| Hell of a fight this episode! Might be one of the most intense we've seen yet this season. Makes sense this is the final part of the exam, with the one-on-one fights now. Mash's fight was tough but he still handled it in his usual style. Getting punched by Mash like that looked rough but his opponent is still no pushover. I think they kept the pacing for this episode really well, not a moment that wasted time and showcased what Mash is capable of. |

| This fight being neck to neck is kinda understandable, but I’m still amazed how these people are commentating us through these bizarre moves, with precise explanations. Macaron defending himself against Mash’s moves was one thing, but Mash escaping Macaron’s attacks using the basic concepts of sound was hilarious. Though that being said, seeing Macaron’s transformation to a textbook femboy, with a new hairstyle at that wasn’t in anyone’s bingo list tbh lol. Action scenes were refined as hell this episode. I mean manga’s art was great enough as it is, but the studio did a great job with animation here. Macaron’s secondth making into the adaptation, and then Mash making it out alive within a minute there, and in turn defeating Macaron was great, yes, but there came the cliffhanger with Innocent zero barging into the competition. Innocent zero with za warudo power was some way to conclude this episode, along with the revelation of Mash being his son. Though that'd just get better from here on, with Wahlberg confronting Innocent Zero as well. |

| The epic showdown between Mash and Margarette. The concluding trial of the Divine Visionary Selection Exam culminates in a one-on-one combat scenario. In the initial bout, Mash confronts Margarette, setting the stage for an intense showdown. Mash, now challenged by Margarette, a reputed magic wielder renowned for their formidable mystical prowess, often regarded as equivalent to that of a Divine Visionary. The outcome of this arduous confrontation remains uncertain, leaving the question lingering: where and how will this formidable clash reach its conclusion? I remember something about sound traveling better through solids than through air. But hey, there must be some quirky sound-absorbing stuff in play too. Margarette's snap while zipping around at the speed of sound was pretty cool, but watching Mash use his favorite tartar sauce to outsmart him was even better. That fight was pure chaos, although Margarette probably would've had the edge if he hadn't gone and spilled the beans about his best move—classic shounen move. And the animation and music were absolutely godly, like always. A-1 is really knocking it out of the park this season. Then there's those weirdos from Innocent Zero... And finding out that they're Mash's dad? Not exactly a shocker. But hey, at least they had the decency to wait until the match was over before causing a stir. |

| I really like the soundtrack during Margarette's attacks Oh wow, I actually didn't know that sound travels faster in solids, than in liquids or gases... Oohhhh Innocent Zero is Mash's biological father? I didn't think we'd get his backstory so soon. This episode was quite epic. The animation was really good. |

| Hiding underground to both avoid the sound waves and flank his opponent really was quite the move. Margarette's child form though sure had quite the speed via their skill at porting. That bell though sure added a lot of tension to that fight though. But man that was one hell of a fight from start to finish. Innocent zero sure made one hell of an entrance. Things sure took a turn for the worst though. |

| From buffed Harry Potter to Star Wars!? I have a feeling they'll even kill Mash-kun down the line and then resurrect him - like in Harry Potter. Since we've already been receiving hints about his future death - that board game they played. Sounds like they're setting him up to be a Jesus figure. |

| @Niveen_Sleem Macaron usually uses 'atashi' which is the feminine version of watashi that is used by girly girl characters and was historically used by women in Japan, but it's apparently not that common anymore. The author said they're non-binary in the Q&A for Volume 9. I doubt you care about these verifiable facts and I find it hilarious that you think that Japanese people care about English grammar. Translators and fansubbers tend to do to opposite when it comes to pronouns, they add gendered pronouns to phrases so it makes sense for English viewers. Even old fansubs changed localized sentences so they made sense in English even if the meaning was lost even jokes. The old fansubs used to add swear words that weren't even spoken by the seiyuu. |

| Annoying subtitles ruining the experience. As someone who learns the English language, ruining the grammar of the subs and putting the pronoun-religion just for their own fun annoys me. What's more annoying: a time-stopping skill. lmao Edit: P.S. I don't know why but the series is getting a bit tiring nowadays. We only get to see quite a few jokes. The only thing I remember was Mash swimming underground and cornering his enemy. Oh, Dot was also funny alongside Finn. Their skit earlier made the experience much more bearable. |

| After this, the students in Easton had to admit that Mash was an outstanding person because he, who had no magic, was able to defeat Margarette who possessed great magic power, even comparable to the Divine Visionaries. But just as Mash has completed one of his toughest challenges, he is immediately faced with a core problem: Innocent Zero. I was honestly quite shocked when I heard Innocent Zero say "musuko" to Mash... so Mash is Innocent Zero's son? :O that's why he wants to take Mash. With his magic ability, and Mash's physical strength, he will be the most terrible and terrifying creature. But he is an evil character right? So I hope I can see the moment where Mash finishes him off. But Mashle without comedy is not Mashle. I laughed when I saw Lemon screaming after Margarette blowing air into Mash's ear xD |
