| Nodoka lashing out on her father was probably a nice thing. Maybe now she will have more free time When you think that you oshi may have some sort of degenerative disease. Adds to the bleak moments of this anime. I seen to many memes, now I don't feel safe looking at the next episode preview. |

| Damn, wasn’t expecting such an emotional ending to this Yorumun arc, they had me convinced she was an evil and vengeful spirit but the reveal was actually pretty heartwarming, she may have done a lot of bad in order to do good but I’m glad she was able to be properly sent off instead of simply retiring without another word. And there was also the voice behind the avatar, being Mikamo, and man her story was upsetting too, really added a lot to this Yorumun situation, but it looks like she might actually be able to walk now thanks to the sudden self-cest if I can call it that lol, that’s very nice to see. I also wonder if this is saying something about VTubers, like the character becomes bigger than the person behind it, like having a life of their own, but at the same time it also goes to show what a positive impact they have on people. But now that this Yorumun situation is solved, it looks like we’re in for a pool episode next time, now the question is if there will be a curiosity involving the pool or if it’s purely for fanservice, I’m down for either lol. |

| This arc was more melodramatic and sad than I expected from a digital media horror idea. Ozoora-san, as always, deal with the performance of the energetic, quirky character to the best of her ability. @AkeZZZ I have a feeling that after the school arc, they will now think of this gang every time they need a group of female characters. @IhnalakoKaina Yeah, it seemed very unusual considering her personality and usual sense of style. |

| Who’s cutting onions 😢 the end to this arc was sadder than I would’ve imagined from this show. Meeting Mikamo, the person behind Yorumon was a cruel reminder about how unfair life can be. Being born disabled is no one’s fault, but the fact she blamed herself and her mother’s “I’m sorry I couldn’t give you a healthy body” line just got me pretty emotional. Then when Mikamo finally found something that she could do without “inconveniencing” anyone and actually spreading joy to people, that too was taken from her by her illness. Yorumun may have caused a lot of people to get sick, but she genuinely did have good intentions and was just the personification of Mikamo’s desire to help others with disabilities or who’ve been thru a hard time. No fights, but they weren’t needed because this episode hit hard enough with the emotional stuff. Yorumun lighting up every tv screen in Tokyo damn near to ward off Mikamo’s disease so she can lead a happy and healthy life.. 💔 even Ren and Sumireko got hit in the feels there. Beautiful episode. So beautiful in fact, that I forgot about how funny Mikamo saying she was afraid of Sumireko titties was 😂 put those things away girl Is my brain fried or is that pool at the end.. nvm |

| What the heck is up with Oto's outfit in this episode? Great episode, I'm glad Mikamo found peace with Yorumun. Now, she just needs to move forward with her ambitions. She has already brought joy to many, now she needs to find joy for herself. It's true, Sumireko has two major quirks that would intimidate anyone who encounters her. |

| I'm struggling to put into words why I found this episode so moving. I love how it explored the relationship between artist and audience, how art can take on a life of its own once it's put out into the world, and how the most powerful art comes from putting genuine emotion into its creation. There was a poignancy to this arc in the way that it examined why we both seek out and create art. As Yorumon made her final ascent into the night sky, her ass hanging out of her thong, whale tail preceding mermaid's tail, I was surprised to find that I got misty. Anime has made me teary-eyed plenty of times, but never before has a show managed to do so in quite this way. It was silly and absurd, but undeniably thought provoking and beautiful. This episode will stay with me. |

