So cool, I love how he gets when someone kills innocent people. El Diablo! So, is his left hand fake? Kinda looked that way.

I just loved the intensity of this episode

the part when he had his gun pointed at the guy's head, blurting something along the lines of "They're dead! People are dead! You killed all the people" got me, I thought it was totally believable

So...we're seeing another side of Vash, and he actually does have a past. Though I like the comedy, finally it's getting serious now. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

That is amazing, how different kind of man can be Vash. I must say that I didn't expect he would be so severe and dangerous. And that Diablo-like eyes... Incredible...

By far the best episode of Trigun that I've seen. Vash is quickly becoming one of my favorite Anime characters ever, he's both kind-hearted and a bad-ass.

I love how he chose preserving Rem's ideals (and thus letting her live in his heart forever) over shooting that assassin. It really show how important for him she was and still is.

The other side of Vash has finally shown and we are getting more hints and pieces of his backstory. This anime finally has my full and undivided attention by this chapter.

Wham. I've got a feeling things are going to keep like this until the end of the series -- if the comedy's done, then this is definitely the beginning of a Cerberus Syndrome.

I just hope episode 13 isn't a recap, which it seems like it could be from the preview.

Even though I have more questions now (who was that in the flashback and where, what's with Rem, is Vash a cyborg???) I feel so satisfied.

Woah, stuff just got heavy. I thought the episode's title of Diablo was talking about the big dude, but it looks now it was talking about Vash. I guess it's muffin though. Absolutely muffin, bahahaha.

Trigun got serious'd.

And I'm starting to think that the evil-guy with a skull in his arm has some kind of mental powers, when he and Vash talked 5 meters away from each other and no one else could hear them. And that orphan kid was acting weird as'well:
Turns down a perfectly good ice cream from a nice lady --> accepts a hot dog from a creepy guy

And the mental image of the creepy guy hurting the little girl also hints at psychic powers...

And damn! Vash got awesome when he saw innocent bystanders getting hurt. He was really pissed at Legato. Suddenly shifted from the nice guy to something frightening. And loved how Vash used the vault door as a weapon and I had my suspicions about his left arm even before the "Sand-robot-factory-episode." And yet this girl Rem(or Rim?) still has so much power over Vash that he still wouldn't kill someone.

Geez what happened to this anime? It used to be all silly and fun and now it's gotten really dark... AND I LOVE IT!!

Johnny Yong Bosch really showed off some early acting chops here, he's great! Yeah, the English dub isn't perfect but it has that "90's charm" which i generally enjoy.

Also, what the hell is Vash anyway? Is he a robot? Is he an alien? An alien robot? Guess i'll have to keep watching to find out ;)

that part was really good. i feel like the beginning of this episode had a ridiculous amount of tension/dread that was really well done. sadly, i felt like the actual fight was a bit underwhelming in comparison.

also i wonder if they named the girl in his dreams Rem as a reference to REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep

Woah! What an amazing episode! The best part is when Vash had Monev at gunpoint and was ready to blow his head clean off! I was shocked! Plus this episode has the first appearance of my favorite character, Legato.

That was one amazing episode. Made me at the edge of my seat at the end. It was fucking stressful. And seeing all those dead people, with all those kids in it, my heart skipped a beat. The new antagonist look promising. Through, I WTFed when they were ''telepatizing'' xD Also there is one thing I don't get, all the dead people, was he only dreaming them, like when the new guy ''crushed'' the girl head? I guess they'll come back on that on the next episode. Anyway, that was an hell of an episode. Really this serie is going in a good direction. Also, I dunno why but I was pretty is arm weren't real, maybe it was because of the lenght. But yeah, made me think about FMA xD

It... Just...Got... Real!! So many questions to answer. And we finally see the face of the woman of Vash's dreams. Its funny that they hid her face for so long since with this anime style every "attractive" woman's face looks the same lol.

I'm pretty sure those people really are dead. The scene where he talks about dreaming was a flash back I believe.

as far as the telepathic communication, I think there's a chance that that... Oh I was gonna say that he might have hacked into the com Vash used to talk to the Kid through the pen, but I now realize that Vash and Legato weren't moving their lips. maybe the pen was just a trick to cover Vash's telepathic ability. As far as the kid is concerned I think he squeezed the kid's head but let go.
Love and Peace!!!

It's very rare that an anime makes me care about random people getting killed.
