| Its finally back. The opening was beautiful and definitely one of the best this season. The episode was well paced and had a decent buildup. Kind of felt bad for Kunato when Ochiai took over his body but oh well. The battle scenes near the end of the episode was pretty intense and Tsugumi just one-shotted the Guana like it was nothing. Can't wait to see her in action next episode :D |

| Eh, preferred the old OP to this one. I started reading the manga between seasons and I'm a little disappointed they removed a shot of Mozuku stitching her head back on, but I guess that's just anime censoring. So excited now best girl is here, though! Tsugumi ftw. |

| First episode is fuckin' awesome! This anime didn't lose even a single beat since the end of last season. Miss those booster sound! OP isn't as good as last season but the ED song is good. |

| Watched it using Mexibros' subs, good enough but a lot of errors. I'll just make one myself until Underwater saves the day. yay finished Ah, shit. I couldn't enjoy Sidonia to the fullest. >.> Still good nonetheless. Btw is it just me or did AoT's OP 2 also had that victory feel? SnK and SnK really are similar. :3 |

| Fuck yeah, what a great season for anime, even the loli magic girls new series are watchable like Houkago no Pleiades (mc is future waifu). I recently finished the first season of Sidonia no Kishi and was saddened by the lack of other new mecha anime with CGI, and then this proto-parasyte bombshell drops |

Good episode, yet another show joining a long list of anime I will be looking forward to every week this season |

| Intense episode right from the start. There's simply no rest for the Sidonia crew. So besides fighting the Gauna, they now they'll have to worry about a threat from within. 3 people are already infected, I wonder if there will be more. Can't wait to see how it will play out! |

| So I wanted to wait for Underwater subs, but couldn't. The subs that were already out weren't that great, so I wasn't satisfied. The episode was alright for the most part, something confused me at first (the placenta sample, I could have sworn it already disappeared in S1), but then I realized they just messed up the timeline. One thing's for sure though I will have to re-watch this episode when better subs come out .__. I decided to read the manga too btw, but thanks to the anime changing the order of some events I am now confused as to what happened when and mixing up stuff from anime with stuff I am reading in the manga. I'll have to re-watch S1 to remember what exactly was and wasn't there and in what order. Anyway, great start and pretty decent OP, 5/5 |

| Woah, woah woah! Tsumugi from the off??? I'm finding it a bit hard to get my head back into this show for some reason. For one thing, it seemed like they went barreling into the show again at breakneck speed. Lets see: The detestable Kunato get's taken over by Ochiai. It's great development, mind you, but how the hell is it just that the dick just HAPPENS to pick up the tube with Ochiai's personality, and all that. And if that lab was quarantined for being so dangerous, wouldn't they have sent someone in to "cleanse" it before this all happened? Then Tanikaze's become a hero figure at the academy, having been promoted to leader of the sortie squads. I'm confused as to how much time skip there was in between this and last season, because suddenly he seems so much more willing to take orders, specifically when they tell him that they've taken away the Hoshijirou Gauna for "classified" reasons. If it had been him from season 1, I'm willing to bet he'd do whatever it takes to find out what happened to her. And since when did Yutaha suddenly become the commanding officer of the ship? Where'd Kobayashi go??? I feel like the story is moving way too fast right now.... though.... I do love the fact that we get to see Tsumugi so fast. |

What a hell of a start seeing Kunato being replaced by Ochiai and mindcontrolling some more vixens So many events has happened in a single episode and the sweet moment of Izana and Nagate wasn't left out fortunately This season is looking great already along with some other titles like Fate, Arslan and more |

| Man they really rushed into this season. Some of this stuff develops more slowly in the manga. I get the feeling we might be going down an anime original route sooner rather than later. Still awesome though. Sidonia has a aw sci fi feel that few anime deliver nowadays. |

| [Underwater] delayed a bit. Sidonia S2! OP was ok...ED was fine...still better OP/ED like S1 is Kunato infiltrating the whole system? OK...a hybrid prototype by Kunato Devs. Let's see how this pans-out. |

| What the hell was that thing at the end? Some friendly gauna? Or similiar species as Hoshijiro-Ena? Anyway, Izana was as annoying as ever I wish he/she had already died. Midorikawa was cool on the other hand. And now we also has those worm-aliens on Sidonia ship? Ochiai and his colegues, I guess? What I really didn't like was that framerate (yet again). 12fps can't be never called smooth. If Ronja could do that, they could have done it here too... btw, I really miss Hoshijiro, I really hope she appears again, sooner or later. |

| Wow, Sidonia is back at full steam. I can't say I disapprove anything besides the OP/ED which are astoundingly underwhelming compared the previous ones. I would have never realized the actual implications of the final scenes in the final episode from S1. I really wanted to see some development for Original Kunato but I guess that's it for him. Ochiai being back in the picture doesn't feel the least bit worse. |
