| the series version of akira toriyama's sand land is here and i haven't seen the movie yet but this got some decent cgi. madmax vibes and they even have water shortage problems. we have the fiend prince beelzebub and his dad is king lucifer. |

on | First of all RIP Akira Toriyama 🙏 Thank You sensei!! Looking at the trailer i was skeptical because of the CGI, but after watching the first episode it's not bothering me anymore and i actually enjoying it. The premise was simple, Main Character Beelzebub was likeable and of course the comedy just hits the mark. I already like the chemistry between the characters. |

| great start, I did actually play the demo at TGS last year before it was out publicly (so idunno if it's the same version that's the demo that's out now) I remember that giant snake thing and much of the designs and vehicles we've seen so far from that short play sesh. I decided to give the English dub a shot first for this one, since even tho I also watch the sub for a lot of DB stuff, the english dub is normally what I prefer and am more familiar with. So as another of Tori's work thought I'd see if localisation was done as well as DB is. It does seem pretty great so far, all the voices fit super well and seems like everyone gave great performances. |

| Makes me think about Hokuto no Ken or Sunabouzu but the Toriyama's way, it was an awesome 1st episode, so we have one old man human teaming up with demons to find water in this deserted land... I love how it looks and I also really like the CGI they've been using so far, promising start! |
