| ^Buy the last Blu-Ray volume and enjoy the godly KyoAni quality :) As for the episode it was one of the funniest beach themed episodes I've watched in a while. And I must give it to KyoAni and their clever censorship use, glad they did that. But maybe that's my inner self that despises hentai and ecchi talking xD |

| So damn cliche. MC complains about summer. Suddenly swimsuits. Wow. I'm glad I came. So shallow. Only liked Mai. "It's because it's Summer." That was meh. The whole "having clothes on is more erotic than having none" wasn't even fresh. Besides perverted humour isn't really my thing (unless it's unique) 5/10 |

| I waited 6 months for this. And the bubble censors was actually a tease and ability from one of the monsters. Here I thought it would be a fanservice heavy episode. Don't get me wrong, it was still good but if I wanted to see things bubbled, I'd go back and look at tumblr. I've seen enough bubble censors/teases there. Or I can just do it myself, it really isn't that hard and it's done a lot on 4chan. Anyways, Mai, Reina and Kurumi were cute as always but overall a forgettable special but was nice to see this show again, albeit for 1 episode. 5/10 |

| This would have honestly been better if it weren't for the whole Phantom story. I was expecting a classic beach fan service episode, Well it did start out nice but the whole fight was mostly boring not to mention all that censoring made it really underwhelming. Liked the scene with Haruhiko and Mai under the moon,That was really nice. The Blu Ray comment was funny. That Shosuke speech was hilarious. xD 5/10 |

| Reina best swimsuit. Haruhiko's friends lol. They know what's up. Haruhiko's the type of guy who would actually bring a book to the beach. Ruru ruined the moment when Haruhiko was going for Mai's hand. I want to see them hold hands at least. Koito and her sweets lol. She puts a pocky in Mai's mouth, pretty funny scene. |

| Pretty good episode. Those things about the phantom and censorship were interesting and omoshiroi. Haruhiko and Mai senpai were cool too. S2 hint maybe :) Also there were some "Prison School" references in the episode if im not mistaking. |
| I expected it to be pretty bad and that's pretty much exactly what I got. The idea behind this ova wasn't actually all that bad, making use of the concept of 'bubbling' in their beach episode to achieve increased amounts of fanservice without actually showing more than swimsuits. Fine by me. Something that really bugged me though was that every single one of the girls (and also, the teacher and the hotel owner lady) wore a strapless bikini top, just so that the second 'attack' of the phantom would make sense. Idk, maybe that's just really popular in Japan and EVERY girl wears that kind of swimwear but to me it felt like a stretch. |

This Musaigen OVA represents only 0,9% of all OVAs I already watch, and was one of the most lame beach episode I ever see. This is definitely not the worst, but it is one of the most disappointing because it development does not add anything in the story or at least had a good fanservice. "I'm blusing and unable to fight because there is some stripe censorship over my bikini", this was pitful. it's just a matter of taste, and if you are happy with it, good for you, but to me, what killjoy. Hopefully the second season will never come and KyoAni will make something great instead. |