Especially in the later portions of the episode when she took over every screen and even projected onto the surface of water, buildings, and took to the skies - that thought couldn't leave my mind. But that's not a bad thing. It looks as if the voice inside person has some form of neurodegenerative muscular or spinal disease. Although it may not be so degenerative now due to the miracle elicited and may be frozen at stasis or, preferably and ideally, even slowly progressively improve and eventually even disappear. It also appears that the mermaid avatar who became autonomous wasn't fully conscious of her actions - this is common in a lot of stories regarding vengeful ghosts and other forms of spirit who aren't especially uniquely wicked or malevolent at their core, but just get mixed up with some malevolent undefined essence out there or combined with some actual malevolent spirits and then their intentions get warped and perverted and their actions in the world turned more in a negative direction due to forces beyond their control. I appreciated, as always, the included explanations for the terminology regarding some of the spirits and Japanese mythology light dive, as I had never once, to my recollection, ever heard of this garei (image spirit) type of tsukumogami youkai before. So that and the way the premise was handled was pretty matter of fact but satisfactory, but ultimately gorgeous Oto donning that new attire would be reason enough to watch this episode even without the aforementioned plot and its handling as a bonus. Fans of Oto-related fanservice need only a single reason and her look this time around was that reason in spades. Slightly shocked but pleased at how far they'll go to provide chances for her beauty to shine. | This was a somewhat weird but good episode with a couple of random things thrown in such as Mikamo being scared of Sumireko's boobs (LMAO) and Oto wearing an outfit that doesn't quite suit her IMO (thought maybe it was a swimsuit but it looks like it's a thong?). Also, the vtuber spirit ended up not being evil as initially thought and it appears that she may have extended Mikamo's life as Mikamo had earlier alluded that she didn't have much time to live so it ended on a mostly positive note. |

| I have yet to see a bad episode from this show.. but this is probably one of the nicest episodes yet. So.. we have two more episodes left, and I can already tell that I will be missing these characters and this world. All that said, I think I will be adding it's Blu-Ray release to my collection as soon as possible. It's just that nice of a show. |

| That was basically an Ironmouse arc. Like no body that knows VTubers can argue that, that must have hit really close to home for her fans. It's already an emotional episode for anybody, but for VTuber fans it's a pretty much a 100% crying guarantee. I feel sorry for people that don't understand VTubers and everything that conveyed the arc and this episode in particular, someone nailed it better than me in this thread. They're larger than life and have an considerable impact, much greater than they realize. I didn't expect the talent saying goodbye to her Vtuber self would be a thing in this anime or in any piece of fiction really, which made this episode all that more special. Hands down the best one so far. (and probably will stay that way) |

Person behind Yorumun get revealed, and having a disability, making the true fan like Nodoka, even at her angry phase still play along no matter what to support her oshi. Yorumun herself also supporting her hard by giving a blessing kiss and miracle happens. Uname sensei also unexpectedly having a big role there to connect the dot with her pero-pero. Good time.... Wonder why the next episode continues with another fanservice while there's no continuation clue what's its relation with the previous cat dance. Other than that, agreed with those megane woman. Voluptuous booba is indeed scary, you guys. |

| who knew there would be someone who's scared of sumireko's breasts. the power of apartment wife's boobs lol and another point to sensei for saving the day in this episode. poor mikamo tho. it's really nobody's fault she gotten an incurable illness. life really can suck that way, but i'm glad she got cured in a way (i'm assuming i'm interpreting that ending correctly?). life by the pool next episode, just in time for the summer season! maybe we'll see the deal with the neko person too (wishful thinking here, i know). |

| this anime is just... 😭😭😭 Integrating myths with modern society, with each case having poignant and moving tales behind their burden and how they use it (except rain spirit, fuck that bitch for killing glasses maid's only friend/lover?), and now this. This story keeps peaking, animation aside. I'm wholly invested in this cast and their feels now.  |
| Nodoka being the hardest hit about Himeuo Yorurun, Ren can immediately tell that it's the Curiosity that has taken the recent cases by storm, and the tablet that's in her hands, Nodoka doesn't want to give it to him. That's where Uname-sensei comes in with another patient of fellow VTuber Hanakura Mikamo, though the latter being all scared about Sumireko's huge boobs, that's quite a blatant criticism in front of her lols. Despite that, Yorurun saving Mikamo out from her strut and allowing her to manifest her online slate, it's fun, but it's also taxing, much more when Yorurun announced her retirement. With that, the plan changes from eliminating to saving since Yorurun isn't a bad spirit, but rather a Garei (an image spirit) who lives to cheer her on, as well as her audience. Mikamo being the central fault of Yorurun, and Ren devising a stage for said VTuber with the help of Nodoka to reach the fans, the kamiage has to work in concert with the original person, Mikamo. Though the siblings and Nodoka almost got caught in the Curiosity, Uname-sensei having to save them is a given, which Mikamo can thereafter converse with Yorurun to rescind her ways and inject her image to give a kind farewell. Between the user and her avatar, both Mikamo and Yorurun had a happy ending, which is of much relief. |
