| I gave this 2/5 and found it boring, but I guess it's mainly because I had finished the series, and was mid-way re-watching it when I discovered this OVA, and since I already watched all those scenes, it was really boring for me, I guess. |

| I love how the fact a summary special is a "recap" is supposed to be a bad thing. XD It should be judged by the perspective it adopts, the way it is build, etc and reason it exists/the goal shoulb be considered too. And why would it contain something new when it was assembled in order to be broadcasted before the movie finale when it hit satellite TV? The new material was... the theatrical conclusion. Rewatched. Enjoyment: 4/5 Score: 7/10 |

| decent recap special, there were some important parts I was surprised to see they didn't touch on, like the first villain that priest guy and the whole thing with Nina. Loved that they played all the OPs at the corresponding points. It did remind that although overall I actually enjoyed FMA more than FMA:B, some of the anime-only story changes defo don't quite live up to the "true ending" we eventually got. Knowing exactly what this recap was I waited a good while after my last to watch so I could watch it as a sort of condensed rewatch, I'd definitely recommend that for anyone watching, I wouldn't recommend jumping into this if you've recently watched the series. |
