| Now here's a show that doesn't do anything special or has any flashy character. Sure it's like a TV drama, but it was still a good watch. It just tells a story from beginning to end. Random find, but I'm glad I stuck with it. |
| Great show. The drama was absolutely engaging, and flawlessly executed. While comparatively slack mid-series, the show started strong with the first rescue mission, and ended just as riveting with this arc. I did find the girlfriend's situation slightly disjointed from that of the main character, even with it being connected through them both experiencing the harsh realities of their lines of work. Individually though, both scenarios were done well, as were the character development. While the references to The Catcher in the Rye was interesting, it remained just that. I would have preferred more involvement of the themes. Nonetheless, an excellent show, potentially a favorite. |
| This series is so underrated. I really liked it. I like how this series criticized the mass media thrice. Each rescue was very well executed and the realistic approach was a good decision. A series I'm glad I watched. I wished the girlfriend could have played a bigger role in the story but I guess there is still the special episode. |
| Damn this anime is so underrated. It has been a great ride for me. My fav ep. would be ep.11, previously. Such a close one. Very depressing yet realistic. That's the real life. We can't expect everything come to good end. Still, we tried our best. Nice to see Yoshioka Satoru come back this ep. too! Trying your best to get in medic team, son :) |

| Ah it's good that they were able to save the kid in the end, although this will surly scar him. And I'm glad we got a conclusion to the 2 episodes involving Yoshioka. I knew he would end up wanting to join the rescue force, sometimes you find your eventual career at the most unexpected moment :) This was a great series, very realistic with many life problems and it was an interesting way to look into how a rescue force operates. It's a shame there was barely any focus on Uchida x Megumi though. |

| What Hongo said about outsiders, is nonsense. The leader of the group is responsible, there is no way around it. He should keep his mouth shut for a change, that would be a pleasant surprise. Well, he remained an idiot and asshole until the end. Overall this is a very good anime. |

| I'm very surprised how underrated this anime is. It was definitely very enjoyable, the drama didn't feel forced and was well-executed. and I really like the realistic approach of this anime! |
| 10/10 would watch a JSDF recruitment propaganda anime again. |
