| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Pretty typical episode.. Does Est completely lack common sense at its core? lol. Oh well, at least he makes it up with Claire and hell, even gets a kiss. Restia is awesome though in this show so far. We'll also get another main character (Fianna) next time as well. |

| Claire vs Spirit. Until... ... a new version of scarlet comes out and drives them all mad. Just like it is. But Kamito and Est manage to rescue the situation. Until Restia shows up. And Kamito briefly loses his senses. Time for Claire to rescue him - with a kiss of course. Seems that some of the other characters, including some new ones, are starting to connect Kamito to Ren Ashbell... |

| Some what a action packed episode Scarlet turned from a house cat to a wild cat and then to a little cat. We get a glimpse of the main enemy this episode, wonder how many people guessed it? Est still is the B~est! Restia's close too! Officially entering second volume next episode, Fianna makes an entrance. |

| Kamito managed to defeat that evil spirit and manged to get scarlet back. Claire gave Kamito a kiss so that he can get his senses back. Est and Kamito in bed again was pretty funny. [spoiler] After Kamito passed out after defeating that spirit, there was a small glimpse at Inzagi who is the antagonist. Fianna was shown at the end as well. |

| The episode felt like it lacks in certain things like the sound, music, and action scenes was pretty boring and weak. I pretty much knew that Claire's spirit will go on berserk and attack everything in sight, sort of predictable. Although I pretty much like that twist where Restia is behind all of this and made Kamito desired for this mess. But I wonder what was her deal with Kamito 3 yrs ago? Also that kiss scene was okay but I need to get used to her character in a few episodes. As always Est likes to sleep in bed with Kamito, and gets a lot of misunderstandings with the girls. So a new girl appears, she looks pretty popular, and knows about Ren Ashbell. |

| I hope Kamito can save Claire and get rid of that evil spirit that's contracted with her now :/ So we've learned that Claire's big sister is Rubia Elstein a blade dancer that had betrayed the fire spirit king and caused him to burn their lands in anger... damn... White pantsu :3 I really hope Claire's power hungry attitude won't persist in future episode or at least will not as strong as it because it's making her freaking annoying. So Claire's mad spirit made every spirit go berserk and attack their friend and contractors hmm. Est is really cute, being his sword and all. Claire's past was sad and dark after what her big sister did... still not enough to make me forgive her annoying power hungry attitude. The fact Kamito just took that whip to the face and didn't bish slap her to reality and actually pet her head instead was rather surprising. Bonding moment between Kamito and Claire :3 Restia finally appeared before Kamito this episode and did something to that strong spirit. Of course Claire had asked what Restia means/is to Kamito, it wouldn't be fun otherwise. Ohooo, dat kiss, Claire actually had the courage to kiss Kamito :3 Kamito proved to Claire how awesome his Ren Ashbell "skillz" are and how powerful he is XD. I was sure that Est would be naked and sleeping by Kamito's side since he was injured. The moment when everyone joined forces to pun and end to Kamito because he was found in bed with a naked Est was freaking hilarious, especially when Carol joined with her frying pan XD. |

| Fianna makes an appearance and she knows Kamito's secret. The fight scenes and music were okay. Animation looked weird in a few scenes. So it seems like this season is going to be adapting 3 volumes. |

| Uuugh,Claire really annoyed me this episode... We get to see a piece of her past,and the anime tries to give her a reason for wanting power,but damn,she really pisses me off...A typical tsundere,i should say Daamn,those spirits look awesome..definitely not how i imagined them to be lol I wonder why is Claire the main heroine though..Why does she need to be saved every single damn time by Kamito? Restia appears,and it looks like the desire which Kamito made in the past has something to do with how she changed.. That kiss was also something i didn't quite understand..I get that she had to do something to wake him up,but why a kiss..wouldn't a slap work better? Since she's a tsundere.. Kamito shows his coolness once again,by singlehandedly(almost) defeating that mad spirit A new bad guy appears...he looks cool though :D Est is still the best girl...Her straightforward personality is adorable <3 Lol,Kamito has 3 tsundere girls in his harem :)) Fianna finally appears yaay! This show will get some diversity at last |

| Claire, I love your flame. It burns brilliantly, beautifully, and nobly. I love it. That's why I want to protect it. This show's been really nice, really gives off that Familiar of Zero vibe with the characters/setting and Unbreakable Machine Doll vibe with action. |

| lol this episode didn't do the novel justice in anyway or form nothing trumps imagination. Everyone was way to stagnant this episode. If the budget is already running low for just the 4th episode I see nothing but epic fail for the season final either that or their saving the cash for the more valuable scenes overall meh episode. |

| That kiss though. As much as I liked the character designs and find the girl cute,but to be honest,im not a big fan of the animations, art nor the plot.And the execution makes the anime seems illogical at times.Seriously hope the situation would improve over the next few episode. |

| I wish the animation for this series was not so damn cheap it really does suck the life out of it at times. I am not asking for much like animation on the level of the first season of Date a Live would be fine (season 2s animation for Date a Live was disgraceful especially if you compare it against season 1 =/) Also they said that Claire's sister was a blade dancer that betrayed the Fire Spirit King 4 years ago but Claire's sister is not a blade dancer she is a Queen which she is 1 of 5 queens that each serve one of the 5 Spirit Kings (i prefer elemental lords but w/e thats how they translated it.) It is a shame that they are only covering 3 novels because they are pretty much just introduction novels with antagonists that are just introduction antagonists so they wont even reach the point where the story really starts. Well it cant be helped this is the problem with only getting 13 episodes to make an anime (not like it has the budget to begin with). |
