| The first half was...okay...but the second half was lit. Glad to see the students get away, and for our "heroes" get together. They are all going to get like a trillion points for this lol. |

| So Elf dude was also a pretender like MC was doing before. (with the talented childhood friend to boot) But Elves has strong magic by default, so no one knows the Elf dude was just acting. TBH, I don't think I'll respect this Elf dude... since before this, he was looking down at Will for being a "failure", even tho he himself within the Elves are also a "failure" Especially if everyone left in the Academy are all "failures" that still requires training before they can join the actual "talented". It basically means the weak was bullying the weaker in order to pretend they're the strong. That's stupid, and these people doesn't deserve respect. |

| So the real elf magic is not illusion but conjuration, at least Wignall finally had a breakthrough. Everyone's bonded with their unintended companions. LOL Oh nice nick-of-time save, Will! Now this is how you introduce villains, lots of very quick build-up of tensions, mysterious menace and overwhelming violence delivered in nonchalant, condescending, amusing (on villain's POV, of course) and witty manner too! The two professors being bad asses, are they the troublesome bunch heading where they are that Marze-dude was referring to? |

Wow, Will finally got deemed worthy this episode. And Colette was just as cute as ever. I also like how the dynamic is Ice and Fire between Julius and Zion. It reminds me of Zoro and Sanji a bit! Anyways TIME FOR A BOSS BATTLE!  |

| Well, this episode ended up much more intense than what I was expecting honestly. We first got the Elf's back story, which in a way is basically the same as Will's, and they have much in common, but Will admiring him for long was something they should have hinted before. Also, it seems the Elf society is quite harsh! In true shounen spirit, the Elf was able to make the illusion become reality right when it was needed. But this made me question, what's the difference from this "illusion" from just a normal spell? Like, if it's materialized, isn't it the same as spawning ice or stones? I think this concept wasn't really thought about honestly, and it quite literally lasted 2 episodes. They stop being illusions the moment they get materialized, but anyways... The final past was getting really exciting, with the introduction of the villains responsible for all of this, it was a bit underwhelming how Will came right on time to save the girls again, I thought they were going to be able to defend themselves, but Will has to make his appearance evident in the anime I guess. Also, just understood now that the headless mage is a different entity from the other guy. I do have to say that the direction of the episode was really interesting and they really have been stepping up their game with these last 2 episodes! Really excited to watch the next episode! |
| Will duo with the elf isn't bad at all, and I appreciate seeing Colette with the other girl as well, at least they're reunited now but the villains are here and they seem OP especially that they summoned some really strong dungeon monster against them... and their goal is to destroy the fake ceiling eh?? |

| Will is a very sweet kid. He finally made a new friend in their party which was nice. Those two villain guys look like a huge problem with their magic being so over the top for our party. The two professors are on their way. Hopefully, they reach their in time. Time to survive this monster. |

| I'm surprised that Will and Wignall would be so similar. Two talentless hard-working guys wanting to see the girls they care for. Wignall's apologising was a nice moment. The headless guy is so creepy. I never imagined seeing a character as bizarre as him in this series. I'm looking forward to this big boss fight. |

| So if Wignall can only use illusions with no physical presence, how did he defeat Julius' clone a few episodes back, or get through school anyway? |
