| The 3D transformation sequence felt a bit awkward and the intro was a bit long imo. Otherwise, I really liked the art, and I hope we won't have to wait too much for the rest of the episode. :o Cats incoming. <(｀^´)>  |

| That looked quite good, I wonder if they were going for 3D but then scrapped it and that's why they are calling this episode incomplete, since some bits were still the 3D the trailer had. |

The rest will be a documentary and an apology from the creator, Takashi Murakami. there's only 22 minutes. unknown episodes because the creator said this anime will airing in future. |

| AniDB says there are 7 episodes for this? Most of which released in 2019. https://anidb.net/anime/12682 And only the first two have been subbed yet by Anonyneko sub group. I'm not sure if that's correct or not. Very confusing release schedule for this. Not sure if any of those episodes are the sections with Takashi Murakami or not either, though I assume not. |

| Ooooooookay...... I dunno what on earth I just watched... or what I even found... So I happened to find what seems like the first episode and wasn't sure if I was clickbaited, because the first 4 minutes or so looked so unlike what I had briefly heard about with this show. It starts off as some post-apocalyptic dystopian sci-fi thing with some giant lady robot thing destroying what already seems to be the ruins of some city or something. There's tons of CG machinery and stuff trying to destroy it and I really thought I accidentally found some other show... when some random cat-like plushies appear and two ladies, one pink archer and one purple cannon-launcher or something, attack? Then eventually the giant lady gets like four legs and/or four arms and a face or something and kills the two magical ladies or something??? Who is this show supposed to be for, the little girls who like magical girls, or the older guys who like action-filled magical girl sakuga? What on earth am I even watching lmao????? Well I guess the first 7 and a half minutes were supposed to be a flashback or something, cuz now we follow a stereotypical magical girl show protagonist—I think her name's supposed to be Haruka Hani, and she has this friend who seems to be named Tamaki. Was this some kind of crowdfunded project or something? Because the animation of this whole episode seems weirdly too good to be a typical TV anime episode. I'm talkin really fluid and crazy-looking animation throughout, even in minor scenes that don't even have fantasy/magic elements. Usually it's the magical girl transformation sequence that only gets this level of fluid animation. Is this some OVA or ONA or something? I dunno, but I guess the consistent animation is a pleasant surprise... So the magical girl sentai in this universe are Heart Princesses and they beat up Sinbeasts. And Haruka somehow daydreamed about something similar to the cat familiars in this universe (called Moon Cats, they got Land Dogs as enemies I guess) so maybe she has memories of them and Heart Princesses or something......? Idk it's late in the night so I might not have gotten all the details right lol. Then she meets some cat familiar named Jin who does some weird shit that makes the main character get a flower on her chest?? What the hell was that sequence lol... but that's nothing compared to after she and Tamaki go to some Fushimi Shrine... not sure why they went here but they do and eventually the shrine turns into some CG building monster and that's when Haruka transforms into the Pink Princess... I've seen a lot of magical girl transformation sequences (as I am a fan of magical girl shows), so it means a lot when I just think "what the hell was that lololol" after it ends. XD Speaking of "ends", well... the episode then ends after Haruka hears her friend scream. Yup. The OP that I saw of this show a while back sounded very similar to HeartCatch PreCure's opening (straight down to the last shot of the main characters in space too!!) and the ED has similar levels of typical PreCure CGI dancing, so I guess this entire show—or maybe just first episode—is meant to be a parody of HeartCatch PreCure or maybe the general PreCure franchise. I dunno........ all I can really say is......... what on earth is this? XDDD |

| was surprised by the monstrous giant girl at the start, and she's throwing passenger ships? Also surprised at the fleet of planes with high tech combat weaponry. Looks like they were able to damage the monster with the missiles to the face, but it healed itself right away. also an unfortunate end for the two magical girls who followed after the ships. I like their character designs. ok, our main heroine Haruka is very cute, and so nice of her to rescue the poor cat. will be watching the rest of what episodes are available. I enjoyed the first. |
