| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Welp, Enkidu made a run for it. Not surprising with the situation he's in. Ishtar and Quetzalcoatl managed to fight back against some of those monsters at least. The battle was pretty tense if you ask me. Even Mash got some chance to shine. Ishtar's badass as hell with her abilities this episode. |

| I thought the DGP's were the stuff of nightmares but the lahmu may make me even more uncomfortable.. Man, hats off to Cloverworks for bringing everything to life. Animation, art, music, visuals, pacing, etc is all top notch. Not easy to do that with talking heads. The dark Ushiwakamaru fight and Siduri scenes were masterfully done. No wonder they're trending on JP twitter. Can't wait for next week. |

WTF despite of getting skewed he still manages to run????? he's suppose to be dead!!!!!!!! And shit Siduri manages to save him in spite of being a new human????? Man, both Istar and Quetzalcoatl almost had that "Holy Grail from that Lahmut , but wtf Ushiwaka came back from the.............and now she's bad news when she can multiply.... where the hell is that Jaguar Girl when they needed her????? |

| The new ed just left me in a sorrowful state, Sayonara ~ Siduri. Her thank you scene with Kingu was so touching. Those Lahmu's are such sadistic bastards. The animation and visuals were amazing. |

| Events (aside rare stuff like Prison Tower and SE.RA.PH.) are in this absurd limbo in which they are technically canon and they can reference and foreshadow main story parts, but not the other way around, and they are generally skipped in "serious" adaptations of the main story (like manga and anime). And nobody would actually want to see that certain demon god in Solomon animated imho, so it's better this way |

Pretty swell fight and the I prefer the Prover ED. Also R.I.P Ushiwaka, she is ded now right? Was hard to watch them fight her. Their mama looks hot af!! Cute pupils too. |

Like, the ties with the main story are stronger in one direction compared to the other, so to speak. |

| Pace is still a little weird / fast, and doesn't flow just quite right, though it's significantly better from last episode. I don't get why they didn't make 22, or the full 24 episodes, especially if they're having all these breaks. They clearly wouldn't have needed filler since they're cutting some things out. Poor Siduri, the best girls never get a good ending. New ED is good, but man, the previous one was fantastic. |

| Ushiwaka appears as a darker self, the OP was teasing about it, but that was pretty short but amazing battle.. I didn't really want her to be fighting Ritsuka and his group.. Kingu is on the run from the creepers, in the end is saved by Siduri.. RIP Siduri :( That new ED hit the feels very hard :( Great tribute to Siduri! |

| The Siduri scene got me good NGL. decent animation as always, Lahmus are still the stuff of nightmares AND THEY REMIXED TIAMAT'S THEME AT THE END!!!!! And a new ED by Milet again, just for Siduri :(. We will probably go back to Prover next week but i hope we get a new OP soon cus i still expect it to happen. Can't think of a better song in FGO 1.0 apart from Final fight of Camelot or Solo. |
