| Damn, they really went all out in this episode's battle. It takes place at night which makes it all that much chaotic. Wyverns also got involved in this too. There was a bit of ego and character rivalry among the fights too. Feels like this show has been built up to this point and it's one of the climax episodes. Hell of a soundtrack was used too. But damn, this episode definitely had its consequences. |

| Two wyverns fighting each other... Lol. Yagyuu, wielding the Willow Sword/Sword of Yanagi, arrived at the defense line of the New Principality of Lithia and confronted the relentless defender, Nihilo the Vortical Stampede, who had clashed with the defensive forces. Nihilo informed Yagyuu of being allies, but witnessing Nihilo's strength, Yagyuu pointed his sword, ready to fight alongside him. Meanwhile, Alus the Star Runner, also reached the New Principality of Lithia, only to find himself surrounded by Wyvern soldiers led by Regnejee the Wings of Sunset. In this episode, Regnejee isn't as strong as Alus, but he manages to corner him using strategy and teamwork. It shows that personal strength isn't everything. Nihilo is really skilled. I didn't expect Regnejee to use so many tricks, and for a moment, I thought he had won. But Alus was right; he talked too much. Next up, it's the boy Yagyuu versus best girl Nihilo. |

| 9:42 This week's eyecatch (everything in brackets I added myself): Revenant (written as "corpse demon") (Nihilo is one) A demonic race manufactured from animal corpses. Due to being corpses, they do not engage in vital activities such as eating and breathing. However, they are not immortal, and "die" when their Life Seal is destroyed. (Life Seals also exist in golems. it's the thing Sojiro cut in the huge golem in episode 1) Sojiro's kinda annoying attacking his ally like that, but it's in character, so okay. 5:42 This line worked in Japanese better, because she said 今 (ima) - "now" only after killing the remaining troops. Regnejee really should've kept silent, didn't expect him to talk so damn much. But I'm glad that Alus won, I like him more. Cool episode! |

| It was stated that Nihilo is a revenant, and revenants are something like ghosts, but she doesn't look like one. Well, basically she was brought back to life through the same Demon Arts that was used to revive someone as a skeleton. Also I don't remember if it was stated, but basically back during the age of the True Demon King she was a mass destruction weapon for the True Demon King and she clashed with Auretia. After the war, she was imprisoned and now given a chance to free herself. (Though Hideo might be manipulating her, and would just kill her once she completes her mission). She also mentioned that after Soujirou clashed with her, that now not only Kuze can defeat her. That means she either haven't seen other strong characters, or she believes Kuze is the strongest of them. I found it to be a nice touch. Reading further into a novel and fighting other strong characters, I can safely say that Kuze and Soujirou aren't the only characters who could defeat her. For those who didn't understand Alus and Regnejee's beef. They used to be in the same swarm, but Alus left to chase his ambitions and abandoned the swarm. It's basically clash of ideologies. Alus wants to be free, but Regnejee doesn't understand how can someone be so selfish and abandon his swarm. Also its wyverns we are talking about, its all about the flock and unity when it comes to them, so if anything Alus is acting unwyvernish. Meanwhile Alus thinks that the wyverns aren't even living, they are just tools with no freedom. Interesting to see Alus using the same magic item to protect himself against wyverns attacks that he did against Vikeon's breath(ep 2). Also Alus too OP, defeating the infamous flock of wyverns (basically the main Lithia's military) all by himself. |
| Nihilo got her cool introduction, she's really op with that thing and her armors really strong but Soujiro still managed to cut it with his sword. Guy's something else. Liked the way Regnejee fought using tactics to counter Alus but in the end he was defeated. Is he gonna die? With just a few episodes left and how things are going, are we gonna see Alithia's demise and they'll focus on the hero thing after that? I sure hope we don't see more casualties from Alithia's side. |

| Damn Nihilo comes fast in hot, and look at how Soujiro after meeting her, in an instant he challenge her already to fight lmao. So Shark positively also running away, after realizing he was unable to defeat Soujiro? Back to Alus, ed visual comes in play there. Its sad watching Regnejee trying to shut Alus down with his swarm. But actually he's the one getting shutted. As a shikamaru va, seeing Regnejee that can't stop yapping after all his talks about tactic just to get defeated by some fire from the sky, kinda be an irony here. Episode fly by too fast, so let's see next! |

| Nihilo killed the vanguard effortlessly, one shot per person. That's definitely a weapon of mass destruction. Glad she didn't laugh like a maniac after every kill, I loathe that trope. It seems she's like an undead? or like Frankenstein's monster? No wonder why my johnny didn't even tingle when she goes naked. Soujirou didn't even hesitate to attack Nihilo. I doubt he even cares for this war; he just wants to fight any formidable foe; he couldn't care less about others that he deems weak. Regnejee could have killed Alus if he doesn't talk that much. Regnejee the type that would never forgive you if you do him wrong whilst Alus the type that likes to be alone and do his thing, not caring about others. |
| Watching this at 4x speed makes much more sense. It's a rather cool experience. So that's more or less a conclusion from his kin?! 🤔 |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| Finally a pure action episode. Soujirou against spider waifu and Alus against Regejene(?) Alus fight was the most interesting one for me since he’s been so OP. Seeing him struggle in a fight was a nice surprise |

| It's a shame this took so long to get going; the pacing of the first half felt like it was going to be a full 26 episode show. I hope it gets a second season. |

| So I take it that Regnejee died? I know he lost although I thought Alus was in trouble for a minute. Hope we get an answer in the next episode. Also, Soujirou had previously fought Shalk but they both survived so I'm guessing one of them fled and I think it was most likely Shalk since Soujirou is crazy and doesn't care who he fights whether its friend or foe such as Nihilo. |
| With Soujirou reaching Lithia all by himself, he faces the barrage of gunfire, though the real threat is from Nihilo in her Helneten tarantula body. The allies of Aureatia fighting against a common enemy against Regnejee's wyverns while Alus himself routes a different path where they could catch him in the act. Alus's eventual return to Lithia facing Regnejee and his wyvern minions, as well as the forces from beneath, he has to make a calculative move to avoid him being hit on all sides. The rivlary between Regnejee and Alus, the former has always echoed his ego while the latter remained steadfast, and with the flames decimating the ground, he has found himself an exit path. But above all, where Regnejee could not beat him in strength, he relies on firepower to manipulate with his Life Arts, with the poisonous scissor beetles to poison him to his death. However, Alus excelled with his final attack, which goes to show that brains prove better than brawn. Very impressed with Alus's character to remain cool and always be on his feet. |

| There was a fight throughout the entire episode and the animation wasn't the worst, it was cool but somehow this episode didn't excite me, probably because wyverns are the least interesting characters. |
| Nihilo is pretty brutal but at least she doesnt fight pointless fights like that shithead Soujiro. That would have been a pretty lame way for Alus to die. Death by beetles lol |
