| Although Marcus looked intimidating at first, I didn't have doubts about Veltol's abilities. I think it's kinda insane what Veltol can do when he puts the effort in for his fights. He almost treated like a twisted game and Marcus' reactions were priceless. One of the more entertaining battles this show had imo. |

| Considering how sick last episode was, also putting into consideration that it was for a "side character" of all people, you already KNOW they were going to cook like crazy for the MAIN character. And cook did they. CGI was fine yeah, but that transformation was so fucking sick. And the OSTs this episode were banging more than usual. But ofc, the highlight of the episode is ofc that the dude Marcus was finally defeated, not before he was begging on his knees though lol. Was so satisfying seeing him going down into the immortal furnace. And it was so sweet to see that scene of Veltol hugging Machina <3 Takahasi's feet/10  Looks like Veltol's going off to school now eh xD |

| OH MY GOD PERFECT EPISODE. Marcus gets packed up and completely embarrassed, broken, mind fucked, you name it. I loved seeing him with that fear and utter sense of defeat on his face. For a dude that did all that planning and betrayal you’d think he’d know more about Veltol’s abilities, but he was completely taken by surprise with his 2nd form and encantless magic. Exactly what his dumbass gets. I had a feeling Marcus would end up being the power source for the city. Nice bit of karma for him, but I wish Veltol would’ve pressed him more on what he said about why the worlds merged together and why this was Marcus’ only choice. Something else more sinister might be out there. A CONFESSION??! Oh my God. I’m eating so good with my ships today with this and Ranma. I did not expect Veltol to straight up say he loved Machina, but she deserves it. She was so loyal to him for all these years, continued to support him even when he wasn’t at his best and nearly losing her clearly got him emotional. Love that for them ❤️ Feels like we’re entering a new arc now. Takahashi got a massive job promotion, Veltol and Machina have a new nice place and the hero is taking Kinohara! Can’t wait for next ep |

| @Marinate1016 It a part of his character and power growth. He is tapping into previously unused emotions to all of: increase his power, increase his understanding, and have a better life. "Heinous acts are a staple for me" Hmm, well, Evil Overlords usually have to use them in limited measure, along with generosity, and wise rule to stay on top. The all fear all the time ones tend to get toppled soon enough. Glad to see that Takahashi got a moment to shine, but she deserved better, a little longer scene and better visuals for it. "I love you" "I love you too, Lord Veltol" In Episode 7, Demon Lord 2099 savagely defeats hundreds of high school romance animes. Nice embrace also, bu damn, I could have used a a long hard kisu there to put it even farther over the bar. Kudere Kinohara following Gram. Having a girlfriend will likely restore much meaning to his life. and she will gain much as well. |

| Great climax! I thought Marcus would be the final boss, but I was proven wrong. This episode would have been even better if Veltol's second form was animated more. Honestly, I would have preferred it if they used 3D CGI. They could have made him move easier that way. (Also I hate it when they use a mouth flap on dragon-like characters. It's just too slow to make sense! I believe a still frame with the mouth open while they're talking works better!) |

haha, here we go with a true classic Also, arguable we've now learned that the Hero is a LOT stronger than Veltol. Not only did he beat Veltol, he beat Veltol in a scenario designed solely to allow Veltol to be at max power so he could fight the Hero. In a normal fight where Veltol isn't deep underground at the center of multiple ley lines, Veltol would likely be much less powerful than the Hero. Interesting to see how that may/may not play into things. |

I didn't expect Veltol's second form to be a literal monster giving me Digimon/Yu-Gi-Oh! vibes(Blue Eyes Black Dragon). With Marcus gone this concludes the first Volume of the Light Novel which had four chapters officially translated in English. The next episode will be the start of the Akihabara arc in Volume 2 as described in the new key visual and PV. |

| Veltol was still pretty strong even in his normal form. That 2nd form of his as absolutely badass. We also got a great moment at the end with Veltol & Machina confessing their love for each other. Looking forward to the next arc. |

I'm not surprised that Marcus was defeated so easily since he was only evil for the sake of being evil and deserved to get tossed in the reactor like we all expected. I didn't expect Veltol's second form to be a literal monster giving me Digimon/Yu-Gi-Oh! vibes(Blue Eyes Black Dragon). With Marcus gone this concludes the first Volume of the Light Novel which had four chapters officially translated in English. The next episode will be the start of the Akihabara arc in Volume 2 as described in the new key visual and PV.

| So we all knew the plan was for Takahashi to broadcast Veltol far and wide, but I genuinely was thinking clips from his fights, or live broadcast of fight. Honestly... this makes sense though... Marcus is firewood as they figure this out, Gram & Kinohara eloped, Takahashi is new owner of his company (think that's what it said), Machina is living as a wife to a lord should, and Veltol is still a livestreamer in his little corner which honestly, is fitting for him very much so. 4/5, I wanted to give 5/5 for some reason though even though pretty much everything was predictable AND that mouth!!!!! (and "fight") LOL. I was partially right, Veltol did need a familia to win, just he himself is the familia and it's on crack with think=do. Gram is a BEAST for beating that form, Marcus is nothing. We will not get a different story. Will it be history, or will it be the after-effects of losing the furnace? Or will it be another nation? |

| @LilyVarbik I wasn't talking about Red Eyes Black Dragon specifically, but was joking about how his second form looked like a Yu-Gi-Oh! monster by calling it his Blue Eyes Black Dragon form. Not sure if that was intentional or not. |

| The episode was great up until the ani-with-zero-mation 2nd form appeared. Seriously they did one animation and looped it without even trying to match him talking. Although the confession somewhat redeemed the episode. Onword to the next arc Kronk! Akihabara |

| Pretty good episode even if it was predictable with Marcus becoming the firewood instead of Veltol and Machina. This did feel like a finale and reading other comments this apparently was the end of an arc with a new one starting next. |

| Whatever Marcus is his Blood to bomb move is really cool and effective. It has no counter just sit and die but Marcus didn't imagined Veltol would pull dragon like Eternatus shit. Animation was crap but I'm giving it a pass for how good the episode was. Takahashi got some time to shine aswell as she played important role in fueling his second form. I didn't got how he is chanting those spells or how he replicating and outspending familiar seems random bs kinda. But it was so satisfying to see Marcus suffer in worst possible ways. Made helpless after all the talk then getting physically and mentally tortured and then thrown into nazi bowler where he threw so many. Karma exists. Veltol also understand value of life and that finally leads him to appreciate Machina. So glad to see them confess each other. After all the loyalty Machina showed for him she deserves it more than anyone. I had 0 hope when I first started but this is ship actually sailed, so happy for Machina.  This felt like last episode, great way to end the arc. Takahashi got a promotion good for her. Machina and Veltol living happily in their new house together too. Perfect.. |

| This feels like a finale, though subpar animation for the second form. Looks like the Demon Lord's power in the second form makes him a kindred spirit to Monica Everett, the Silent Witch. As expected, Marcus becomes firewood and will supply electricity for quite a while. Who will be the next villain? Perhaps they'll take over Marcus' company. And we have a nice confession at the end. |
