| This week's ep didn't let me down! I'm happy the anime did justice to Bakugou and Uraraka's match + Bakugou's part where he said there's nothing frail 'bout Uraraka. We're finally about to reach the climax of the sports fest arc! AAaaah I gotta prepare my soul for next week. My two beautiful sons will finally face each other. |

It's just a Japan tv law thing. Wait for the blu-rays if it bothers you. - yeah you are right they should speed up the pacing and rush through the manga and skip chapters so manga readers will cry and complain that the MANGA IS BETTER. (Because all the chapters are there and I could just speed read through the manga) ^_^ |

| Aw Uraraka tried so hard, sad that she lost but at the same time I feel bad for Bakugou, no one was rooting for him. It's kinda natural seeing he is too op but even so, knowing no one want you to win feels bad. Deku probably don't mind not having a father seeing Endeavour's behavior towards his son. His mother is always priceless at the end. It's getting hard to not just go and read the manga ugh next week, sob backstory |

| Okay, the one thing i do not want to see if Deku winning over Todoroki. I hope that doesn't happen, otherwise we're set for a crazy match, i'm sure. HOLY SHIT THOUGH, Bakugo vs. Uraraka was amazing, the music when Uraraka was down <3 Definitely a new OST. |

| Holy moly, that fight was insanely awesome! =D Uraraka didn't have many options against Bakugo, but she was determined to try though. She charged in, got blasted back, got back on her feet and charged in once more. Her overall plan with the rocks from Bakugo's attacks in the air was crazy and epic, but Bakugo was simply too strong for her to cope with as he blasted her away, along with her meteor shower of rocks as well. Seeing her collapse at the end, still determined to continue the fight was admittedly admirable, but she was already past her limit and the fight was already decided by then. Bones made the whole fight look and animate brilliantly. Plus, the soundtrack was pretty much perfect as well, especially when Uraraka was at her limit. Another powerful scene was Uraraka calling up her father and talked about her defeat against Bakugo. Her father's encouraging words and Uraraka's sobbing made the scene really moving. It made me shed a tear or two as well. ^^; Anyway, that's one really intense fight over, but now comes the BIG one. Midoriya Vs Todoroki is up next week. I'm sure that this fight will be VERY intense and epic. =D |
| Enjoyable episode, good strategy, but she should have had the concrete chunks at different heights in the sky. Maybe 2 levels 100ft apart so right when he blasted the first level away the second would arrive and he wouldn't have the energy to do it again. But, that would have been hard to pull off. I have no idea how she made sure they all stopped at the same height in the sky or how she touched all the rocks in the first place. |

The only female character who lost her match without a fight was Yaoyorozu who was up against Tokoyami, and this plays a key role in her character growth in a future arc. Pay attention. |

Much deserved. So hyped for Deku vs. Shouto. I can't decide who I want to win!!! I feel like it had to be Deku, but I also feel like it has to be Shouto! So excited for Shouto's back story, he is definitely my favorite. |

| Was a cool fight but it was pretty clear who was going win solely because of course Bakugo and Deku will fight in the finals, Did they really need a whole episode for this fight? Oh well next episode is what I've been waiting for Deku will finally show off his power. |

| Wow that fight between Uraraka and Bakugou was a much better fight than I thought it would be and it was so sad to see Uraraka's memories as she struggled crawling on the ground...she really gave it her all. I'm so pumped for Midoriya and Todoroki to finally fight and Midoriya's hallway encounter with Endeavor was tense! It's going to be one of the best episodes of the entire anime season next episode and I'm ready!!! |

