| That Kaya is up to no good as always. I do feel like she got some of her personality of her mother. Looking deeper into Miyo's flashbacks, she really has suffered a lot that even affects her in the present. This feels like a buildup episode but with a lot of tense feelings still up in the air. At least Miyo isn't entirely alone in her world. |

| Dude why can’t people leave Miyo in peace smh. Earlier it was that douchebag father and the pair of shameless hussy, but now this power thirsty old man has joined the course as well, and not only that but he’s inciting the blonde full well. Needless to say, that joke blonde has already taken a complete one-eighty turn and now she wants to marry Kiyoka… just because she thought Miyo’s living well with him, and that shouldn’t be allowed. Though this mess brewing when Miyo and Kiyoka have just gotten so close to the point where Miyo isn’t even hesitating to admit she likes him the way he is right now in front of him and his colleague does make feel sad, I mean you see what that blonde and Koji’s father did, a classic kidnapping where they think they could rid of Miyo and then there’ll be good times for them. It’s kind of obvious Kiyoka would catch them as now he knows, but again who to tell this to those fools. Also good thing they confirmed Koji looks sensible from his looks and looks alone. |

| Oh boy, what a drama. While i have not read the source light novel, so i'm completely blind on this, i would still hope that the blonde sister girl Kaya eventually turns good, with some kind of reconciliation between the sisters. I don't know, maybe i'm just a huge pussy, i just feel like her animosity towards Miyo is mainly because she knew nothing else since she was a child. In a sense you can say that both the sisters are victims of the household they grew up, of their environment. But hey, maybe i'm wrong, and shes just a huge bitch. |

| I'm glad that Koji is actually a good person and doesn't try to take advantage of the situation but thinks about what's best for Miyo. Now that he and Kudo go on a rescue mission (I assume at least) to save Miyo the other families have no chances. I just hope nothing too bad happens to Miyo in the meantime, she has enough trauma already. And it seems like she has some supernatural powers after all. I kinda suspected so, but I believe she will be super strong once she can use them herself. I knew something bad was going to happen once we were shown that the amulet was left at home, but this will make things move a lot faster as the confrontation will happen sooner than I thought. I really like the feel of this series and it looks so nice too. |

| Oof, I can't wait to see Kaya's downfall from here! She's probably on track to getting her beloved sister's treatment from the papa-san. No amulet? Should've really gone back... Credits to Kouji-san for the end there, he's looking to seriously make amends now, I suppose. I want to know more about his elder brother though, seemed like he'd a genuine beef with the family's head. Miyo-san looked really beautiful in the kimono, good choice Danna-san! Godou-san was a nice addition to stir things up a little, lol. |

| Wow. This episode gave me so many feels. What a rollercoaste rider! First seeiing Kiyoka getting jelous, really interesting. And I love all these cute moments between him an Miyo *-*. My heart is melting. But of course the schemes go on. And even though I know what's going to happen I'm still on the edge of my chair. It's really horrible what Miyo has to endure... Even now. It's so good she has someone like Kiyoka by her side now who really cares about her. Poor Miyo even being kidnapped now :(. My heart aches for her. It's really good to see Koji standing up against his father even if it's to no avail. Also wise decision to go to Kiyoka and not trying to handle it himself. He finally realized... I really don't understand how someone can be so full of hate and envy as Kaya. That's really beyond me. She doesn't even realize she is being used and manipulated and probably doesn't even care. Can't wait for the next episode. One week is clearly too long! TT____TT |

| Miyo being showered with kimonos by Kiyoka, she has never been this happy. Koji's father not being happy with Miyo having a luxurious life, now Kaya even feels jealous that her plan to get rid of Miyo, turned out to be a mistake, and she's not going to leave this unturned. Yoshito being happy to see Miyo again, Kiyoka is not being happy with it, and treats him like the joke that he is. Miyo coming out to greet them in her new kimono, she looks gorgeous and beautifully pretty, it took Kiyoka's breath away. Yoshito being treated to such good food, he even thought that Kiyoka was livng a wonderful married life with Miyo, and joked with her that he would marry her, though he took that joke too far with Miyo. Kaya's father Shinichi chiding her for being bothersome about Miyo, she only cares if she crashed and burned to the ground. Miyo's nightmares come haunting her again, and Kiyoka notices this to be of grave concern and provided reassurance to her, entrusting his life to her. Miyo going to town with the new pouch that Yurie gave her, and Koji comes to his father's quarters to hear the uneasy news of Kaya swapping couples, he's had enough, but knows not the size of his father's atrocity, albeit knowing what they'll do to Miyo. The amulet is with her always, though this time, she left it back at the Kudos due to Yurie rushing her out to see Kiyoka off, and they race back to the house, with Miyo feeling uneast about what's about to happen. And within a split second, Miyo gets kidnapped, and Koji bursts into anger, using his abilities against his father, though he can't outwit him. And Kazushi has to bail him out to save his face to go save Miyo. Of course, this news is brought to Kiyoka, though Koji runs to his place to find him, to request his help to save Miyo. A rescue mission, this is as grave and concerning. |

