| Kanako is still awesome, Mizuno's song is getting boring(this didn't happen with mah Sakana), fights are getting boring, the story isn't progressing)well, maybe a bit). I wish they'd start seriously progressing with the story, i really do. |

| Finally caught back up. I'm really tired of Takuto pulling new attacks out of his ass and winning every battle in one hit after getting kicked around for the first part of the battle :\ Creativity, guys, I want some. Greenslut is my second favorite girl character now :D |

| I dropped this series after episode 2 because I was confused by the plot and didn't really understand anything. I gave this anime a second chance because of Tokyo Magnitude 8.0, an amazing anime by the same studio, and I am glad I did because the plot/characters are quite interesting. Kind of shocked to see that this anime is receiving so little attention, compared to other Fall 2010 shows such as OreImo or Bakuman. I am only judging this by the amount of ratings/posts per episode but it seems to me that the first episode may have given people the wrong impression about the series. Anyways, I am curious to see what will happen with Kanako and Takuto now that she's out of the picture for the Crux. The kiss she gave Takuto at the end was quite clever, rolling down the window like that. It must be important to note that Takuto was the only boy (so far) that she has kissed without the glass. Kanako also showed a different, more youthful side to her -- she smiled quite a bit at Takuto. The impression I had of her before was that she was quite cold and manipulative, but now I am beginning to doubt the accuracy of that depiction. The music in this episode felt fitting, I think that's an unsung hero of the series, the music is used effectively to transition between the regular and zero time scenes. While I liked the fight song "Monochrome", I think I like this new theme song even more. The sound is really distinct, especially during the "Approvoise" part of the song. It sounds like a happy song, which makes for a strange contrast since it is played before fights. The song is probably reflective of the maiden that sings it than the scene, but still the contrast is interesting. As for the fight itself, I have to wonder just how many moves Takuto's Cybody has because using its 'skirt' as a cannon must have been the last thing I would expect. Since Takuto did not take out his swords at the start, I thought he had a sense of chivalry and wanted to fight on even terms -- since they were in a boxing ring and all. Instead, Takuto chooses to blast her away with a spinning cannon attack, guess no code of honor was recognized there. In general, I like my mecha fights longer than the fights that have been shown in Star Driver so far, where the fights seem to consist of only an initial attack from the enemy, and then an effective counter-attack by Takuto. However, Star Driver has shown it is not simply another mecha where combat is the centerpiece. Rather, it is more of a drama with only a tinge of mecha elements. This balance makes the series a bit unique since it has taken a proven formula of mecha series, and significantly altered it to create something different. I look forward to see what direction the plot of Star Driver will take next. |

| Another fun little episode and this one it felt like we were near to getting some plot going, however it didn't move again and Takuto had another 2 minute fight, just skip the fight one episode show, please. |

| Thought this was possibly one of the best episodes ... until the fight scene. I mean come on, SERIOUSLY? Can you NOT go ONE episode without one?! Not to mention it was the same old with Takuto magically defeating her in like ONE MINUTE?! COME ON PEOPLE -_-" That aside, Kanako is seriously one of my favourite characters. Very interesting and actually quite enjoyable (minus the Zero Time, of course). So they can repair cybodies now? Plus apparently Samehk or w/e is usable now? Hmm ... ;O I wish they'd stop adding girls to the harem. I mean seriously? -_-" Anyways, seems like RA person likes Sugata? :O Yay! Another girl who doesn't like Takuto! :D |

Love the sexy music that usually plays after, "Nee, Takuto-kun..." The date scene was adorable. Kanako is somewhat sad, not having "regular" friends or things to do, she treasures simple things like sitting with Takuto in a cafe. And LMAO. "It's a sundae...!" Hmmm...! Sugata and Head are alike, according to Head! Very Utena. Waiting for Head to get his red sports car out and start "revolutionizing the world." ;X Didn't even realize the OP hadn't played, until halfway through the episode, when it kicked in. O_o;; *_____________* Mrs. Watanabe boxing! So sexy~ Ahaha~ the electric pink boxing ring, and Kanako's Cybody looks like a lion! ...Well, I hoped she would be a boss fight, being a Brigade Leader and all, that was a little disappointing. But, if the Crux Brigade can repair defeated Cybodies using "libido," (how Utena, LOL) and everyone reaches their 3rd Phase, perhaps Kanako will eventually "kill" Takuto-kun. "You can't do that! I'm married." AHAHAHAHA~! Sexy, sexy tease, Mrs. Watanabe. XD |

| I really enjoyed this episode. It really made me look at Kanoko in a different light compared to her usual self. And anyone beside me found it ironic that the CM of Ultraman Zero was played? Since both Takuto and Ultraman Zero are voiced by the same VA. |

| 5/5 Full episode of "chilli". It's not bad, Takuto pulls his amatory arts, bravo ladies' man, who knows how many of them fall! XD Entertaining narrative, dialogue and well set up, but not great clash because it lasts forever so little. Good technique, great level designs! : D The next will be the administrator and then what? LOL |

| I mostly find this female character really disgusting and slutty... for a girl of her self to be specially married... well most of the antagonist female characters are.. just kissing whoever they like... that just throws me off... I hope the main protagonist of the series picks the pink haired girl one... she's really an exception... not that I dont like the yellow haired one.. but because from the first episode she didnt even hesitated on giving the mouth to mouth... even though its really important cause he might die.. but from some anime's I've watch they hesitated and got only convince cause it's important... cause It seems like she's already use to kissing even though she's a shrine maiden... that just throws me off (o_O) sorry for the term.. |

| The kiss is what made this episode for me! I can't explain why, but I thought it was too cute how Ta-kun actually accepted and went to kiss her through the glass. Her tricking him was even better~ XP My girl, Mizuno, appeared too, so that's a plus. I REALLY hope this show does not dissolve even further into a harem because that is NOT what the description advertised. Also, has anyone noticed the Power Trio looks just like Team Sonic from Sonic Heroes???  The color scheme is on point. |

| Episode 11 was where I stopped back in 2016. Now I'm caught up. Episode 12 is the first new episode I've seen in just over 5 years. With Simone's side-plot resolved. Kanako fights Takuto directly. Keito's lays off scolding Kanako's behaviour a second time and the teacher is on edge. Regenerating the Cybodies uses their Star Driver's Libido (sex drive) and if they don't have enough Libido, it uses their life force...which is why Sugata's predecessors fell into comas using Samekh...interesting way to power mecha. So is this implying Sugata no longer falls unconscious because of an increase in sex drive? Didn't seem like it. Also, I think Bones reused this kind of plot in Captain Earth. 10:29 she got her indirect kiss! "It's Sunday!" (It's a sundae?) thank you Mamoru Miyano for your interjections. Bones, why do you drop the opening ELEVEN MINUTES and THIRTY SECONDS into the episode? I'm afraid Mizuno might be revealing that she's a Shrine Maiden with the witch/wizard talk. Talking about the 2012 London Olympics in the boxing scene. Reminding me when this anime was made. Wako trying to say "Takuto-kun" with a toothbrush in her mouth, so cute. "Hafufofun!"
