| the onsen scene was a+++ i feel like kyosuke will come back now that shogi (ayumu?) has been hurt and yagami's brother is finally coming back after all the hints about him. let's hope this is as good as i want it to be. |

| Lots of laughs this episode. The cringe-worthy onsen seen and Ayumu's plan backfiring on him were (from a comedic standpoint) the highlight's of this episode. They've been doing a good job at capturing the tension of the sport. Even if I feel like they're going to come out on top, there's still moments where I have to hold my breath. |

| Hozumi continues to prove that his skill is quite above everyone else! This episode along with episode 1 and 3 shows how wonderful he is, but why won't people acknowledge that? every character in the anime always like, oooohh yay riku is so fast!! oowww wowww takeru is so talented the star of under-15!!! we better watch out for them!!! While the real threat is actually Hozumi... I'm confused |
| Takeru's groping intensifies ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Ayumu did good, but he's out :'( Hozumi won the race 4 seconds behind, team Mihashi was out played by the relationer in the last half even thou Sakurai messed up in the beginning. Ayumu only leaving the difference by 4 seconds helped too. |

| This episode was awesome! Even though the first half was slice of life stuff, it was still enjoyable to watch. The part where Ayumu's lie backfired on him was great XD The race was fantastic. It was really intense. I can't believe Ayumu went that far...So now that he's injured, I guess the third year will come back? |

lol I'm dying. That guy at the end truly believed him XD I think someone might take over Ayumu's position but I could be wrong. It would be nice if some new characters came. |

| I was just wondering that considering how flashy and bishie the characters look- I'm looking at you guys with 2 meters long hair, Ayumu looked a bit too plain to be in the main cast. I can totally see him being written off as an extra with the plot convenient injury but I may be wrong too since I'm not familiar with the franchise. Also, it bugs me but can't the relationers get their own private booth or something. I feel like it's a major disadvantage if they have to relay beside each other, it will just distract them or in my case, get on my nerves. |

| Finally, a great episode. Ayumu was very respectable here, and Kohinata was awesome. Guess Long Silver-chan will take Ayumu's place starting next episode which is sad. Also, Sakurai needs more focus, or have more defining traits. She's just sorta there. Also, both of the songs are amazing. I'm addicted to the ED song currently, heard it like 8 times. |

| oops posted in ep 5 instead of ep 4 thanks @oatgoblin for catching that -- Excellent episode! During the match, I teared up two times. Shimono's character is really well done in this episode especially. I also like OnoKen's character and he shines a lot when running. Unfortunately, the brother drama in the Mihashi team was too rushed and I didn't feel anything because I haven't gotten attached to them yet. However, this Anime's pacing is actually not that bad considering they're gonna introduce all the teams in one cour. I thought it would be way worse but it's actually fine. Looking forward to more. |
| Ayy I'm liking the animation, art and the colors Welp, we got some neat calorie knowledge, nothing bad 100% sure Takeru has got a muscle fetish or something Dat imouto scenario Facking Kadowaki being that clicheass character "gotta connect..", but he got that determination which was good to see, I feel he might be replaced by someone. Who knows. So Yagami's brother is gonna join the team again? and white/pinkish hair guy who looks like Ukitake will possibly be joining as well? dis gonna be gud! Good episode, ED is cool as always, I really like the song it fits with those cool visuals Some kicks and shit in the next episode. 3/5 |

| Episode where I appreciated the humor and the small parenthesis that explains something of Stride, but I also have to complain about the fact that the whole race has failed to involve me in the right way, a little without teeth for me. The characters are cute, drawings and animations on the sufficiency. |

Well, Rock Lee's confirmed.  i know, i couldn't help but see the reference (even if it isn't one). ----- the fanservice part was a bit sudden it kinda caught me off lol. but those guys are seriously hot tho i can't deny it :P didn't think they'd win this one either, especially with that beyond stupid relationer being intimidated. she seriously sucks and the crew needs to tell her to train her mind to stay focused on herself any no-one else. they nearly lost because of her. she's basically the one pulling the strings here. still can't get enough of the pretty visuals of the ED. |

| what's wrong with the "fanservice"? nobody complains during any another typical onsen scene. seems like everything triggers fragile masculinity these days. anyway i could have almost sworn that yuu sounded like he was the one who was voiced by matsuoka yoshitsugu at the beginning LOL brothers indeed. stellar voice cast! |

| Would have liked to have seen that brothers plot line fleshed out a bit more, but it's still nice to see the other teams being more than faceless opponents. |