| BEST. EPISODE. YET. This is the fight I've been looking forward to the most tbh, just because the match-up was so unexpected and odd. More Bakugo is always a good thing, and Ochako has earned my respect- take notes other Shounen creators, this is how heroines should be- cool af even when taking those Ls!! I teared up when she cried to her Dad, but I'm also really glad Bakugo gave his all against her and actually acknowledged her as a worthy opponent. He was about to go all out at the end too, but ofc Ochako collapsed cuz she ain't no where near as physically resilient as Bakugo. I did like his little comment though, "what part of her was frail?"...pretty sure he was referring to her spirit. Also, Kirishima beat Tetsutetsu just by a hair. Seems like a bromance has been formed though lol Another deadly cliff hanger there, and the long awaited Deku vs. Todoroki starts next ep!! Seems like we're gonna get more insight into Todoroki's past too. I dunno though, I honestly don't think Deku's gonna win this one. I mean I'm still convinced the final showdown is gonna be Bakugo vs. Todoroki and that Bakugo might just edge a win. Just a gut feeling. Anyway, it wouldn't feel right for Deku to win as he is right now. I just don't think he's on Bakugo and Todoroki's level yet...he's got the potential, but he's not got the hang of it just yet imo. Can't wait to see the new match-ups though! Aside from Deku & Todoroki, the remaining contestants are Mina, Bakugo, Ibara, Tokoyami and Kirishima (I think that's all of 'em). Wonder who Ibara's gonna fight? I think it'd be interesting to see her fight against Tokoyami! It'd be one cool looking long-range fight, that's for sure. Also want Mina vs. Kirishima for close combat since she's so kickass! Getting ahead of myself, but this is just so much fun rn XD EDIT: I totally forgot about Iida. I'm a terrible person. Welp. I think I'm forgetting someone else too. Damn it!! |

I feel like you could insult any area of this series- be it the music, characters, setting, heck even the story...but not the animation! It's some of the best animated action I think I've seen this season. I get not liking the art style because that's always an acquired taste- but the animation in MHA always looks fluid as hell. Unless I'm missing something O_O As for pacing, I can't say anything since I'm anime-only. Maybe just stick to the manga or something?? |

Ibara was a complete boss against Denki and WON. Hatsume Mei gave no craps, used her match against Iida to promote herself to support companies and just walked out of bounds when she was done. I can't even call that a loss at this point. In her mind she won lmao Yaoyorozu vs. Tokoyami was a bad match-up for her Quirk since all-purpose creation had a time lag setback, whereas Tokoyami's Shadow didn't. Ochako stood her ground against Bakugo of all people- the guy who came first in the entrance exam- I'm pretty sure most people would lose against him, regardless of gender. He acknowledged her for a reason imo. Her loss was in no way humiliating. I feel like the losses were more to do with Quirk clashes as opposed to gender. |

| THE BEST FIGHT SO FAR!!! and it lasted more than a few minutes Uraraka fought well. Loved her determination and that plan of hers was great. Unfortunately, Bakugou was just too powerful. Though I'm glad that he acknowledged her Some of the spectators were really dumb not seeing through Uraraka's plan, and they're calling themselves Pro Heroes. It was cool of Aizawa Sensei to chastise them. Seeing Uraraka encouraging Midoriya at the expense of not showing her own frustration, she gained my respect. Uraraka talking to her father almost teared me up. :( That was sad to watch. A great father she has. That being said, Todoroki's father is an asshole. I'm all hyped for the next episode. The Todoroki Vs Midoriya and also Todoroki's backstory. Can't wait for next week. :D Plus Ultra! |

| I felt this episode was pretty cliche, especially with the Uraraka vs Bakugo fight. Nice characterization for her though. Hyped for the next episode though! The moment we've all been waiting for. |

| Decent episode. Was actually expecting Uraraka to win since she would have made an equally interesting finalist against Midoriya. Anyone else thinking how Uraraka is somewhat a budget Megumi Tadokoro? 1. She's also fighting for top spot for her family albeit for much more shallow reasons. 2. She relied on the MC though to a lesser extent. Feels guilt for doing so. 3. Has vowed to work harder and succeed with her own strength. 4. Both bffls with + respect MC. |

| OMG this episode was great! Uraraka vs Bakugo was worth the wait!! Best fight so far. Loved how Bakugo was not underestimating Uraraka *aboard the uraraka x bakugo ship Uraraka is so precious.
