That's going to depend on what angle you're taking. Tanya is the embodiment of conservatism. She dedicates all of her resources and abilities to conserving herself. Anything outside of self-preservation is probably irrelevant to Tanya.

Mostly liberal, as in she sees what is good in changing things and encourages those changes, supporting progress and amelioration over traditional value, and competence and logic over habits and old morality.
She also has absolutely no complaints against gay relationship (especially since as a man in a woman body, she's attracted toward woman rather than man for obvious reasons).
She also supports better instruction given to children and peoples for more competent worker (remember, she's originally from human resources) BUT she's against giving thing just out of kindness/humanity whatever. If you're given proper instruction and unable to do your job properly, you don't deserve any money and should just get fired. The state should not give money out of kindness and morality as well, and stay logical in its changes.

Neither, she is apathetic (and hence apolitical), she plays according to the rules, she doesn't really think about questioning them even when they negatively impact her. She is the epitome of "I was only following orders". That's the major point of this series (and what makes it interesting).

Mostly fascist with a libertarian strain. Her atheism and lack of morals negates any chance of her being a conservative.

She's gotta be a left wing liberal, for sure.
