Did you even watch the episode completely? The guy clearly emphasized how Walter was a great warrior. Yes he was somewhat rude, however he was being objective and less of a prick towards him than you’re claiming. Anyway, it was satisfying seeing how he didn’t give a crap about those traitors

Just wanna share a fun fact with you: the slave trader, Finocchio Barzini, that name cracked me up as an italian. You see, the character pretty much the stereotypical LGBTQ, and Finocchio is an italian slur that indicates a male homosexual.

Wait nah I might’ve misjudged this lmao this shit is fire. Nothing generic about this one at all. I thought they would just let Tanya and Lloyd off with a slap on the wrist or just charge their betrayal to the game, but Noel tracking them down, publicly humiliating them and then selling them off to slavery is CRAZY. What an episode.

I hate goody goody two shoes MC’s with a passion so seeing one be straight savage and get revenge with no hesitation is great. Noel doesn’t care how long you been with him, if you double cross and lie you’re going to pay the consequences. Tanya begging Walter to save her there at the end and then just berating him when he wouldn’t step in.. el o fucking el. You didn’t pay bro any attention before now want him to save you 😂. No sympathy for them, they could’ve got help for their addiction.

Honestly don’t blame Walter for leaving Noel. They had great times together but seeing Noel so easily turn Lloyd and Tanya over to the slavers would’ve made anyone pause lmao. Can’t wait to see the new blue beyond.

It took a really dark turn in this episode. I am a lot like Noel in this way, anyone who dare to betrayed me I will never forgive, so I can understand where he's coming from.
But if he's 100% brutal then I am probably only around 80 lol
I really liking this anime.

@HOOfan_1 The torturing rapist from Redo of a Healer was smart enough to outwardly pretend not to be an asshole, because he understood that making everyone hate you for no benefit isn't helpful. He manipulated his allies into thinking he was acting to help people, he manipulated the populace into thinking he was saving the princess who he was actually torturing. THAT'S a smart character.

Unlike Noel, who is not smart enough to treat his allies with even fake respect and not smart enough to not deliberately make enemies of everyone around him for no reason. I don't understand how the summary can describe Noel as "silver tongued" when all he does is insult literally everyone.

The show seems to be trying to portray Noel as cunning and ruthless, but he's coming off as stupid and mean. Selling his teammates after they betray him is fine, but why does he treat the warrior like shit? Why does he disrespect and insult the team of people who helped him catch the traitors and just asked for the money they were owed?

How is needlessly alienating what few allies he has and turning everyone else into enemies for no reason the mark of a smart MC? You can be an asshole and a smart MC...by keeping your asshole nature inside and playing like you're a good person even if you don't trust anyone and are planning on just using them. This MC? he just drives away allies and makes enemies for no reason. The only way he's going to get a new team is by bad writing and plot armor. He's a moron.