| Its nice to see Miyo get some new clothes. I swear Kaya is the embodiment of jealousy incarnate in this show. Miyo looked gorgeus in that kimono. Godo's little joke though lol. Quite the horrifying dream that Miyo had though. Never expected the enemy to be so bold as to kidnap Miyo in broad daylight. Nice to see that while he's a bit of a free spirit that Koji's bro is proving to be an ally. Still they really need to move fast if they want to rescue Miyo in time. But the escalation from peaceful bliss to tension filled suspense sure was handled quite well here. |

| Another episode of the most wholesome anime this season! 6:04 This confirms that Kaya does actually have supernatural powers To be fair as annoying as she is, it's her parents' fault for raising her like that. Oh god Miyo forgot her protective amulet . I'm getting a reeealy bad feeling about this. And yep, here it is. Cruel. I wonder what effect does the amulet have? Is it like a barrier some people can't enter or abilities are unusable in some range around it? Koji's brother is good! And now Koji and Kiyoka will cooperate to rescue Miyo! Intriguing stuff |

| Miyo looked so pretty in the kimono. Even Kudou was speechless and complimented her before he realised it. I knew this kidnapping was coming from the trailer and I hope Kudou saves her fast. Kaya and that old man suffering when? |

| Miyo can never have her peace and happiness can she? Everything in this era was about politics and familial power, with one's happiness being an afterthought. They just outright kidnapped Miyo in the middle of the street. At least Koji is somewhat sensible, but I'm not sure how much he'll be able to do against people with such power. As for Kaya, it's easy to hate her, that's her role in all this, there will be some redemption for her in all likelihood, in the end, her entire personality has been warped by her mother. The sooner she realizes there's more to life than this internal competition, the happier she'll be as well. Solid episode as always. |
| “Love is patient, love is kind” I absolutely can’t get enough of how Kudo goes to every length possible to assure Miyo that she’s appreciated, respected and cared for. She’s still got that trauma from all the years of abuse, but you can tell she’s slowly beginning to accept that she can be happy. Thanks in no small part to Kudo and Yurie’s kindness. Kaya downfall and death loading hopefully 🙏🏾 this bitch is beyond saving. Jealous, spiteful and evil thot just can’t stand the thought of her sister having a better marriage than her. To go to the length of planning a kidnapping to break up her marriage.. She’s beyond redeeming. Idc what type of talk no jutsu Naruto style forgiveness arc they try and give her, it’s fuck her forever. I owe Koji an apology. I called him a bitch after he stood by and watched Kaya talk shit to Miyo, but turns out he got a little backbone after all. Standing up to his father and going to Kudo took guts. Respect. Can’t wait to see he and Kudo save Miyo. |

| I had no idea this show was going to be so suspenseful! The way supernatural powers are woven through the story is great. I get the "product of her upbringing" idea but nope, to my eyes Kaya is entirely cupable. |

| Animation dropped in this episode which is disappointing! Animation and character's behaviour especially went wrong during Godo's visit for dinner! But I'm worried about Miyo, I knew how Kaya would react upon knowing who is Kudo Kiyoka but she went way too far, that bi*ch now wants to swap fiancés! She and that old man even got Miyo kidnapped I'm worrying how Miyo would be and what would they do to her. I hope Kiyoka-san rescue her asap without getting into much trouble. Just whenever Miyo really started being happy right then her wicked step sister ruined her happiness until now. Kaya must reap what she has been sowing!! |

| Miyo can't get away from the suffering, can she? =( When things were really wholesome and sweet with her showing how her new kimono looked to Hudo, who was very smitten with how beautiful she was, Kaya's endless amount of jealousy after finding out that Miyo was with him sent her further into the depths of hell, even going as far as to work with Koji's own father to "have her way". Seeing Miyo getting kidnapped while Yurie watched on helpless was sadly to be expected, so at the very least, she was able to get back to Kudo to alert him of what happened. As for Koji, I'm glad that he's starting to make his stand at last. I can't blame him for being hesitant many times in previous episodes, but he was admirable for standing up to his father, even though he was easily outclassed and overpowered during their short-lived duel. Thanks to Koji's older brother coming in to untie him and offer some wise words, he ran off to alert Kudo as well, wanting to do what he can to ensure Miyo's happiness. I can only hope that Kudo can rescue Miyo safely in the next episode, as well as put Koji's father in his place. Same goes for Kaya as well, as she needs a reality check for her major role in screwing over Miyo yet again. |
| Kiyoka and Miyo make an adorable pair. It's amusing to watch him pretend not to be a little embarrassed by Miyo's overwhelming joy over those kimono. Anticipation builds for the moment when Kaya faces the consequences of her actions. She's being manipulated and it's evident she's falling for it due to her vindictive and petty nature. Godo adds a lively element to the story. He comes across as a wonderful character. The amusing attempt to win over Miyo right in front of Kiyoka was quite entertaining. Unfortunately, Kaya's drama is dragging poor Koji into the mess as well. If they continue these mind games, they're in for a harsh awakening. Snatching Miyo was a mistake they'll regret. I'm eager to witness Kiyoka and Koji team up to take charge and stand up against them. |
