This Dream World arc is really messy and doesn't do much as far as the main plot is concerned. I wouldn't like it if it wasn't for El Cid.

In every age, in every place, the deeds of men remain the same.

Yeah, I'm really not liking this "arc". 4 episodes have gone by and nothing has really happened. I don't actually like El Cid that much either so he doesn't save it for me. I just remembered that Capricorn killed Sagittarius in the original series, funny they're so close in this previous generation.

Everything just confirms my original review - the Hades chap. in an alternative universe where Saints that were traditionally marginalised get more airing time and 1st class roles. It wouldn't surprise me if Aquarius would have something important to do next. Like I said in my original review this whole series seems more geared towards satisfying Saint Seiya's fan. I can hardly imagine any newcomer appreciating this fully without watching the previous S.Seiya. Take Pegasus Devine Cloth (or new cloth as it is being refered to in this thread) for instance you would need to have watched Hades Elysium to know what that is, or its significance...

Oh ok. So basically since the pegasus cloth has been fighting hades all these years maybe it only turns into a god cloth when its user awakens the 8th sense.

Well that makes sense. I've watched the original and I am loving this show. So maybe for people watching this show without previous knowledge it might be confusing. Like for instance they wont understand my previous comment about the 8th sense; heck they dont even know about the 7th sense either because the show doesnt mention these things.

Even if I watched the original, I really don't remember much so it's as if I'm watching this as a newcomer and I still enjoy it quite a bit ><

Anyway that armor sure looks a bit too grandiose... Oneyros'

And El Cid continues with his track of badassery, this time owning Icelus by discovering the weakness of his space manipulation ability. Even when he is bleeding out, he manages to kick the ass of his enemy. Bravo, El Cid.

Seeing the battle of Tenma and Morpheus, I wonder if Alone is possesed or not by Hades, considering that he helped Tenma to obtain his Divine Cloth in enough time to make him defeat his enemy (and Morpheus's words before perishing only helps to cement that theory). As a non manga reader, this is still pure speculation.
The battle itself was cool, especially since, if I remember right,

Also, after Morpheus dies, El Cid comments that all the souls who were trapped here escaped from Morphia, but, considering they are going to end in the Yomotsu, I wonder if it was better for them to stay in the Dreamworld (unless they are lucky enough to go to the Elysium) xD

Damn you, Sisyphus, making things more complicated with your martyr complex...

The fusion of the Dream Gods at the end is still one of the most bizarre scenes of Saint Seiya. I guess Oneiros was right when he said that Gods lives in another dimension than humans.
