I consider myself as someone who deeply values individual freedom and the protection of minors and I still like this "stuffs". Honestly, there's nothing in this story that I personally find reprehensible (except for some racist things that other people do in this story but at least they're called out on it). Have you read the story by the way, or are you just spouting stuff that you've heard somewhere else? Because it doesn't seem as if you have any idea about the emotional inside of the characters. Not every story reveals everything important about their characters in the first 10 minutes of the story. This thing about Latina that she's keeping secret is actually something that's gonna take quite a long time until it's actually revealed. |

| Great start. Kids suffering is my emotional kryptonite and God did I feel awful for that poor girl. So heartwarming to see the MC take her in and look after her. What a guy. Seriously, Dale is really great. Not just because he was nice to Latina but he just seems like a cool, level-headed dude. Maybe my favourite of the new season so far. This was pure sweetness. Hope it can maintain the quality. A little plot development finding out about Latina's background and seeing more of Dale in his adventuring while keeping a light-hearted SOL feel would be perfect. Finger crossed! |

| Only 12 episodes, they worked on volumes 1-3. Expectations can get more episodes, but good. The slice of life here will be more flavorful, a good start for the first episode. |

| A couple thoughts based off this forum and episode one. 1. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought the animation quality in this was absolutely atrocious. I spent nearly half the time in awe of how poor things looked and how awkward the motion was. 2. Dear Lord, I saw nothing in this episode to indicate anything lewd was coming. But based off what little I've read here I'm nearly ready to drop, assuming that's all true. It's a shame because the core premise of adopting a child as an adventurer seems so neat. |

| Dale looks older in the Anime than in the manga. His face is elongated. Animation-wise, it's not the best but it will work. Latina is adorable, many "awww" moments. This will be my feel good series for Summer 2019. I hope no one lewds her but this is the internet we're talking about. They'd lewd a baby if they could and I am sure they already have in the past. |

And I got tired of the repeated lines like 'Oh poor thing, when she was in the forest, she didn't have <insert item here like sweets or cute clothes>' forced down the viewer's throat at every corner. It's plain retarded considering the time she spent in the forest couldn't have been anything lengthy, much less her entire life. And isn't her guardian dying and her horn being broken a bigger problem here? Well, in any case, I expected much better considering the hype, but was let down. |

| The townspeople are pretty chill in this. You would think they would be a bit freaked out about bringing a devil in but they take it pretty well actually. I was waiting for that one character that's like "No, you can't do this" but I guess its all good. |

| Letina is very cute. Have to be impressed with the VA for pulling off that quiet, serene voice. But what could've killed Ragu (Latina's father)? I'd infer that starvation or wounds from when he fled from those who branded him a criminal are the cause, but who knows. |
