Another week of getting carried by Yuki.
Best girl have messy backstory and her grandfather want him to win to down Masachika, after hyping up Yuki this much when she will eventually lose will be so annoying. Not sure why her mother calling him -san. Yuki Ayano moments are way to good. They make a solid duo.
Nonoa part was they only serious part, good to see her sacrificing dignity to save Sayaka reputation.
No way the hyped "memorising math problems" a genius way to study. Its the worst way to learn mathematics.
Hypnosis scene was way less degenerate than I thought, still a lot though.
But whatever problem Yuki causes will always be good and fun to watch. Sarashina should beat her up rather than Masachika tbh.

Yuki actually loves her family as a thing but she isn't that happy of the people in it. Except for Masachika being the only one letting Yuki breath.

| This is by FAR my favorite episode of the series. we got to see the grandfather of the family, we see that intentions of Alya are not just to win, but to make it a worthy and fair fight. The hypnosis part of the episode is just straight up funny and crazy at the same time :sob: And also the ED song is "World is Mine" by Hatsune Miku which we all know and love, amazing episode 10/10!!! |
| More dumb fanservice this episode. I mean, hypnosis cliché, really? And why both sisters conveniently can't undo a button for F-ing 2 minutes before being RESET??? I know it'd turn into some hentai, but still getting stuck on a button?! -_- |

| The hypnosis part was too dumb for my liking to be honest. Rest of the episode was pretty boring for the most part. |
 Yuki is never beating the degeneracy allegations π€£ If I did not know about certain spoilers from the light novel, I might have assumed Yuki would be just a few steps away being yurified with Ayano. ( Ν‘° ΝΚ Ν‘°) |
| This episode didn't really dwelve much into the story, with all of the fanservice in the second half. But the 1st part was really interesting, especially to understand better that new character, that actually seems to be rather different from the rest of the cast. Also, the beginning of the episode gave us a bit more of the life that Yuki has with her family, the family that Kuze left, and it was honestly depressing, and her mother seems to be feeling miserable honestly. I really find unnecessary the fanservice they did with the hypnosis scene, and is taking away from the romance the anime had. Also, Alya's character has been the same since the beginning of the anime, in fact, I think she's getting a bit worse each episode, she seems to be even less confident then she was in the 1st episode, and completely dependent on Kuze. Honestly, this anime started really promising, but it's slowly getting weaker and weaker, I'm afraid of how it will end, we only have 3 more episodes to go. |
| Did Yuki's grandfather just quote Uncle Ben? So, someone (Masachika, I think) said last episode that this Nonoa chick had connections with the higher-ups of the school... yeah, I now wonder what she did to gain said connections... Anyways, another utterly boring episode that was partially saved by Yuki (of course) and the return of underwear fanservice. Seriously, who cares about Taniyama's reputation? Better focus on other stuff. |

Gonna be honest, I did not like this episode. I thought the Anime got back on track last episode, and finally showed some promise towards the storyline. Weve heard it a lot, that the MC is actually quite smart, and is seen as one of the smartest people on the planet, but he rarely shows it. So to see him actually take charge in episode 8 kind of gave me some hope that our MC would turn out interesting. Like I dont expect him to be on the level of Classroom of the elites MC, but at least show that he is controlling things. Either way, this episode started out intresting. I dont mind the Yuki scene of her showing both her sides, as her made up side can be quite exhausting as shown at the start of the episode. But then the last 10 minutes could be one of the worst parts of an anime episode ive watched in a long time. They find a hypnosis book, and I KNEW it was gonna end with alya taking her clothes off. But it was not just Alya but Masha as well. It was such a shame to see this anime sink to such a low that they have a whole 10 minute bit about undressing characters for 'comedy' I hope thats it, and the last 3 episode round off the anime with a more story driven ending, no matter how it ends, I dont think I can give this anime more than a 8 now, just because of that hypnosis scene. it was so unneeded, out of pocket and just not relevant what so either to story. Its just 'oh you wanna see them undress, sure here ya go'.

That said, I wish Doga Kobo commissioned a 2-cour first season. It seems that we're just in the middle of the plot and we haven't progressed much.
