| Still nobody wonders about random fabulous guy. . . So yeah, Dark Precure shows up, underlying plot is introduced. Spiffily executed as usual. Tsubomi and Erika are wonderful. Great to see the creators have more up their sleeves than the premise and fillers. |
| Finally Dark descend upon the newbies. So that girl (Yuri was her name ?) is Moonlight, I guess defeat doesn't mean completely gone. Was there any clue to who is the "fabulous" guy ? Achooooooooooo. |

| This episode was filled with all sorts of badassery. Especially the fight scene with all the Sunackies (...lolz plural form?) - loved seeing Blossom and Marine being highlighted individually. LOLZ at Precure Explosion though. xDDD And Dark Precure overall. She is just...ahhhsocool!!♥♥♥ And my love for Sasorina grows - she is so hilarious. LOLZ at the soccer part. Hoping she'll appear more (reluctantly) as Dark Precure's underling! ;3 Gah~ I totally want to know who the mysterious guy is! ♥♥♥♥ One possibility I've heard is Coppe-sama - and since both of them don't speak, I can see how this...might be possible. loli_slayer said: Achooooooooooo. I really want to know more about the mysterious girl, the not-so mysterious girl (well, she is unknown to me), and the relations with Dark Precure ^^ Kung-fu in next episode ! | Best episode so far! I love my Sasorina. <333 And Dark PreCure was really badass. Loved the fighting scene, nice how she countered their powers. And some yuri there between Dark and Moonlight? lol That moment was the best! |

| Dark Precure is so evil she cheats at soccer and makes flowers wither! In all seriousness, this was one of the best epsiodes so far. They certainly did a few good job at building up Dark Precure as a villain. SHe defeated Blossom and Marine by staring at them, that's impressive. Random fabulous guy showed up again as well.What the hell is his deal anyway? |
| The broken item not!Moonlight was holding was her Precure Seed, what Chypre and Coffret give to Tsubomi and Erika to transform. Since it's broken, that woman likely can't become Cure Moonlight anymore, although it's possible that she might be able to wield some residual power. That was some great buildup of Dark Precure; she didn't even need her Dark Tact to defeat the combined power of Blossom and Marine, unlike when she defeated Moonlight. Still trying to puzzle together who that guy might be. He definitely looks like a guy, so I don't think he could be a manifestation of not!Moonlight's powers. I'm not sure if anyone else we've seen could fit the role, though. Hmm. Excellent episode overall. |

| Dang, looks like the bad guys have stepped up their game! Dark Precure is pretty badass and cool-looking. On a side note, I really want some blue perfume to erase my worries. I imagine that stuff would be highly addicting in real life. Can't wait how things develop from here on! |

| The Desertrians weren't messing around this time. They didn't try summoning any monsters or anything, their goal was explicitly to hurt people and draw out the Precures. That's pretty intense, especially this early into a Precure series. The designs for Yuri, that mysterious boy, and the Dark Precure are amazingly cool, they feel like they were dropped in straight from Casshern Sins. I feel badly for constantly bringing it up, but I really like Casshern Sins for its sleek designs and stark, hollow environments. This translated into the Desertrian world design, as well as various characters in the show. Additionally, that amazing fight animation that can quickly flip between the Precures' goofy and energetic art style, all before Yuri appears before the Dark Precure and instill this atmosphere of mysterious bleakness. With such consistent quality art and animation, as well as wonderful atmosphere and intriguing writing, Heartcatch might end up as a contender for a personal favorite anime if it keeps this this up. |

| What I appreciate about this Precure series is how it really feels as though Tsubomi and Erika are just bit newcomers in this generations-long ongoing conflict, what with the opening flashback battle vs. Dark Precure, and the use of characters like Tsubomi's grandma, Cure Moonlight, and whoever the hell that ikemen is. I can actually say that I'm interested in where the plot will go this time lol. |
