----------------------------------------
Suzaku's really losing it..that rage of his just doesn't seem to settle down.

I find it odd that half of the main cast aren't present in the show at the moment.
The Chigusa siblings got a lot of screen time although I find some moments to be..awkward. Not really surprised that the higher ups decided to make their move with one of them drugging Kasumi. They were suspicious from he start and the writing for this series is predictable as hell.

The chip behind their neck most likely something to alter their surrounding throught sight, basically you see the real state of the world after the chip is broken.

Everything is weird from the very start. Like how did the human even chase away the unknown during the 1st invasion many years ago when clearly the unknown has great advantages against the human. And the power called "sekai" by those children who went into deep sleep.

If theres any character I find decently interesting in this show it's Kasumi. This episode also "confirms" as we obviously saw that the "adults" aren't who they're supposed to be.

Anyone willing to do a Recap for this episode?

I don't get it. I don't know if I'm too dense to understand or the episode just got denser. Or both

I think, it's safe to say now that no one of our main characters dies. They are clearly being saved by the ''Unknown''. That adult was really shady though, seriously that was made very obvious. Whats with the two other ones though, they really seem to care a lot.

Kasumi's chip is half broke, me thinks. We still haven't seen the perspective of someone without the chip and what the ''Unknown'' really look like.

That said, Kasumi is by far the best character of the series.

I don't think his chip is fully broken, as he couldn't see her true foirm fully, or least her attacs, I had actually started to wonder when he was looking at the cut on his cheek if she had done that to cut his chip.

Great episode, not quiet as mindblowingly relevatory as I had hoped after last episode but was get some stuff.

I especially loved how the first 80% is quiet and simple like he didn't really believe the two or wasn't sure what to make of it, but then it's obvious he was just waiting for the right moment to learn more.

Surprisingly I love this episode more than the others.
Probably because of the revelations and the information we got a bit, and as well focusing on the Chigusa siblings (I love them tbh).

Is it just me or is the art getting a BIT bit better here? Not slightly but the art is getting A BIT.

The best thing about this anime is the interactions/conversations between the Chigusa siblings ... I don't remember enjoying interactions/conversations between 2 characters in other anime as much as this one for a long time...

How did Hotaru cut the chip from infront of Kasumi? Anime logic lol?

They should have learnt their lesson from the horrible critic reviews of The 5th Wave. Anything like it is so predictable once you've seen one in the genre meh. Try something different for once.

Boring episode(nothing new)....honestly the suspence of "the chip " its getting annoying....they pushing it to far....
Plus i dont like those 2 siblings :S they are just in the anime to make the thing japanese enjoy more siscon/brocon(incest)....plus they are boring as f*ck..(cliche too)

PS:This anime and taboo tatto are the fail of the season lol why i keep watching this shi* p...p im stupid as fk......yup

PS2: Its not that the anime is bad its just that it will end when it starts getting good(when they see the "real world") i bet..

When I saw that "queen" show up last ep, I had the thought it was canaria and that the show we have been seeing were through captured kids. And said kids having had been captured by aliens, and the unknowns were actually humans trying to rescue said kids from the actual aliens [the adults we are seeing atm] augmented by the chip. Would be interesting how it plays out with the info we got from this ep.

Ok, the world is fake, Kasumi was seeing everything redish at the end.
i still dont know what is happening.

Also, who else forgot about Ichiya?
He showed up for a moment and, i remembered he was still around, thought he was "dead" too. Lol.

BTW, new ED is awesome.

So this is getting interesting. Although the drop in visual quality really is a turn off.

Hotaru told Kasumi that the world we all see is fake. That megane woman with the mole on her boob knows that Hotaru left him a message and wants to keep him out and along with him, his imouto too. She tries to force Asuha to go to the rear but that fails. She then calls Kasumi over to try and convince him, or so it seemed because she tries to eliminate him. And Asuha comes to his rescue and they kill her.

The interesting part is where Kasumi starts seeing the world dyed red after that woman steps on his eye with her heels. The other interesting part was the ending sequence. Of course the ending song was good, but the sequence kinda showed a different world than the one they're in now.

Now they will be attempting to escape this world because that's what jailbreak means. Suzaku isn’t pleased with Kasumi's decision to fallback so it'll be difficult to get him in the jailbreak plan. The adults really turned out to be somewhat less good than it seemed.

