notch and gives him god-level knowledge of chemistry. |

Makes the most sense, also there is the intricacies of the translation/meaning of the word "cheat" in japanese to english, but i don't know if that have anything to do with...lol |
