| Well, at least the champion is a respectable person, or at least acknowledges Rick's fighting strength. This episode has been built up for Rick in what could easily be his biggest fight yet. Well whatever, it's an action packed episode so in a nutshell, we got plenty of that. |

| Not nearly enough Angelica in this episode, but fairs Kelvin backstory and fight with Broughtson were amazing. When the OP gets skipped you know it’s gonna be a banger episode. Gained a lot of respect for the heights Kelvin reached with his own determination and grit, imagine if he had Rick’s training regiment dude could easily be stronger than Rick. The fight itself was actually amazing. Broughtson handicapping himself with only using two fingers and not moving was lowkey disrespectful π but I get he wanted to make things competitive and see where Kelvin was. Kelvin showed a ton of cool attacks, but coolest of all had to be Angel’s Tear. That looked absolutely insane and against anyone else that would’ve been an insta kill. Why did the animation go so hard once Broughtson started getting serious tho? That was the best the show has looked all season. My face hurts for that shot that Kelvin took at the end there, but you know what.. he lost the fight but won in the end. Gained a ton of respect from everyone in that arena and I agree with old dude, he’s the greatest pugilist ever. Reached the pinnacle without any legendary adventurers to train him, just pure grit. The most Angelica we got today was the splash screens lol  |

| Broughston is an absolute beast, the Kelvin fight was awesome. Everything was on point, and Alicerette constantly eating is always adorable The splash screens were hot AF as well. WOOOOF 6.5/5 |

| That fight was amazing. Even though it was one sided I saw nothing but incredible action. I am really happy that the crowd were all Cheering for Kelvin at the end. Next time we should see the best in this series, Broughston VS Rick, master vs apprentice. |

| Now that was an awesome battle between two incredible fighters that respected one another and enjoyed their fight together. These last couple of episodes have been really fun. |
Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.  |
| Despite having OP MC's I like the way they portrayed the side characters in their story, development and the way they fought. Kelvin finally got his long awaited wish of facing an opponent he could go all out against. This episode was well animated and directed, came out of the blocks from nowhere! |

| That episode was so good, I've been waiting to see Broughston have his match but I didn't think the fight would be so intense and enjoyable. The crowd cheering for the champion when he was loosing and the respect they each had for one another throughout the entire battle, it's exactly all I could ask for and more. I don't know if Kelvin will appear again but I'd be pleased if he did, especially if he's closing the gap from A to S rank in terms of his ability. The wrap up of Angelica was nice too, her new power goals and high probability to remain with rick. When the lizard interrupted I thought he was getting smashed by broughston but it was nice what happened even if Kelvin had to do it. A surprisingly more enjoyable episode than this show has already been, seems like a lot of you think so too lol |

| This anime has been a serious sleeper hit for me (Just like Rick). I feel like a lot of anime don't take the time to really 'sculpture' the supporting characters of a season to be just as fleshed out as its MC. Like the main premise of this story is about Rick chasing his dreams of being an adventurer and making a legendary story real. But instead we had them go HAM on Angelica and made her go from a "meh" character to a fan favorite for a lot of people. And now we have Kelvin who was finally able to find a strong opponent & a goal to keep chasing to be "the strongest". Even though we all knew what the outcome was going to be with Broughston and Kelvin , the studio went hard on that fight. I really like what they're doing. Can't wait to see how they'll handle Rick vs Broughston now. |

| For an OP power fantasy anime, this episode was exactly what I needed. I might have memed on it before, but this was genuinely a great episode. Animeation wasn't half bad either. A fun episode. Exactly what I want and more from a show like this. Thank you. |

| What an epic episode! This proves that even a generic story, when done with passion, investment, and artistry, can become an absolute masterpiece. It's definitely the best episode so far. I was surprised by Kelvin’s true power and strength he really had been holding back all this time. Even so, Broughston is still a beast, but there’s no better way to lose than with honor. Kelvin’s competitive spirit is on another level. He truly came alive in this fight, similar to Angelica’s revival in her own combat. Now that they have the gem they were after, I’m curious whether Rick and Broughston’s fight will be as epic as Kelvin’s or if it will end in a more comedic, quick fashion. Either way, I’m excited to see what happens next! |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| With Geith defeated amonst all challenges, it's only the strongest 3-time champion Kelvin that stands in their way, but the Dragon Ricorgen has pushed the former to the point of uncontrolability to create havoc on the audience, thereby postponing the match for safety reasons. And it just so happens that Rick is doing his own training, and it just had to be coincidental that Kelvin is also training around the same area. For the 3-time champion pugilist, his rags-to-riches story winning in the King of Fists Tournament each and every time doesn't give him the adrenaline of a real pro fight amongst both participants and the audience, and this goes on for countless times until he gets tired of it, prospering business instead of his own dreams and ambitions. Sure, Rick is a weirdo to him, but his words have weight, even if Kelvin doesn't understand the gist of it. The rematch between Kelvin and Broughston gets underway, the latter challenging the former as a pro who sucks up to the audience, Broughston doesn't give way for a champion, one whom Kelvin's owner wants him to be the strongest pugilist in Heractopia. With no need to put on an act, Kelvin can finally fight to his content, and Broughston merely responds to the appropriate levels of strength, adjusting to the champion's true prodigy levels of strength and magic, surpassing all expectations even with Level 8 magic that is a no-brainer for Broughston to give his quarter thumbs-up and get serious, leaving Kelvin with losing strength and earning the hearts of the audience even if he's cheated their feelings all this while. Even though Kelvin lost the battle, Broughtston is just a force to be reckoned with. But let this moment be Kelvin's redemption story. ONE HELL OF A MASTERPIECE EPISODE. THIS IS PEAK Ossan ANIME. |

| purely the best episode in this series and one of the best episodes for all anime that aired this season, with how the visuals and set-up of Kelvin's character were so good that I was amazed at this episode, also that Angelica fanservice goes hard as well huh, something is rising inside of me. Kelvin continues to win and doesn't feel fun when fighting but he still wants to be a champion to his Coach, but after hearing that the Gym is getting quiet because of the increasingly boring fights, Kelvin finally decides to make the match seem interesting and make Kelvin hold his strength to the point where he meets Broughston. when Kelvin used the Angel Tear move this moment was extraordinary, I didn't expect this anime to have the effort to animate extraordinary moments like this, I was speechless and laughed at the same time seeing Rick's reaction who became stiff when he realized his Senpai would not hold back anymore lol. the sequence when Kelvin was cheered on by the audience who had looked down on Kelvin before but saw how Kelvin was completely helpless in front of Broughston who in the end cheered Kelvin on and Kelvin stood up and used his last move for the opponent he was looking forward to from long ago, at this moment I liked this episode more than ever, with animation that was unusual from before even Tower of God S2 could not match the animation in this episode lol. I don't know why I cried when the end credits rolled lmao, but it's definitely Chiai Fujikawa who always manages to make me cry hearing her voice and the meaning of this song also matches Kelvin's character in this episode, I love her voice so much. this is the most underrated anime of the season, with how this season there are not many good anime but some of the anime that are not good score higher than the anime that deserve to score higher than what this anime got.  |