Above Average episode,at least better than the previous ones. Most screen time on this episode is focus on cjigusa sisters and somehow Ichiya suddenly become back to noromal and hate the both sisters decision. Some conflicts among the characters are shown in this episode, which is pretty good.Hope to see more about the secerts of code and characters conflicts. And nice cliffhanger too.

Hopefully that bitch will stay dead. I don't have a good feeling about this.

I waited for Chiba / Wataru Watari and it seems to pay off. In my opinion the dialogues & scene writing are better again. The Tokyo episodes were okay, but Kanagawa had some forced, weird scenes. (Hotaru: "I'm your friend, Hime.", Hime crying, Hime Back to normal.. ?!)

I'm still not understanding this story, I wonder how far it will get, well, some things are predictable, but I expect a better development of the anime, or maybe the writers did not like a lot of these characters, Ichiya even turned a supporting, half of cast is dead and the future does not look promising for the brothers, I foresee many tears by the end of the anime and then a turning point ..

I am finally seeing the "story" after Canaria death from there the Adults/Supervisor/Leader acting weird.

I am agreeing to some people that say the chip altering there vision in what they see in the real world.

I'm getting excited for the next episode to come.
the revealing is great I remember Charlotte anime that the "story" happen/seen/release when the anime coming to an end.

Ya know, normally I like characters similiar to how the twins are personality wise. Yet I don't really care for either of them and same ordeal with incest in anime it normally doesn't bother me but with these two it does.

Even though Suzaku is an arrogant dick I would prefer to follow this from his perspective. I wanna see him go crazy and just destroy everything. Doesnt he have deep respect and gratitude for the adults, what will happen when he learns the truth?

Finally the start of Chiba arc! As expected of Oregairu author, though to some the sibling interactions were a bit awkward but I don't really care so long as I get my daily dose of Chigusa siblings (especially Kasumi <3 I wanna give the guy a big hug!)

Of with ep...
Kasumi the main focus of the ep but Asuha is the MVP!!!
+ The world is a fake (as predicted by mostly everyone and spoiled by last ep's preview)
- While I get that Kanagawa students are pissed, I understand that but in my eyes, I believe their hatred was mostly or solely focused on Kasumi (I may be wrong though). A bit unfair really. I mean how can a mere sniper destroy a gigantic ship? He had limited time to boot.
+ Aoi is head of Kanagawa now? And Kasumi despite being pragmatic is practically the brains out of the main 6. Airi is one again shown to genuinely caring for the students.
- Mahiru-san tries to persuade Asuha. Suspicious to begin with.
- And here we thought Icchan somewhat developed (sigh). I don't blame him since Canaria is "dead" and all but if he has a problem with it, he should've been at the meeting. A plus to the IchiKasu scene though. As always the interactions are great for my eyes.
+ Kasumi and Aoi "date" was nice. "Seriously don't tell Asuha." What is she going to do exactly? Shoot you and show us that she's actually a closet yandere?
+ The chips are once again emphasized. And they seem to be very sensitive if touched.
+ Asuha following/stalking her Onii is <3 and Kasumi is aware of it and uses it to his advantage.
- Kasumi is drugged by Mahiru-san. She reveals certain things such as "ADAPTABILITY COEFFICIENT", and "INLAND" (mentioned earlier), and labels the students "livestock".
+ Mahiru-san summons/reveals invisible tentacle like substances behind her (possibly hinting that most of the staff except Gutoku and Airi-san are the Unknowns). She tells us that despite Kasumi is very weak, he's practically the most troublesome. Best boy indeed. Kasumi is injured especially on the part where she was stepping on his eye looked so painful. Someone kill the bitch! But Kasumi is as prepared as always. "I'm weak as hell"
+ Asuha comes out and insta freezes her. (Though I wonder why she didn't take extra precautions? Anyone got an idea?) Kasumi finishes her off and Asuha incinerates her corpse just to be sure. (all caught on camera)
+ new ed is nice (I'm a bit salty because I wanted a Chiba-centric ED)
+ after scene is just... wow. Kasumi digging the eyepatch look, shame it didn't last. One of Kasumi's eyes (the one that got injured) sees everything red.
Preview- possible Siblings vs. rest of the students. Kasumi vs Icchan. Hoping for Aoi being the 1st to be recruited/rescued by siblings.

Side note: To those who read the LN

I'll stop now. My post is way too long already. Sorry for any wrong grammars present. English is not my 1st language
