| Budou, who was supposed to be as strong as Esdeath, gets taken out with a single attack. Before that he manages to almost lose to Tatsumi and gets wrestled by Leone. I'm not even complaining about the voice - good job nerfing him this much. Okay, Budou somehow died because of Mine's strongest attack. But why did SHE die? It's not like Pumpkin uses her life force, and she completely neutralised and overpowered the general's attack... I just hope the manga will do things differently. |
| People get way too emotional about stuff. Grow up. It's just a tv show. The anime original route makes a lot of changes, some good and some bad. I was surprised they left out Esdeath finding out Tatsumi being in a relationship with Mine. Her expression of jealousy and rage would have added a lot more tension to the proceedings. I also think it would have been more relevant for Esdeath to kill Mine and that way have Tatsumi have an extra reason to off her at the end. It seems Kurome will be the next to go. I woulnd't be surprised if at the end it's only Tatsumi standing to be honest. I wonder how much of the storyline from this point on is in agreement with the mangaka? It'll be interesting to see how much different the last stretch of the manga will be. |

WhiteFox totally dodged Instead, Leone only got a bit of a shock treatment here. Budou...that's a letdown, no need for word on that, he's practically weaker than Wave here. Wish there's a buildup in Mine's death which just happens out of nowhere this episode; I guess she should not be alive after asspulling vs. Budou. If this happens in the manga, it will have far more impact (given her "development" and gazillion death flags). I neither like nor dislike Mine, but it really shouldn't be the time for her to be gone yet in the anime. It's like WhiteFox producers went to check AgK manga forum in MAL, discovered people's wanting Mine's death, and made it happen. Not a bad AO attempt, though - 3.5/5, I can imagine accepting it if I hadn't read the manga. I seriously wanted the Jaegers' arc... Next week: Kill the Imouto? Inb4 Akame's and Kurome's double deaths. Whaaaaaaaaaat? Mine was given the most deathflags and almost died already! Pretty sure if they kill her off here it makes alot of sense anime wise. |

| I don't know what to say, couldn't shed a tear for Mine's death or other characters to boot. Mine's death doesn't even make sense, like what is the reason? Didn't she clearly win that fight against Budou? I don't see how one could get attached to the characters with so little development. Hoping the manga will be better than this wreck which started at ep 20. |

I might be missing something, but the only legitimate death flag here is her "I will tell you something after all this is over". I guess she has a death flag, but not that much compared to how she's been digging her grave for 15 chapters in the manga. Problem is just that, in my opinion, the anime didn't leave anything memorable out of her yet, and the impact of her death in the anime is at most as good as those of the other 5 dead NR members, for both the viewers AND Tatsumi. Is it as much of a non-sense as Budou's death? No. Can it be easily done better? Yes. Mine was stacking up deathflags since Shelee died to save her sorry ass |
| Mine died... welp, there goes the Tamura Yukari character of the show. But wow, people really hate her. It's not like her character was any less underdeveloped than any of the others who had died in this show. Also, the other general guy died in the most anticlimatic way possible. I was expecting more. |

| People aren't crying lol they just recognize the anime is shit.. And it's been like that for awhile.. Was Esdeath actually getting butthurt because Tatsumi told her to fuck off? Theres no love in that relationship in the first place.. The deaths are poorly executed This isn't close to game of thrones.. |

| Holy cow, three deaths in a single episode - Budo (good riddance), Susanoo (most powerful and awesome NR member), and... Mine. She hasn't died in the manga, but i hope i can witness her death a second time. I have to say, even i felt sad for her at the end, though saving the one you love and then dying and leaving him alone is just cruel. This whole episode felt rushed as hell, but it was still good. Mine handling both Esdeath and Budo at the same time was completely skipped, something that i would be upset about, if i was a fan of hers. Susanoo's fight was done justice, Esdeath's trump card was fierce, and Mine and Budo killing eachother was possibly the best thing that i could wish for, since i dislike them both. The soundtrack was awesome. I don't really get Mine's "confession", though. She outright said she loved Tatsumi only when she was dying, and he wasn't surprised in the slightest, just kinda went with it. I'm wondering if that kiss at the end was out of pity. Also, poor Kurome. She's probably the character i don't want to see dead at all, but it seems like it's inevitable, at least in the anime. I'm hoping Wave somehow saves her. From an anime-only perspective the episode was still 5/5. "Kill the Little Sister" sounds horrible, i hope she at least lives in the Manga. |

| I can't believe Mine died. :( It was still a great episode overall but that was so sad...I need Akame & Leone to make it to the end to make up for Chelsea & now Mine dying. Ugh Tatsumi makes me so mad, he's a curse and I can't stand him...even though I'm still happy they saved him lol, but not at the cost of Mine's life! |
| Good episode. I had a little tear when Mine died. The manga hasn't even gone past this yet, the anime is a head now so we as audience we know that anything can happen now. Hopefully the manga will hurry up and release already. XD |

I would give this a 10 I love Wave much more than Tatsumi anyway besides Kurome is the best girl in the whole show. I guarantee there would have been much more feels if she died after her fight with Seryu and on that topic how did she survive those attacks and die from Buduos |
